My experience was pretty wonderful. I was at the hotel for a conference and was very happy with all parts of the hotel. However; I wanted to take this time to recognize two staff members, David Geiger & Cleophus Flanagan
I always travel with a baby blanket. This blanket belonged to my son. Sadly, he died. I treasure the blanket more than words can express. When packing up, I forgot to pack my blanket. I realized my mistake around 5pm. Many hours after checking out. I called the hotel and was transferred to security senior officer David Geiger. He listened and when he realized the specialness of this blanket he and Cleophus Flanagan searched for my blanket. Initial finding weren't so good and I was heartbroken! It's what I have left of my son after all. Not even 1 hour after my first call, they found my precious baby blanket in the laundry! Tears came harder this time than the first. I've never been successful having something returned that I've left at a hotel. S/O David Geiger & Cleophus Flanagan will be my heros for years to come. In a world where customer service is always expected to be at it's highest, it's hard to actually wow people. I will forever be WOW'd by this experience. The time that went into the search along with the kindness and compassion have gone a long way in my world. I have already told so many people. I hope this story continues. I really want these two individuals to know how incredibly grateful I am. Words can never express my gratitude.
