The lady s in the parts department are extremely nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. Always my first go to for all my appliance part needs.

From the time when my wife and I entered the store until the Gentlemen delivered our couch/recliner it was seamless and a pleasure, definitely a breath of fresh air to deal with people that believe in customer service and practice it . I would absolutely recommend them for furniture and appliances.

Awesome place to shop! Our salesperson and all other staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery guys were great also. We are planning on returning to purchase furniture and carpet!

Wonderful place with alot to see. There are many types of furniture with just as many styles. Everything to brighten up the room or change the aura. There are pictures and accessories for adding to your design. There is solid wood as well as ornate furnishings. An appliance department is also located here with many different configurations. Definitely a place to check out to complete your home

What an ah-mazing experience! Whitney helped us from start to finish. She was super knowledgeable about everything...right down to the fabrics! She was so helpful in choosing colors for us. It was like having your own private concierge. They have a great selection and can accomodate any price range. It is also really great knowing you are dealing with a family business...and the quality of pride and service shows it. If I could rate more than five stars, I would. Oh...and my daughter loved the owner's dog named Thor (who is a rescue!) who welcomed us upon arrival. Great job Whitney!

What I like about Ruby & Quiri is that their showroom is the best in the area. Not overwhelming.,but precise and accommodating. They also can accommodate you if you might not be able to make it in to the store. The Sales people are most Professional. I will always buy from them

Wanted to purchase a new braided area rug for living room and Rubi & Quiri are the only local store I found that sells them anymore. The staff was really helpful & patient allowing me to look through samples then ordering. The rug came earlier than they had said & they even loaded into the vehicle for me! Great variety of household furniture and nice staff. A bit exspensive for alot of the items but I actually paid the same amount for the same size rug as I did 10 years ago! Thanks.

Had a great experience buying my bed with Ruby and Quiri. The sales people were very knowledgeable about what was a good fit for my husband and I. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything but ended up doing business with them. Delivery was great. The guys had to deliver the mattress, frame and box spring on a very steep roof and they did great. Very nice guys and great sales people. Will buy more from them in the future. They also have a great receptionist/greeter, Brooke showed me the bedding dept and found me a sales person. All around great experience.

They do have an absolutely huge selection. And I'll be going back there to look at couches and sofas

Jim was our salesman and took the time to sit with us and listen to our needs before we entered the showroom. This resulted in a smooth and quicker selection and purchase.
John and Andrew were excellent to work with during our installation. We ran into a few difficult and unusual issues and they took them in stride. They worked well together as a team. All in all a pretty good experience.

One stop shopping at it's best! New to the area and I did a kitchen renovation so I got appliances and my backsplash there plus several pieces of furniture. My salesperson Josh was the best! He was patient, courteous and very informative. If he didn't know an answer, he found it. He put up with my fickle mind changing and helped me make great choices. R&Q also has great customer service. Just got off the phone with the service department and they were prompt and courteous. Great store!

What a wonderful store with QUALITY items! We went to browse on a whim and were so impressed with the service. We shared what we were looking for and they had options, catalogs and willing to call manufacturers to find what we wanted. We ended up falling in love with a bedroom set by American Drew!! We love the high end solid wood, soft close and beautiful details.

We ended up calling and ordering the set a few days later and even spoke with the owner when our sales assistant was on her day off.

They were extremely accommodating, fair pricing and matched other local deal we had found.

They communicated shipping and kept us updated on the status of our order. The delivery team was amazing - neat, clean and super professional.

I will definitely take the drive from Clifton Park again for this top notch family owned store when shopping for my home!!

Absolutely amazing. Table came in and was delivered 6 weeks before they sales people told us it would be available. Two Great friendly guys delivered and put it together in no time at all. Always a happy customer here!!

I have been a loyal customer to Ruby and Quiri since my first apartment 12 years ago until my first home that I purchased last year. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful! Especially Kevin Edwards in guest services!

