Augost 25,2020 i went to them for my second purchase, it did not go well..needless to say i went back first thing in the morning (today)and the manager was very kind,calm,and professional, he signed all the paperworks from yesterday stating that all my transactions from yesterday is voided ,he sent a picture of my check stating "VOID".I apreciated his professionalism and that I did not have to fight tooth and nails for my termination of contract and my truck back. i turned in the keys to the new car,and the loaner car,they gave me the keys to my truck and car and i trust that all is done. That manager understands people and their needs.i commend him for that.

A time when a person s word was their bond and you knew that if you got a handshake you had someone that would stand by you and do their upmost to satisfy. That is my experience with Smith Infinity of Huntsville. I would highly recommend them to all.

The young Mr. Smith can act like a spoiled brat. The salesman assured us that his actions are not that of his father, Jimmy Smith. My sister had negotiated a two vehicle trade-in and cash money for a new Infiniti. Due to his less than cordial demeanor, rather childish fit of throwing his pen against his desk, my sister left. I went back with her to drive one of her trade-ins away, hoping to see how he would address a man. I was disappointed that I didn't get to make his acquaintance. Anyway, all worked out well. She is enjoying the ride of her new Lexus.

I really enjoyed my experience at Smith INFINITI of Huntsville. Mr. Upton did a wonderful job with showing the selection of vehicles and giving an understanding on what can best suite the customer needs regarding their purchase of a vehicle. They also have the best snacks for it's customers.

I just wanted to thank you for your outstanding service and professionalism. When we brought in our JX35 in for standard maintenance, along with a random sound coming from the engine bay, you had your lead mechanics ready to hear this intermittent problem. Not only did you take the time to truly identify the problem (bad AC compressor), but you provided me with updates and progress as this was a rather uncommon issue. It s rare today to find an automotive team that does an outstanding technical job, but also treats a customer which such prompt and courteous service. I just wanted to take the time to personally thank you, Danny, and the Infiniti team for your outstanding customer care.

Firstly, I would like to say that this review was not asked of my wife and I not were we paid, I am actually a very happy customer. My wife and I were researching used Honda pilots for about a month. Each car dealer we dealt with tried to force their hand, had hidden fees, etc.. this enables us to easily walk away from every deal before this one. My wife noticed a 2012 Honda Pilot at Smith Infiniti last night and inquired about it. Sharon responded almost immediately, gave us all the information we wanted on the vehicle, even let us pay a deposit over the phone for them to hold the vehicle until the next day when we could drive from Nashville to see it. Sharon was out sick when we arrived and Kelly worked with us. Kelly is also an amazing individual that did not haggle us, stress us out, or use any salesy tactics. We told them what we thought was fair for the vehicle based on what we had research for weeks prior, they agreed and that was that. THIS WAS THE EASIEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. The employees of smith Infiniti are all so welcoming and easy to talk to. The owner of the car dealership even came over to shake our hand and thank us for our business. We bought a used car and felt like we were buying a top of the line Infiniti. This place is worth driving to for their customer service and hospitality! They were even fine with our 12 week baby crying while negotiating. I am really you to please do yourself a favor and give them a try. Ask to talk to Kelly or Sharon!

I have been a Smith Infiniti customer before the Smith s took over and today I m very dissatisfied with them. I called to get a tire repair and thought it could wait till Monday so I scheduled it for Monday but quickly realized it couldn t wait till then. I called back and asked if my son in law and daughter could bring it in? Was told they are booked and can t patch the tire today. Very irritated that they couldn t fit me in for a quick repair considering I bought the tires from them a few months ago and I have all my service done with them. Now it s going to Nissan for a tire repair today.

This is my second Infiniti I purchased From this dealership. about 2 weeks ago. Rob Lenoir and the Sales Manager Jack were trustworthy. Rob, was well versed with the operations of the Q50s Hybrid. He did not leave me hanging after the sale but answered my concerns. The main reason why I PURCHASED from this dealership was the service department. They had gone out of their way to assist me on my previous purchase of a M35 and a Q45. Steve Owens, the Service Manager and Miss Jennifer the service advisor needed to be commended. That Q45 was bought from a previous Huntsville Infiniti dealership which I regretted. SHOP HERE for your INFINITI.

