Fantastic interior and professional staff. Complicated parking garage.

The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore is super clean and full of friendly staff. The construction next door is quite a nuisance but should be complete in the next two years. It is a nuisance for traffic only. I did not observe any noise problems.

Nice staff. Very comfortable room with a beautiful view of the harbor.

As I was only there for dinner and drinks, I will say that the food was excellent and brought to the table promptly. The service was efficient and very attentive to the needs of the table. All in all, I would have to give everything ten stars!

I had a beautiful room with a desk, king size bed, couch, and immaculate modern bathroom, but the room was not the best part... The view was. Looking right out over the Baltimore Inner Harbor!

It was very easy to get here by car, and was less than a mile past the end of I395. Amazing rooftop garden, tennis courts, and indoor pool and spa. I can't wait to come back here again!

Suite is fantastic and the staff are super accommodating and so pleasant. Gave us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary and Jonathan the concierge called us to wish us a Happy Anniversary. Great experience

5 years ago was last time I was there. It was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a lovely hotel. Each room had a beautiful view of the harbor. The service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views of the inner harbor. The staff is all very friendly & helpful. My husband & I have stayed here 3 times for special occasions (honeymoon, babymoon, & a romantic getaway) & love it more each time. We stayed here over 4th of July & watched the fireworks over the harbor from our hotel room. It was amazing! A great location in walking distance of so many things to do/see. We will definitely be returning when we find our next excuse for a getaway :)

Rooms are great. Bed is super comfortable, bathtub is big enough for two which was an added bonus. However; the pool closed 15 minutes before it was supposed to, room service was absolutely terrible and the night staff at the front desk was rude during check in. I will say the morning staff made up for our issues to the best of their ability.

I only used the parking garage, but it was pretty cool. I opened the gate with my phone!

I am conflicted about this review. My family stayed here while visiting Baltimore (aquarium, children's museum, etc.). The hotel is nice and convenient. Large clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. But a few things with out stay were amiss. First, our room wasn't ready until 6pm, two hours after check in. The staff was very apologetic and gave us $50 off the room, plus free parking. But still, with two tired kids, it wasn't fun. Second, we got drinks at the bar. Cocktails were around $10. An Old Fashioned (oddly not on the menu) was $20! So beware the unexpected markup. But overall it was a positive experience despite some hiccups, in large part due to friendly staff.

I have stayed there for my sons wedding. When I went there for check in they were very nice from the beginning. The person at check in Mr.Leon was very nice and upgraded my son's room since it is his wedding. My son and daughter in law were very happy. It was a very nice surprise for them. I wish more people like Mr. Leon works everywhere who does a very good customer service. I definitely will recommand to anyone Royal Sonesta.

Our work party was on the 2nd floor. They food was very good and the service was excellent.

My room was fantastic, very clean, with a decent view. All staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Complimentary wine after my 8-hour drive? Yes, please! Gorgeous, clean room, excellent restaurant, relaxing and clean pool and jacuzzi on the beautiful rooftop (with views for miles), kind staff, prompt and delicious room service breakfast, friendly and helpful valet service. Just wish every room had a microwave (without having to ask for one and pay an extra fee). Well done!

Fantastic 3 night stay at the Royal Sonesta. Friendly service from everyone working in this hotel. Excellent fitness center and pool. Kids enjoyed the basketball court and racquetball court as well as pool. Coffee shop convenient with great coffee and pastries. Explorers restaurant however, needs help. Tried to eat breakfast here one morning. Clearly not enough help, as no one ever came over to even try and seat us. Tried one night for dinner as well, again, not enough staff, so we didn't stay. Overall, besides the restaurant, this hotel is in a perfect location to Inner Harbor sights. Its a beautiful hotel with friendly service. Would definitely stay again!

I did not stay at the hotel, just used the garage to go on the spirit of Baltimore cruise. The garage was good though.

My experience was pretty wonderful. I was at the hotel for a conference and was very happy with all parts of the hotel. However; I wanted to take this time to recognize two staff members, David Geiger & Cleophus Flanagan
I always travel with a baby blanket. This blanket belonged to my son. Sadly, he died. I treasure the blanket more than words can express. When packing up, I forgot to pack my blanket. I realized my mistake around 5pm. Many hours after checking out. I called the hotel and was transferred to security senior officer David Geiger. He listened and when he realized the specialness of this blanket he and Cleophus Flanagan searched for my blanket. Initial finding weren't so good and I was heartbroken! It's what I have left of my son after all. Not even 1 hour after my first call, they found my precious baby blanket in the laundry! Tears came harder this time than the first. I've never been successful having something returned that I've left at a hotel. S/O David Geiger & Cleophus Flanagan will be my heros for years to come. In a world where customer service is always expected to be at it's highest, it's hard to actually wow people. I will forever be WOW'd by this experience. The time that went into the search along with the kindness and compassion have gone a long way in my world. I have already told so many people. I hope this story continues. I really want these two individuals to know how incredibly grateful I am. Words can never express my gratitude.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel on the Baltimore Bay. Conference rooms and party halls ..

Great location overlooking the inner harbor. A bit pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. Awesome staff, clean, updated facility, large rooms, amazing pool, sauna, fitness room, racquetball & tennis too. On site exercise classes are included too. Of course, there's the wonderful neighborhoods of old Baltimore just outside your door.

The Royal Sonesta hotel is within a short walking distance of the inner harbor. We had drinks there and then enjoyed the harbor and had dinner.

