A hotel that is comfortable for families and can be recommended for gatherings ... lots of entertainment in it, bird parks, water boom, paint ball, billiards, restorant etc ...

Great hotel and convention with lots of attraction. But it is so far from one attraction and another..and the same goes for each hotel building. It will be nice if they provide a lot of shuttle cars. I only saw one buggy car..and one shuttle car (and you have to pay to ride the shuttle). Other than that, this hotel provide nice service and great attraction for family to enjoy.

The place is okay for family stays, there is entertainment for children like riding ponies, feeding birds etc ... For room conditions it is ok but it should be checked before finally ready to be occupied by visitors ... I occupy a room that has a connecting door, but it turned out that it was difficult to open because the key didn't work and had to be opened with a master key before it could be opened ... The remote ac in the room also didn't work because the battery ran out ...

The security guard was brutal. I can't get in. He said there must be parents. Strange!

The whole thing is good, if possible, suggestions for children's facilities can be made for free. Because it's an attraction to get there.

I have stayed at this place twice. Old hotel but not experienced in satisfying visitors.

1. Poor service and management at the reception. I had to queue for a total of almost 2 hours to register and get the key. The queue is not too long. But the service and management is very slow from the receptionist.
2. Rooms are not like 4 star hotels. Sprey is dirty, towels are bad, bathrooms are all rusty, dirty and hotel conditions are apprehensive.
3. Wifi is there but cannot be used or very slow.
4. Waiters are very far from hospitality. Good room attendants, environment, in games, and in New Year's Eve ivent.
5. Game facilities and mini zoos that have a lot will spend your money. Because I have to pay a lot back to enjoy the facility.
6. I celebrate the New Year's Eve at this hotel. Price is expensive but I don't get comfort and excitement. Events such as concerts held at hotels are not hotel facilities that provide concerts for new year celebrations.
7. I have to pay more for my 6-year-old child and niece for breakfast at a price that is expensive but the food is not a 4 star class. I also have to pay millions for my child and niece who are over 2 years old for New Year's Eve. It is unfortunate this matter is more concerned with business and rules that are very burdensome so it is very unsatisfactory.
8. I am a family and other guests who seem to be deceived by the existing rating.
9. Hopefully everything can be better so that no visitors feel the same as I feel.

It's still quiet for the stand of the store at the Savana Safari Restaurant .. For the animals it's not varied ... The food is not bad, maybe because I just opened a restaurant and the servants are not too happy for this weekend ... Hopefully in the future it will improve

Including cool, and really suitable for recreational lodging for large families .

the hotel area is quite large with additional facilities that are different from hotels & resorts in general, namely the presence of several animals and animal attraction performances. there are quite a lot of rides for kids with additional costs at each vehicle.

The place is fun ... it's cold, you don't need to turn on the air conditioner anymore ... lots of rides for kids too and cool animal shows

In the hotel there are many activities that can be done, such as riding elephants, children's toys etc ... when it rains it can still be around because there is a roof

There is an old impression tp all well maintained. Stay 2 nights at the 2nd floor girrafe view to the delightful front lantern garden

The place is nice ... the atmosphere is comfortable and beautiful ... the facilities are okay. Food is good too. Hunting for souvenirs from safari parks is available here with several counters. Try to enjoy the bird park here which always makes you miss to come again, there is also a reptile garden. For those who have small children, there are several games available in this hotel complex. Free trains are available from the front of the room to the meeting location. The main thing is I don't regret it, but I want to stay here

I used to visit Safari Garden Hotel (its old name, and it was only a 3-star hotel then) back in the 1990s as an elementary school child together with family and friends. We would stay for at least two nights to enjoy the swimming pool, rent the bicycles, play mini-golf, play badminton, and have a morning walk around the entire resort. The huge resort is like a tourist spot on its own.

Coming back here in December 2018 as pre-honeymooners was certainly nostalgic. The front restaurant had received a total makeover, some of the hotel buildings were new (Giraffe and Tiger?), while the old buildings prevailed (Komodo, Gajah, Panda). The recreational spots stayed the same, with the addition of animal shows every weekend. The big bungalows at the back were gone (?) and replaced with Dolphin villas adjacent to the swimming pool.

Since we stayed at the Komodo room, we had to contend with the old furniture, slight musty smell, and creaky door (equipped with a card lock!). But the bathrooms and toiletries were clean. We did not need the air conditioner, and the rainy season helped too. Booking directly on RSGH's website meant we received discounted tickets for Taman Safari.

Hopefully RSGH will remain as the most family-friendly hotel in Puncak.

The management is excessive, I ordered Gofood, but the driver can't enter the security, so I have to go to the main lobby. Only this time can get a complicated hotel like this.

The place is very spacious, lots of toys for children, there are animals (can ride camels, horses, horses), take a boom2 car, take a train, see snakes and bird shows, but I don't like the rooms at the hotel.

Hotels for family vacations around Cisarua, there is a free swimming pool for hotel guests, free animal show shows at 9.00 am and 1.00 pm and involve the audience to play in the show. Lots of game arenas, fishing ponds, elephant riding, camel riding and many others.

Place is ok but unfortunately there's underconstruction in front area. Dinner order was very bad..we need 1hour to get the food ready..maybe next time the restaurant should pay attention on guest order list.
