Large spacious store, items individually priced, staff helpful.

Good toy store, but I usually wait until there's a sale because it's a bit expensive.

Easy to get to, helpful staff and a vast array of toys and games. A good place to get game consoles and accessories.

If your bringing your kids you better bring a packed lunch because them aisles are long

Worst treatment of customers. Brought a defective toy back, to be told that just the batteries it came with were dead. Service replaced the batteries tried to show me the toy working, then *charged me for the batteries*. I will never go back.

Refused to exchange a game I bought the previous day as they said it was USED. They offered me a tiny fraction of what I paid for it. They forget they are dealing with children's gifts.

The reason I wouldn't give a 5* is because there wasn't enough staff to help customers... The staff that were there were friendly and helpful just not enough of them for this busy time...

Biggest toy shop in Galway. Its in a business park & hence, there will be a lot a parking available (although can be busy during weekends due to proximity of cinema & McDonald's etc)

Usually you get what you want. Price is comparable with stuff you get on Amazon.

Top selection of toys, always great selection and could spend hours with my daughter looking at what to buy
Prices are a bit steep on main brand name toys but other than that it's great

Toy stores are always great and this one is massive. The store floor was clear which can often be difficult with lots if kids running around looking at the toys

Very big shop for the toys and lots of range to explore from, I do most of my shopping for toys here and take advantage of the in shop offer.

Toys high and low, what you're looking for, you're likely to find it here. Console games and consoles upstairs.

Best prices on video games are in here, don't even go anywhere else!!

Lots of stock, but I felt it was a bit higildy pigildy.

I was in a Smyths tonight and had a really great experience. Staff, management and the security guard have certainly restored my faith in great customer service.

Good selection of toys but they do not answer the phone. If you need customer service you have no choice but to go into the shop.

Great place for daughter its her favourite place to go.

Great shop in Galway city to buy toys..So many varieties and options for all she groups.

Can find the cheapest video games here in Galway. Otherwise huge range of toys and outdoor activities on the first floor.

Nice Smyths good selection of games for better value than even the game shops are selling them for

Had no issue ever with pre-orders (unlike other shops)...and extremely recommend for pre-orders.
Great prices for new games..(probably best in Galway in that aspect)
Easily accessible and great location.
Great 3ds stock and well priced.
It's great for when something is in trend or just after coming out... but as soon as something goes REMOTELY out of interest it's just removed from the stock. (for example amiibo weren't sold here for last year)

Downstairs is great by the way...

Stock is a little bit low but is decent to be fair...
It would be great to get more retro gaming there.
Staff don't know anything about Nintendo (from my experience).
(slight nitpick): big area but it's not really fully decked out with games...they should move the displays away from the elevator because you are in the way when you play on the model PS4.

There is nearly an entire row taken over by Fortnite digital PS4 downloads...they should be there but not an entire row nearly...

Overall I do come here for new releases and pre-orders....very nice display also!

Poor bicycle service wouldn't recommend buying a bike here

They have items listed on the website that are not in stock and when i ask when they will be in stock no staff member seems to know.

Good range of toys for all age childrren. Prices are about average.

Galway's best toystore. Amazing variety of traditional and newer electronic toys, gadgets and games. If you don't find what you're looking for here, you're unlikely to find it in any other (brick and mortar) store locally.

Nice shop really helpful staff but has this old feeling that the place hasn't got anything new other thanthe products here. Needs to have a newer feeling in my opinion

A great place for all variety of toys and the price of the toys are reasonable .There were good collection of kids bags and a loot more for soft toys. Searched for minion collections in few other shops and ended up in Smyths. They have a good variety of minion toys.

Have spent three weeks trying to get someone to answer the phone still no luck

Shops are great. Staff in the shops are great. But your complaints process and your customer service department have left us totally dissatisfied. Our issue raise on the 27th of December has still not been resolved, 5 weeks later!

This store is a kids paradise! It is probably the closest to Toys R Us in the USA. They stock everything from trampolines to computer games. There is even a nursery section. The ground floor has toys and outdoor toys while upstairs you can find the nursery section and the gaming section. Prices seem to be around the average price.
There is a lift located at the back of the shop.
Baby changing facilities available in the bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom often seems stuffy and unclean.

It is located in a retail park which has a large car park but the car park can be extremely busy at weekends. There is a customer service desk located at the entrance where I found the staff very helpful. They called me when a part for my trampoline came in.

At Christmas the store offer extended opening hours to around 11pm making it much easier to to get those important presents for the little people in our lives.