Beautiful facility with 5 star service from all staff. Outstanding rooms with phenomenal view of the Inner Harbor in Maryland. Best place to stay in the city of Baltimore!

Comfortable and quiet luxury with large rooms and a great location

First room we checked into was not cleaned properly, but when we called the front desk about it, they assigned us a new room right away (with a much nicer view!) Great stays the three times I've been there.

One star for the room being super clean and one star for friendly and well trained staff.

How ever the lobby is under construction, court yard i dead ! no plant, no trees just dead leafs.
there was a note in my room last night that water will be disconnected from 10pm till 3am !!
I got to my room late after a long day of meetings, No shower and no bathroom. It would be nice to let your guest know when they check in if you have a scheduled maintenance, or just don't book any !!
there were no bottled water in the room. I was not prepared for that.

I had to wait 30 min this morning for hot water, only rust after was coming out of the first 20 min.

The location is convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only issue we had is a lack of response when calling the hotel/front desk. The phone would ring and ring and this was during off peak non check in hours. Otherwise I staff was very friendly and courteous

The staff, rooms and view are wonderful! The pool was nice but quite small. The restaurant was a disappointment . Food was not good, way overpriced and our server was apathetic at best. However, there are so many wonderful food options within walking distance it is a non issue. We were able to walk to all the Inner Harbor attractions. The valets, front desk clerks and concierge went above and beyond to make it a 5 star experience for us. Thank you Royal Sonesta, we will be return next time we are in Baltimore.

Service was good. Building was old. A bit dingy. Excellent view of harbor.

Great place to stay that is close to many attractions. See Jonathan, the concierge, for any questions, ideas, help, etc. He is wonderful! Rooms were clean and spacious- this is something I am very fussy about. Parking costs are a tad ridiculous.

Hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Made my stay pleasant and much easier. Fixed a problem that I accidentally created by booking through two different sites online. The front desk bent over backwards to make me happy.

Needed to do a shelter in place after the Light City concert was rained out. Employees were extreme accommodating despite it looking like a high end event was going on. Bartenders and all staff were extremely kind throughout.

Very nice place to crash and visit the inner harbor area. Great food and people.

Rooms are fantastic. Not the best view for some, but the bathrooms are really nice.

Spacious and clean room. Perfect location. The only issue for me was that the pool is 5ft deep everywhere, not ideal for kids who are not good swimmers.

Parking lot is easy to navigate, however only two ticket machines and only one exit toll. Which slowed down the process.

Very nice upscale hotel. Was booked here by my job for work. Only thing i wasnt a fan of was paying $31 for a daily parking pass to come and go as u please. I believe it would be better if your hotel room key would let you in and out of the garage at no extra cost. Other than that the hotel and all its facilities are beautiful. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Very nice place.

We had a harbor facing suite. The view was beautiful. The room was spacious, and perfect for a family of 5-6. The bathrooms were elegant and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was a bit too slow, and the buffet food was nothing special, but the meals from the menu were delicious. We have been coming to the Inner Harbor for several years, and we are concerned that it is deteriorating as an attractive tourist destination. But we would recommend staying at the Royal Sonesta.

This hotel has the best bed I ever had. There's deep bathtub in the room for relaxation. I totally recommend it for solo travellers getting away for quiet getaway. There's Japanese market next door with variety of food court. Also, there are many restaurants around it so you don't get stuck at the hotel. YOU should try this place!

I have never written a review before however, this is my first. We stayed here for only 1 night after taking my daughter on college visits. It had excellent reviews so why not! First, we get there earlier than our 4 o'clock check in so I totally understood when our room was not available. Not an issue we go and walk around in the harbor. However, after returning from a long day of college tours we were exhausted, and troubled to find out our room was still not ready even after our 4pm check in. They gave us a key to the pool and told use we can go to the pool to pass the time. UMMMMMM I really did not want to go to the pool I was exhausted. However, there was nothing we could do at that time while we were displaced. We took our luggage etc to the changing room and changed into our bathing suites to pass the time . The hot tub had so much chlorine in the water it burned our eyes just to sit in it. Then everyone who was in the pool for about an hour or so developed this weird cough after being in the pool for a while. Not sure what that was about however, my kids were not coughing prior to our pool visit. After about an hour I called the desk to complain again about our room not being ready and having to send time in the pool area which was literally making me and my children sick! The guest services person apologized and stated housekeeping had fallen behind scheduled, I listened but stated that was not my issue! That is a system issue and I was really exhausted and had enough of waiting! About an hour and a half after our check in time our room was ready and we left the pool area that was making us sick! Thank GOD!!! Then to our room that was pretty nice however mold/water damage behind the sofa by the bay window was noted. Then we had a sleeper sofa in the suite .......with no linens so we had to call and wait for that to come to our room. Then oh yeah only 2 sets of towels we had to call and wait for that as well! What an experience when I woke up in the morning I was surly ready to leave This is surly a hotel I will never return to! I even called their corporate office and left a message about my experience ......no return call! I see they really care about customer service .....NOT!

This is a comfortable and hospitable hotel with solid views of the harbor and the sunrise. We only stayed for two nights, but its located within walking distance of the inner harbor restaurants. A great ramen restaurant is next door. the decor is beautifully sophisticated. This hotel features a swimming pool and a private parking garage.

GREAT staff. Treated us like a million bucks. Large rooms that are very nice and clean. James in valet is awesome. Check out the basketball / tennis court on the 7th floor. Great location right next to the inner harbor. Would return.
