The customer center looks modern and is comfortably accessible. But I was alone there, and the three counters were "open," so I feel like spending half an hour there was a bit too much. Long wait before a person comes to the information he needs. I was not happy there. And the ladies behind the counters can not help.
For customers I come here often - I recommend to accept for transcription only with full motions and protocol transfer, if you have filled in the forms of contracts in advance, I will not translate you in the place, but will establish and do in two days. If you come only with full powers for customers, the contracts will be done while you wait. The customer center will wait for about 20-40 minutes.
Operating super. Ms. pleased with their willingness. There is a children's corner, wifi, toilets, at first glance the branch looks solid. However, when I got there at 9 am (open at 8) and after receipt of the ticket, I waited another 5 minutes at about 12 work desks and never once had a customer. I don't know what they are there for. Big lack of people, I was 7my in the order and I waited 45 minutes. Mily staff, but an absolutely incompetent company. Worse acting as a small retailer.
Environment nice and modern, but the developing system did not work. I had to visit this customer center 3 times in one week and after three visits I did not handle what I needed ... Each visit required about 2 hours of waiting.