Needed an oil change. Waited for my car in the wait area. I wasn't there long. I also appreciate that they have Alabama A&M represented, hanging there with other colleges on their 'college sports' wall. That is much appreciated. Even though I don't live in Huntsville, b/c of the customer service I received and AAMU representation, I will be back.

This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Ask for Jonathan he was very nice and honest. Did not pressure use to made a decision. The owner and his son were very friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Highly recommend Smith Infinity. My new go to place.

I miss my Lexus! I previously owned a Lexus ES350...

I miss my Lexus! I previously owned a Lexus ES350, but when we welcomed our third child we needed to upgrade to an SUV. I figured since Infiniti purports to have luxury vehicles, I would enjoy the Infiniti as much as I did my Lexus. So, I searched until I found one I liked. It was not certified. So, I paid for it to be certified. My Lexus was a CPO and I enjoyed the peace of mind it afforded me. So, I figured the experience would be the same. The car seemed fine. Maurice delivered it to my home. The very next day, I found the lift gate was inoperable. I contacted Maurice immediately. He said that I should turn the power switch on and off. I did. I checked again and noticed that when the car is on, it would work, but when the car is off it would not work. I contacted Infiniti Assist. They set me up with an appointment with my local dealer. The service representative, James, was phenomenal. He provided me with such integral information that I realized how much I lacked by purchasing with Smith Infiniti of Huntsville. The car came with two headrest DVD players. So, I asked if the headphones came with them as well. Maurice said, I think so. Let me check. But, when he arrived with my vehicle there was only one. The headphone that did come with it was only held together with duct tape! I had to go through the sales manager to get this resolved! And the resolution? To send me only one used set of headphones instead of two new ones as previously discussed. I also had an issue with the transmission. Josh, the sales manager, was supposed to setup an appointment with my local dealer to replace the lift gate battery and check on the transmission. When I arrived to there was no appointment set to check the transmission. But, James at the Infiniti dealership in Birmingham really did an outstanding job helping me throughout this ordeal. Needless to say, I won t be buying an Infiniti ever again in life. I can t wait until my girls get old enough that I can purchase another Lexus. Infiniti s certification is pointless. In essence, it s the attention to detail that Infiniti lacks but Lexus excels in. For example, the car amenities, the service, the professionalism, the layout of the dealership and the things they offer to have their customers to wait in a relaxed environment. I literally wasted $2,000 in purchasing the certification. Seeing as how the battery and transmission were not caught in the inspection process. Also, my rear seat belts are malfunctioning. Overall, the car just doesn t ride like the luxury I m used to. But, on a positive note, buying this Infiniti made me realize how I will never buy anything other than a Lexus again!

My car went in on a recall/warranty work for a broking serpentine belt. They couldnt take 15 minutes to look at it monday and actually diagnose the problem with my car instead they assumed all it need was a serpentine belt and ordered it without any diagnoses at all and told me it would be fixed within three hours. Well now they are saying it will be friday afternoon before I get my car back because they didnt order all the parts they needed to fix my car. All this would have been fine if they would have put me in a loaner car but instead im having to pay out of pocket for a rental car for the next 5 days for something thats takes 3 hours to fix.