Rob was great!!! We are first time home owners. We moved about 2 years ago into our house. We needed to put all new floors on our second level of our house. We want to Ruby and Quiri a few times and discussed our options with Rob. He was absolutely great and very personable. We brought home multiple samples. Even when we were unsure of what floor to pick he priced out our options and walked us through the best types of floors for our needs. We have been to the store at least five times. He came to our house several times to measure and go over the installation process. We are getting our new floors in a few weeks and we can't wait

I had a great experience there. We needed a lift chair but it needed to be a specific size. Customer service was excellent. ( very helpful and courteous Brooke Cole ) The establishment offers free coffee , fresh cookies and even popcorn. :) They had in stock a good quality chair in the color and size we wanted. I highly recommend Ruby and Quiri.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the price was right.

Our refrigerator expired one evening without any warning. We had company and a family get together planned for the next day. We went to Ruby & Quiri the next morning . Their salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained to the owner our predicament and he sold us the floor model and delivered it the very same day (we are about 20 miles from store). The deliverymen were very careful with both the install and removal of our defunct refrigerator. We have purchased from them in the past and every experience has been tops in customer satisfaction.

As always, my experience at Ruby & Quiri was very satisfying. Doug was patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

Amy at Ruby & Quiri was a tremendous help with planning our new kitchen. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to find quality appliances without blowing the budget. We purchased the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and fan vent from R&Q. Amy listened carefully to our requirements and made excellent and affordable suggestions. She even found us a 10% rebate on Bosch which made these quality appliances as affordable as the cheap products you find at big box stores. And, all items arrived in her warehouse within a week of ordering. What a relief to know her crew will install for us at a modest upcharge. I wholeheartedly recommend Ruby & Quiri to everyone!

Working with Ruby & Quiri has been amazing! Totally worth the drive; my husband and I will be repeat customers. They helped us create the perfect living room set. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, brown leather, functional, and comfortable. In just a few minutes Amy put together a set we are so excited about! Her ideas and guidance were invaluable. Now we have living room furniture that is functional, comfortable, beautiful, and expresses our personal style!

Beautiful store with beautiful selections. A little pricey for me

Salesman was very helpful, showed me all my options. Explained the delays due to the pandemic. Staff were very friendly.

I was very happy with their service I received. The frame on a recently purchased chair was cracked. I called them, sent a picture, they ordered the the part and then sent the tech to fix it. He was very polite and was in and out in roughly an hour. The chair is like new again.

We have made several large purchases from R&Q and every experience is just wonderful. From the sales person to the customer service rep to the delivery person. You feel really comfortable going in there. No pressure to buy. They listen to you what you want and help you along the way. Always a great experience.

Bonnie and others at R&Q have been most helpful when the tile I order came in defective. They worked quickly to try and resolve the problem.

About a week ago my mother ordered a dryer, from Ruby and Quiri and it turned out to be a near impossible feat. The door leading to the basement wouldn't allow the dryer to fit through. After one attempt, Andrew (the hero of the day) devised a plan and went above his responsibilities in order to install this dryer. I have a million thanks to this man for helping my mother while I was away, as he was a delight and diligent worker. Andrew thank you so very much! Recommending this company, and if you order from this company ask for Andrew!

The showroom experience was low pressure while having assistance available as needed. My delivery from Ashley Home was in the window of time promised. The staff at Ruby and Quiri is excellent.. However, I would like to write a review about one person in particular and that is Bonnie Davis in the Design Center. My friend and I walked in to R and Q one day looking for new kitchen flooring for a kitchen remodel. I had a cabinet door and Cambria sample with me. Bonnie came over to assist us, and before I knew it, she had not only found me the perfect flooring ( which I had been searching for forever), but worked with us for quite a while helping me put together not only the flooring, cabinetry, appliances and Cambria, but the perfect color for the island and accent cupboard to make the most gorgeous kitchen grouping! On top of that, she found me perfect backsplash tiles and paint colors to boot! Her expertise, excellent taste, helpfulness( not at all pushy) and personality made for the perfect combination that anyone could ask for . Since then, she has helped me in ways I cannot even count or explain. Meeting her that day has completely changed my life and she continues to help in any way she can in this exciting remodeling project! Bonnie Davis is a gem! You won t find another like her.Thank you so much!

