For customers I come here often - I recommend to accept for transcription only with full motions and protocol transfer, if you have filled in the forms of contracts in advance, I will not translate you in the place, but will establish and do in two days. If you come only with full powers for customers, the contracts will be done while you wait. The customer center will wait for about 20-40 minutes.

However, when I got there at 9 am (open at 8) and after receipt of the ticket, I waited another 5 minutes at about 12 work desks and never once had a customer. I don't know what they are there for.
