There's a miserable human named Dave that works there at customer service. I've spoken with him twice and I've never met someone with such attitude, snarkiness and sarcasm in their voice as this guy has. Both times he talked down to me like I was a child. These behaviors bring out my PTSD issues and I believe that qualifies for punitive damages in a court of law.
They do not honor the warranties on their tires. STAY AWAY- they accept your money for the cheap product which wears out well before the advertised mileage wear. Complete scammes
Gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. We were looking for run flat tires for my BMW 650I. Your lack of customer service lost this customer.
I purchased a set of Pirelli Cinturato tires in July 2018 on August 2019 my 2016 Subaru Outback did not pass state inspection because one of the tires was worn below state requirements. The other three tires may be good for one more year according to the inspection report. The one tire had 24,500 miles under normal driving conditions. These tires were rated for 70,000.
Pirelli's warranty kept sending me back to the place where the tires were purchased and mounted. I contacted these people and they did not even respond to my request to file a claim.
Poor business practices and the Puirelli warranty is designed to dispense with a claim. I have a problem even rating them one star.
Personally speaking I wouldn't want anything else on my sports car.
I have purchased a brand new car that needs 2 Pirelli tires and have made several phone calls with no resolution. I would not recommend anyone to purchase any Pirelli tires. The people at the customer service centre are no help and I think its because I live in Canada. Buy any other brand but Pirelli!
Rebates are a SCAM! Still have not received mine for pirelli (cinturato strada sport). Been over a year
I have owned Pirelli Angels and Pirelli Demon motorycle tires which I used on my Triumph Sprint GT and Triumph Adventurer. The tire performance I have experienced is excellent, with great handling in the mountain twisty roads of North Georgia. I do go through a front tire quickly due to aggressive riding but I know when my tires are good my riding is much more fun.
I can t rate this company any lower than 1 star. Bought a brand new car in February 2017, and as of November 2017 it hardly has 5,000 miles on it and the tires are already junk.
Don t buy these tires. What a horrible product