Walked in and was basically followed by a staff memeber when we just wanted to browse. Prices are extremely high and outrageous. First time and will definitely not come back.

Purchase of appliances was a very efficient and satisfying experience. Delivery came on time and was handled very professionally. Folks were polite and careful as well as very thorough. Overall, completely satisfied. Received a follow up call by customer service to make sure things went well,which is also very much appreciated!

We have purchased from Ruby & Quiri several times in the past, but most recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. We had some pretty specific needs, and concerns and the sales staff did a great job listening and selecting appropriate products for us to try. We purchased a new mattress and bed, it was delivered in just 48hrs., but we knew almost immediately that this was not the mattress for us. The R&Q staff was extremely responsive and helped us re-select. Our new mattress was delivered just one week later, and we are very happy. The delivery guys were fantastic on both visits. We could have never found this kind of service shopping at a big box store. As an added bonus, I checked pricing on Amazon, and we saved several hundred dollars shopping at Ruby & Quiri. Great customer experience with highly trained and kind staff.

My husband and I visited 8 different furniture stores before finding this gem that we didn t even realize was so close to us. It was very refreshing to work with people that actually seemed genuine and honest and caring. The salesman who assisted us (Josh) was very helpful and knowledgeable and never rushed us even though the night we discovered this store it was 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. I would highly recommend before you buy any furniture that you visit this place first. What a great experience.

We like to shop local. I have bought furniture from other stores before, just because Ruby and Quiri didn't have what I was looking for. At these other stores there isn't the same feel like you get here. Ruby and quiri keep all your past purchases on record and because your a past buyer you get a little extra discount. My sales person was even able to find a past gift certificate that we didn't use and apply it to our purchase. I am horribly fussy. My sales person, Josh, was very patient with me. I was even able to take fabric swatches home to make sure all the colors match. They have a great selection to choose from. It was a very nice experience. I definently recommend that you at least stop in and look around. I am looking forward to getting my new living room set in the next few weeks.

Excellent experience !!. The installers were punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. They called my attention to any area that required a specific action or decision. The store had scheduled 3 days originally but it only required 2 days. Very pleased with our experience. Love the carpet !!!!

Old refrigerator was broken, called Whitney, told her the story, and she was able to get me a new refrigerator delivered the same day. Took the broken one out, replaced it with the new one and saved the day

Staff were very professional and kind. They quickly grabbed the merchandise I had ordered online and they neatly packed it into my vehicle. They also have a convenient bay to go to on the left of the building for customer pickup. All you have to do is back up, page for an associate, check in, then they will bring it out to you. The two associates that were helping me with loading my furniture were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them

What an outfit. I work and run a competitor retail location of this store and I am happy that my wife went out and said I am going to Rubi and Quiri/ Ashley/ Appliances Plus and just doing it. Not only did she get a great price and get it delivered in less than 3 days (unheard of during this pandemic) but they let us use a loaner mini fridge while waiting for it. Can you say over and above customer service? The delivery guys laid mats and we're highly professional. They were thoughtful, very well mannered and seemed to be happy to work for this company as well. It makes me consider working for a company like this! I may even give them a ring soon to see if I can be of service right back at them. Thank you so much for the great experience. Go see these folks, today!

Every time I come to this furniture store, I find what I am looking for. The sales people are very helpful but never pushy. Most of the furniture in my homes came from here, as well as some of the appliances and flooring. I have never been unhappy with the purchases I ve made.

You get what you pay for. Quality furniture and great customer service was worth every penny. The delivery guys were professional and took our old furniture for a very reasonable rate.

Salesman was very informative and personable and picked on cues I was giving for what I needed, wanted.
A little disappointed to have a delivery charge though the delivery guys were thorough.
Disappointed to find there was no "start up" book of any kind for the washer and no directions of where to get a manual. Dryer had a basic booklet.

My experience was awesome thank you guys that put my washer and dryer in my cellar and took the old ones out I am using them doing my first wash and dry they work very well and you guys worked until you got them in. It took sometime door way smaller had to take the door off and the back of dryer off but you guy made it work thank you so much . Can t wait until my electric stove and refrigerator comes thanks again Deborah Jackdon
