But unfortunately the doctor in the medical check-up is gone. When the doctor is on leave, there is no substitute doctor who is ready or alert. I waited from 8 am until 12.00 did not arrive yet. Disappointing

People are dropped out by covid test but can't at BPJS. How come my brain hasn't arrived ?! Initially blood test was disurih. Because I asked the nurse, why could I be told to drop off with a blood test ?! What relationship? This hospital building looks old, but surrounded with many local restaurants, mini markets, hotel, lab, and pharmacy. There wasn't too crowded, so the process was quick enough. The staffs; administration staffs, nurses, pharmacy, and the doctor are very friendly and helpful. They gave me a booth to wait, I didn't need to sit, I can lay down on their bed just to wait the doctor. The doctor was good and very professional.

I came to the Husada PKL Hospital 20.30 emergency unit for complaints of strep throat and coughing. Meriang has overcome itself with common medicines at home, no diarrhea, no other diseases or other serious complaints. Only that is my health complaint.

After being examined by the doctor, told to wait until we were bored waiting, until finally we went from the examination room and headed to the doctor's desk, the doctor said, "oh yeah forget."

Then we went to the administrative desk, to wait for the documents to be completed and the invoice and copy.

Total bill Rp. 877,200 !!! Waiting for the medicine until 11 pm is not over yet. I finally went home, and I took it the next day. As a result that night, I had no medicine to treat my condition, lack of sleep due to inflammation at night was more severe.

Tes Antigen dibuka hanya dari Pagi-Siang, hasil keluar 3/4jam bisa ditinggal , pengambilan hasil juga bisa dalam 24jam . asal tes nya gw saranin dtng pagi2 ya karna pagi aja udah rame bgt. Cmiiw

I took the 1 day PCR check package, it's been more than 30 hours, the results are still not there. No one called / di-WA responded. Only the operator level kindly connects to the Lab department. But no one ever answered the phone, replied to WA or was able to provide information or an explanation regarding the results of the examination. Lousy

Place of pains & sorrows. My grandpa & mom place in here before cremation. Every time pass here I feel so sad. The rent prices are very high and all the stuff here so expensive. What I dislike for the most is the high parking fee. They didn't give any discount for whole family, only one vehicle giving more low price while other in very high price. They improve quality, but not as much as they improve the higher choker price