Smith Infiniti of Huntsville does not have good business ethics. On 5-26-18 (Saturday), I went to Smith Infiniti to look at cars. I picked out a 2017 QX70 with 9,063 miles on it. I gave them a $500 deposit to hold the car at 5:38pm. I was going to come in on 5-28-18 (Memorial Day) but something came up which didn t allow me to get over to Smith Infiniti, I called my salesman and asked if we could take care of everything on 5-29-18 (Tuesday) I was told that was fine. The morning of the 29th I received a call from my sales person, and I said I would be in right after work. Two and a half hours later (12:29pm) I received the following text message:
Please provide me an update, they have another customer here wanting to buy this car now. Sorry to bother you but I was unaware that all deposits was only good for 48 hours then released back to the customer .
I responded saying I plan on being there after work
At 1:10pm I received a test saying, Ok Great
At 3:30pm I called and said I was on my way and if they could have the car ready. That is when I was told they SOLD the car to someone else.
I couldn t believe it. I talked to Todd Rickman (Sales Manager), who he told me he had another car just like the one I was going to buy and for all the trouble and problems said he would give me a really great deal and save me more money . I even received a call from Justin Smith the General Manager (who is buying the company from his dad Jim Smith). Well to make a long story short he did get another QX 70 but it had 10,035 miles instead of 9063. When I asked him the price he said he would take off $100 off the original price of the original QX70 I was supposed to purchase. I was shocked this car had almost 1000 miles more and the great deal Todd Rickman promised to give me to make this right was discounting the car $100. I was told they had to pay more for this car than the original car I thought I was purchasing. I told them NO. This is not the kind of company that shows they have ethics. I did receive one last call from Justin Smith saying again they had to pay more for this new car so they could not reduce the price anymore. He did say he could drop the doc fee ($399.95) but that was it. I again mentioned that this really should not have even happened. He stated, well at least I did everything I could to make this right I responded was I guess your conscience is cleared. He laughed.
I must ask is this kind of business you would want to do business with? Think about it, what else goes on when you buy a car from them?

The first thing you notice as you walk in to the service department is that everyone goes out of their way to avoid acknowledging your presence and especially making eye contact. Talking to a service manager is almost impossible - on three separate occasions we waited in the service bay standing in front of their glass offices and were totally ignored for at least half an hour each time. They seem overworked. The mechanic told me a simple problem would take up to 20 hours of labor to fix and charged me a diagnostic fee for telling me that. Took it to another local shop and they took care of it quickly as part of an alignment (charging me LESS overall than what this shop did). They need new management, new blood and a complete overhaul if they want to avoid driving away customers.

Great experience with my salesperson Graham Wright! He is very knowledgeable, straight forward, patient and I didn't feel like I was being taken and this is my second vehicle from this company (2017 Q60 and now 2019 Qx80) both are excellent vehicles so far! We searched and researched many places within a 150 mi radius and still feel I received a great deal with Smith Infiniti. Just received a thank you card in the mail from Graham... niiiiice! Highly recommend!

I literally drove behind an employee in a lot car that s currently for sale (black Infiniti QX80) doing 80-90 mph, riding other car s bumpers, driving erratically, weaving in and out of cars, cutting them off and texting the entire span of 72 from Athens to Huntsville. When we got to the busy part of University coming into Huntsville, he starts blatantly FaceTiming someone. I only know he was an employee because he was there before business hours, was in a suit, and I was behind him when he pulled in and got out. I m married into superior law enforcement, I have seen a fair share of bad drivers - so it takes a lot for me to post this. But if you can t have courtesy on the roads, how can you have courtesy in your business?

For over 22 years, I have purchased different cars/SUVs from a local dealership and was leery of going anywhere else. I stopped by to test drive a QX80 and we purchased the vehicle 2 hours later. Justin Smith, Todd Rickman, Nic Gibbs, and the other staff were very kind and curtious. Graham Wright was such a pleasure to work with and he made the sales transaction quick and easy. He also took time to ensure we knew everything there was to know about our new SUV purchase. We were also very pleased with the trade allowance and the final price of the new QX80. My car was fine, brought it in due to air bag recall. When I got it home, the steering wheel in/out motion was causing the steering mechanism to make an awful racket (up/down motion is fine). I took it back thinking they had just put the dash back together wrong. I wasn't there for 5 min when the guy tells me I need a whole new steering mechanism for $2000.00. When I showed disbelief, he tells me it can happen due to the cold! When I said no way it was the cold (since it hadn't yet gotten below 50 deg), he tells me it must just be a coincidence! Have tried calling back a few times, nobody returns calls.

