This is an amazing place! Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be working at Royal Tech. The company itself really cares about it's employees and does a lot to help and support them. 10/10 would recommend Royal Technologies. If you're interested in a job in manufacturing, this is the place to go.

This is a great place to work...if you can get in. They are very picky, they seem to be ageist and very selective on resumes. This place though, if you are one of the lucky ones, can be an amazing place to work. It is employee owned and employee orientated. As for the company itself, it is a plastic moulding plant based here in Michigan but has plants in a couple other places and even states. They hold quality highly and are sure to do the job well and right before sending out product. The company has been around for years and it is staying quite solid. The reason for the 3 stars is how harshly picky they are at hiring people, they won't allow a blemish on your record and even at that are ageist in my opinion and from what I have seen myself.

A great place to work with an amazing atmosphere, great benefits and overall hard but simple work. I've worked in a few factories and this one is ran very well. The upper management really cares about their workers.
