I have stayed at this place twice. Old hotel but not experienced in satisfying visitors.

1. Poor service and management at the reception. I had to queue for a total of almost 2 hours to register and get the key. The queue is not too long. But the service and management is very slow from the receptionist.
2. Rooms are not like 4 star hotels. Sprey is dirty, towels are bad, bathrooms are all rusty, dirty and hotel conditions are apprehensive.
3. Wifi is there but cannot be used or very slow.
4. Waiters are very far from hospitality. Good room attendants, environment, in games, and in New Year's Eve ivent.
5. Game facilities and mini zoos that have a lot will spend your money. Because I have to pay a lot back to enjoy the facility.
6. I celebrate the New Year's Eve at this hotel. Price is expensive but I don't get comfort and excitement. Events such as concerts held at hotels are not hotel facilities that provide concerts for new year celebrations.
7. I have to pay more for my 6-year-old child and niece for breakfast at a price that is expensive but the food is not a 4 star class. I also have to pay millions for my child and niece who are over 2 years old for New Year's Eve. It is unfortunate this matter is more concerned with business and rules that are very burdensome so it is very unsatisfactory.
8. I am a family and other guests who seem to be deceived by the existing rating.
9. Hopefully everything can be better so that no visitors feel the same as I feel.
