I love this clinic! Except for the front desk receptionist. I've been coming here, on and off, for the last 5 years. I'm so grateful for the services they offer, for those in need, like myself, who do not have health insurance. EVERYONE there has ALWAYS been so helpful and nice...Except for the woman, at the front desk. She is rude, makes snide comments and is definitely, not helpful! I don't understand why she's working in the health care field when she's so apathetic and difficult. It's disheartening to seek help when you come across people like that, at your most vulnerable.

Near the Hospital as well as other medical professionals in case you need/have to see more than one in a day. Recently remodeled and renovated and the interior is fresh, updated, and still easily accessible.
Staff/Personnel are friendly and helpful.
*** Please remember that STAFF ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS, so please BE KIND IN RETURN!!!

Having being a client in past yrs, I had to go back to enroll. The only complaint I have is, it just takes a little while to get back in. But I understand! They have many many patient's it does take a little time. Other than this.... I love this place, the ppl & the doctors! They really are great! When your in between jobs or insurance they are fantastic! All they ask is if you can give a donation then give, if not no worries!

Everyone there have been wonderful to me. Expecially the new Doctor that came in January 2018. Dr. Amy Wilson is her name. She is caring, intelligent, and very easy to talk to. She listens to all things that I'm concerned about and explains them kindly and in a way that I can understand without ever making you feel ignorant. I have had better treatment since she arrived at the Clinic 8 months ago then I ever did in the past several years with Dr. David Smith. The other staff members are very efficient and friendly. However the new front desk assistant is less that desirable. She is not very friendly and seems that she doesn't enjoy her job. I've called her and left messages for her to please return my call because I need to make a sick appointment and I never did recieve a call back. Also she doesn't get back from lunch on time. Myself and many others have waited 15-25 mins outside in a line while the front door is still locked and I have Never had to do this before she started working there. She rushes you out after your appointment if it's near her lunch break. Once she rushed me so bad that I wasn't allowed to get my medicine or schedule a future appointment before leaving. I had to return after she finally got back from her lunch break to make another appointment and to pick up my medicine!
Other than these few things the Community Care Clinic has been an Absolute Blessing. I personally think that the Clinic should recieve a Big Reward for all that they do to help their unfortunate clients. I will always Highly Recommend them to others in need of their services!!

UPDATE: The Front Desk Assistant has gotten Much Better!! I may have spoken to quickly about her. Recently she has gotten much friendlier and helpful! I guess her new job there just took a little getting use to. She's been doing a great job as far as I'm concerned!
