Disaster. Went for an interview. They won't tell you that you're not selected. We have to guess or we have to keep asking them. Poor interview board. Interviewer is asking questions from a paper. I've attended a Viva, better than this, in my college.

Have been there for a WordPress meetup. Their hospitality is very much appreciated.

I had appeared for an interview for the position of senior Dot net developer. They took 2 rounds of technical interviews and then the HR round. After the HR round, we started with the joining formalities. The HR executive asked me to send all the documents including all the previous company salary slips, offer letters and relieving letters. I was told by the HR executive that I will be receiving the offer letter within 2 days. I submitted the documents and I had happily informed my friends and family about my selection in this company. I also started searching for a PG near the office. But after that the people from the company suddenly stopped taking my phone calls. Around 2 weeks later and after my relentless efforts to contact them, they still didn't pickup the calls, but they informed me through a text message that the position has been closed. There seems to be a massive communication gap between the HR and the technical team. While writing this review, I also read similar stories in the reviews from several other people who have suffered at the hands of this pathetic recruitment handling. Thoroughly unprofessional.

Unprofessional interviewer he dosen't know how to respond to the candidate in all f2f interview session he was laughing on answer stupid behavior by that particular person really irritated

Balance for better has come to reality for me in Techjini.
On the professional front, the work atmosphere is very ethical here.I can reach out to any of my fellow colleagues for project or non-project related issues. All are very co-operative and extend their support.
On the personal front, I am able to cope up with project tasks and give enough space and time for my family. Being a working mother, I can take care of kids during there academic breaks. This has been possible because of Techjini's facility of Work from Remote.
Techjini's guidance and sessions on upcoming technologies in my domain has helped me to learn new things and I don't have to worry that I am not able to catch-up with current market trends in my field.

So many opening in this company like angular, Java ,PHP, I think it's a very simple to get job and they are asking only simple question and all hr are cooperative and manager are humble

I have visited for testing interview, they will ask all things and they do technical in very strong, I have completed 2rounds, and they said finally need more experience guy.they will take only if thier known persons, don't waste your time to go here

Automation Test Lead Experience - Highly Unprofessional and Pathetic -DONT ATTEND INTERVIEW AND WASTE YOUR TIME

One of the Horrible companies I have ever attended for the interview. They are highly unprofessional.

I was interviewed at Techjini Bangalore, completed 2 technical rounds at their JP Nagar office

After clearing these 2 technical rounds, they asked me to attend Client interview at ORR Bangalore in one of the TechParks. They have done 3 rounds of technical interview. I have cleared all of them

Later, TechJini HR executive has conducted Final HR Interview along with another senior HR Manager it was over 1 hour

After few days of continuous chase with HR executive, again he has scheduled another technical interview with TechJini QA Manager, I am not sure what was her expectation, not sure whether she has reviewed my profile OR not, touched lot of Performance, security testing related questions some of them I couldn't answer

After struggle of over 6 weeks, finally HR executive has mentioned that interview result was negative

This is the 1st time I am seeing a situation in this company after submitting required documents and after HR discussion another Technical interview by a different team manager which shows there is a serious gap in the departments and various teams which are working on fulfilling a requirement in TechJini

Any candidate who has submitted his current employment details, payslips and after completing HR Interview can obviously positive to receive the offer, these immature fellows not only hurt the feelings of the Aspirant but also wasted 1.5 months of candidate's time and effort.

Management --> If you can't run the recruiting process, shutdown your recruitment team and outsource to any 3rd party, they can do better. Dont you have clarity on the budget for your internal projects and client projects? Stop cheating people.. DONT CLAIM that you are one of the good companies. Unfortunate that DataMatics bought huge share from your company

I have given interview for this company. First round was telephonic, I was selected and then it was face to face. The guy took my interview was a senior Architect, he talked to me for 40 mins in React and then after he started talking about HTML, CSS and started asking too many questions from there. Few I didn't answer. Then after some 20-25 mins in HTML, CSS the interview was over. Hr came and told you are good in React and JavaScript but not good at HTML, CSS later I got to know they were searching someone who will build static websites using HTML, CSS. They wasted my time and finally didn't selected. Again they contacted but they wanted 15 days of notice period which was not possible for me. This is a big problem if you go to mid range companies you have to have at most 15-30 notice period not more than that.

It was a wonderful journey for me.
A very good place to start your career with. There is absolutely no discrimination between experienced and fresher. People would love to help whenever you go in trouble. They even allowed me to work with multiple technologies. Friendly environment.

I was approached by HR nagashree , very helping and managing time on convenience.

Technical discussion was cool and managerial round was in-depth and respectful.

It's mistake for not having enough time to talk to them, otherwise am very happy to have interviewed by them.

Terrible office, its in a very old building, probably some 50 + yrs old, and once inside it looks worse than a government office, its has dark,narrow elevator and hallways, reception is also a shame, there is a wooden or concrete bench with cushions over it , that's the waiting area, it doesn't have the ambiance or feel of a proper IT company, people who have worked in any other firm will definitely feel uneasy to work here.
I couldn't find any parking in the structure,if you leave the vehicle outside cops will tow it, had to leave my vehicle in the kfc parking next door to keep it safe.