I took my 2003 M45 with 172,000 miles on her. Brakes issues , evac engine light had been on for 3 yrs.. Daniel Suski was my service rep and Lane Wells was the mechanic.. so you know you like these two when they save you 1,500.00. Super efficient and easy to communicate with.. my M45 is someone else s 68 Camaro.. so you know how much I love my M45. I made one wise decision today... Smith Infiniti!!!

I went to Infiniti of Huntsville looking for a car to replace my previous VW Jetta GLI. I was hoping to find a car that would resonably compare to what I had been driving. I did not just find a car that was as good as what I had, I found one that was better. I could not ask for a more plesant experience, no haggling was required to get a great car. It only took a short time to come to an agreement on price and complete the paperwork. The features, and there are many on the Infiniti, were explained and I would not hesitate to send someone i know to them in the future.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. I worked with Graham Wright and he was truly a great salesman. Not to mention we did about 90% of the sale over text message. It was fantastic! By the time I got to dealer to finalize the purchase I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I found a Toyota Sequoia on their lot and they treated me as if I was buying an Infiniti!

In November 2018, my wife visited Smith Infiniti of Huntsville to have the oil changed in her vehicle. She drove a few miles away and noted the oil light had come on. She called the dealership and was told that the oil maintenance light had just not been reset. Trusting this she continued driving until the Service Engine Light turned on. She then called the dealership again and pulled off the road into a parking lot. The Service Manager told me to not drive any further and he would meet me at my location. He arrived and after asking him to check my engine oil level they noted that there was no oil on the dipstick, nor was the oil cap on. A wrecker had already been dispatched and after another hour the vehicle was taken back to the dealership.
We tried to work with Smith Infiniti on a potential solution to the situation. The owner never reached out to follow through with their motto of At Smith INFINITI of Huntsville our team is dedicated to providing our customers with the service that is expected and deserved with a commitment to total customer satisfaction.
The gross negligence of the employee assigned to the vehicle s service has caused us to endure five months of time taken away from my personal obligations having to make over 50 telephone calls, 37 texts, and emails, and endure drawn-out resolution.
This matter should have been handled within thirty days. Yet we were kept waiting for Smith Infiniti to do the right thing as told would be the case from the beginning. After five months the dealer was offered to replace the engine, but that solution does not work knowing that the engine is not factory installed and it will be highly likely a lot of future problems. This is due to the fact that Smith Infiniti's idea of total customer satisfaction is making an insurance claim which in turn the insurance company has totaled the vehicle. The insurance company estimated fair market value does not come close to covering the time and effort to replace the vehicle that can be trusted.
In my opinion you should never do any business with Smith Infiniti.

From the start they were all smiles and helpful, once they knew the deal was done it all changed. I have since been laughed at, called a liar, and been lied to all the way up to the store manager. On top of the problems with the car I bought that was covered up.... I would never so much as let them wash my car again. Good luck if you visit there.

Terrible experience. There are to many things to list but a few are...car wasn't ready when I was told (1pm), it was 3 HOURS past the time I was told it would be done(4pm). Do NOT buy Zurich shield from them! They will put you off for any repairs, they are scammers! I was never asked which type of oil I wanted so they put basic in when I wanted synthetic. Matt told me he had the cleaning people "basically detail" my car as a "courtesy " for not honoring Zurich shield and my car was NOT cleaned in any way...no wiping, no vacuuming, nothing. He lied. Do not trust this dealership. My next Infiniti will come from somewhere else.

I went in yesterday to get my car appraised since the lease is up in a few months. The sales manager came out and asked me what I wanted for it and I asked him what he could give me. He said they didn't work that way, shook my hand and had me leave. In and out in 30 seconds without even a glance at my car. I guess they are doing enough business to not need mine. Save your time and drive to another Infiniti dealer.
