I am confident to say that the staff at Woodcliffe is the best in RSV pools. They are very organized, knowledgeable, and driven. The staff is professional when interacting with patrons and always in uniform. The staff's hard work is evident and is seen in the cleanliness of the pool.

RSV pools has been great for Woodcliffe. The head manager Jess Bulley does a wonderful job running the pool. She is leader that is well respected in the community and by the other RSV guards at Woodcliffe. She is always friendly when we come to the pool. She works very hard to keep the pool in tip top shape and its easy to see that the guards that work with her follow her lead. Jess is an asset to the community and pool. We've been very pleased with RSV pools, Jess and the other lifeguards!!
I have been going to Woodcliffe pool ever since I was six years old, and I now work there as a second year guard. I must say that Woodcliffe is one of the most hardworking pools under RSV Pools Inc, and is run by the hardest working manager and staff. At Woodcliffe we consistently keep the pool and deck clean, enforce rules efficiently and treat patrons with care and respect. I have learned a lot about running a pool efficiently and have made many connections while working at Woodcliffe. What I enjoy most about being a guard at Woodcliffe is getting to work with my great co-workers and my awesome manager.
We are almost at the end of another great pool season.

Overall, my experience with pool staff was positive. RSV pool staff were really helpful in getting my kids and I the great summer pool experience this year. They were polite, considerate, aware of all the activities happening, and kept their eyes on the kids the whole time. I would definitely consider coming here again and enjoy the pool with my kids.
We have had RSV for years at Woodcliffe and Jess and EJ run a tight ship. :) They keep the consistency from year to year and train the guards well. If there is ever a problem, you know Jess and EJ will fix it. Many of the guards are local kids from the neighborhood that were on swim team and know the families.
I am so proud to work with RSV Pools at the Vistas at Woodcliffe. I have learned so much from my manager, ESPECIALLY how to clean tiles and toilets! But most of all, I have learned what it meant to be a kind and respectful lifeguard who can jump into action at a moments notice. I cannot imagine what it could be like to work with any other company, or what it would be like to have learned my way around a pool from any other staff. RSV knows how to train their managers and rest of their staff! They're supportive and inclusive, even when mistakes are made. They make me feel at home and I owe this all to my two managers and both head guards. I can't wait to re-apply for next season!
As a long time resident of the vistas I must say that this year I am so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at our pool. The pool and the deck are kept very clean, the guards are very attentive. I am always proud to bring our guests here as well. .
Been working here for quite a few months and I have to say, they provide the best service hands down. Only company in the area to open all of their pools on time. If you had a bad season with your pool company, call RSV.

We have had a wonderful experience with RSV lifeguards at the Woodcliffe pool. They are an outstanding team -- always professional and responsible in and out of the lifeguard chair. Safety is clearly paramount to them, but they also have fun with the kids when it's appropriate, so the children respect them and know that the guards care about them. Our pool is a safe, clean and festive place to spend your summer days, and it's thanks to our RSV guard team that sets that mood.
Potential lifeguards. Caution Stay Away from RSV Pools. They will promise you a job for the Summer and leave you hanging. What is worse, you have to pay for their uniform up front so you lose money working for these clowns.
I am very proud to say that I am employed by RSV at Woodcliffe Pool. My manager, Jess Bulley, makes working very rewarding and very fun (as long as all our work is done!). All of RSV, and especially Woodcliffe, is staffed by hardworking young adults who take great pride in making their community safe. I am very thankful to have such an amazing job and an amazing staff to work with!
