We booked a family reunion trip of 36 people with the travel agent Jimmy in this agency. Communication was great in the beginning, until when Princess Cruise cancelled their trips due to Covid and we were waiting for our deposit to be returned. Jimmy first told us it'd take 2-3 days for the return, when we inquired we didn't receive it, he said he contacted Princess and would take 2-3 weeks. When we didn't receive it, he told us it takes another 3 months, which is 2 months our scheduled trip!? They did not look after our interest after we are no longer taking the trip, very disappointed!
