She Said Yes Bridal and Evening Review

I never wrote a review about my experience and my sister is looking for a wedding dress, and I told her not to go to She Said Yes! About 2 years ago I came in looking for a gown for a formal event. When I came inside, there was a large rack of sales dresses. I spent about 20 minutes looking before anyone greeted or approached me. Finally, a lady came up and asked me what I was looking for. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I didn't want. I got a few dresses in my size and went back to try them on and she said she'd bring me a few more. I wore a size 12 in a dress, but the lady kept bringing me size 16/18 and 18/20's. I was insulted and got very frustrated and told her they were not going to work. She insisted that I try it on, so I did to prove her wrong. The dress was WAY to big for me, it was falling off my shoulders. I opened the curtain to show her, and she says "well, I guess your mom never showed you how to properly put on a dress. That will have to be your next date... how to put on a dress" I about cried because my mom had just passed away a month before this. And for the record, even once the dress was zipped and tied properly, it wouldn't stay up. I left with a gown I picked off the sale rack, it was a size 12/14 like I insisted I wore. I will never go back. That lady ruined my day. So hateful.

Cyndi is the best in the business. She is a lot of fun and so knowledgeable about style. Sit down and have a talk with her and within 5 minutes she will know what to put you in. Amazing store!

I went to search for my Prom dress today, and found the perfect one. This was the first place we went to, and honestly, I couldn't imagine getting my dress anywhere else! The staff was amazing. Cynthia, I believe that was her name, made me show confidence that I never knew I could have!! This store is absolutely amazing and the environment is so wonderful. I recommend anyone around this area come here, and I am actually coming from Grant Co., Kentucky!!

This shop has quite a wonderful collection of wedding dresses.I had a bridal appointment today with Cyndi. She is so kind and extremely helpful. And she also has an awesome sense of style. She helped me find the perfect dress. Overall this experience was amazing.

Had a lot of selection and dresses of all sizes. They complimented every time I put a dress on buy I wasn't sure if it was genuine or they're just told to say it.

This is the 3rd store that we shopped at to find my wedding dress. The lady that helped me was so sweet and she seemed genuine in wanting me to find the perfect dress and did not press for me to spend more than we were comfortable. She was so patient also, she made this stress free, I just wanted to say thank you to her over and over! I actually saved money coming here, cant wait to pick my dress up! Well worth the 1+ hour drive.

The owner is awesome! I came in so confused about tuxes for my upcoming wedding, and she helped me get my thoughts together and come up with an awesome idea! I went back a few days later to talk about mother of the bride dresses and she remembered so many details. I highly recommend this shop!

I love the stores where owners take personal interest in helping their customers. She said Yes is exactly that. The owner Cyndi has an amazing sense of style and she can also advise you in completing your look for your event. Her style shows from the collections she carries in her store. Customer service staff does very well in helping clients in every way.
