We are almost at the end of another great pool sea...

We are almost at the end of another great pool season.
I want to say thank you for the Woodcliff pool lifeguard team for all their hard work this summer.
A special thanks for the manager- Jess.
She is a good leader who can build a strong team, be very encouraging and patient, and firm and attentive in the same time.
She is like fine conductor, and under her lead the tune is always right.
