Great room, clean. Nice family activity. Decent pricing. Just need to improve the quality of breakfast and buffet option.. food are cold and they should have closed the restaurant area from the reception area to prevent all the bugs and flies that flying around. And yes there were a lot of them.

Educational and constructive safari park for children

The hotel is not well maintain, the room less hygiene

Food sucks, really plain, don't even bother eating in here. They used to be good. We rented Elephant villa, this is 3 rooms for 6 people, but its family/TV room is too small for 6 people. Lots of facilities are closed to an on-going renovation, hence 2 stars.

Interesting enough ... the rental price is quite expensive ... the facilities are worth the price ...

The room is ok except small insects inside bathrooms and i hate insects. But my other family get the new renovated room and it's much better and cleaner... the hotel facilities are great.. they have bumper car, pony ride, elephant ride, bird park (you can feed the bird too), boat, mibi train, archery, paintball, flying fox, and many more... a great place for families with children

To be honest I did not stay, just wanted to discuss the facilities at this hotel. For appearance it is very good because it has just been renovated. The available rooms are quite diverse. There are villa and hotel types. At the front to the back of the building filled with nice villas who want to stay with a group of offices or family. There are also wara wiri cars that cost Rp.10,000 per person, but it is unfortunate that a hotel as good as this still charges a paid rate for traveling cars such as the shutlle car. I once stayed at the Royal Tulip which has a shutlle car from the parking lot to the hotel lobby that was not paid for. Even children are counted paid. The children's games are quite expensive starting from bombomcar, water boat, paintball, etc. all are paid. There is a mini zoo which, thank God, is free. For children's playground, Rp. 25,000 includes socks and drink boxes per child. The restaurant here is quite large, one full floor with a big aquarium in the middle. Maybe I will think twice if staying here the facilities are generally enough to reach into the wallet especially those who bring 2 children. Just like the roads to the Safari Park That's all

Good place to hide out with family or group, affiliate with Taman Safari Indonesia (TSI) Cisarua Zoo, you can get special discount for TSI entrence if stay here. this place also have their mini zoo, love the Savana restaurant, you can see directly next beside you Meerkat group ... Good place deserve for 5 star! ... And if you planning to have a special meeting for your business need they got some interesting meeting room theme with Animal name, like badak room...the staff really helpfull and always help everything what you need ! Good Job !

For the Executive Giraffe Room, the room is good enough
there are only a few points of advantages and disadvantages:

1. for room cleanliness: okay score 4.5

T4ny is good, beautiful, shady, cool, safe, comfortable, neat, clean, lots of complete facilities starting from T4 to eat (for example, for breakfast, lunch or just for hanging out), swimming pool for children & adults, T4 for rent of sports equipment, T4 for worship for Muslims & non-muslims are all available. Here the atmosphere makes you feel at home when you are on a family vacation destination. Very recommended .... !!!

- Easy and fast check-in (just buy cheaper on the website)
- I ordered an executive girrafe room which is king size, first I entered the correct room as expected, the room is not too big. Somewhat surprised because there is a connecting door with the next room. And sure enough, this afternoon started to bother me because it turned out that there were several children staying next door and the sound didn't go to the filter in my room. Until I can't sleep. I asked to move rooms, and the answer was for the king size, only the room I stayed in was available.
Really, a bit disappointed, the intention to want an expensive babymoon is not getting enough privacy.
- the bathroom, the type of dry bathroom which is separated between a shower and a closet. I almost slipped in the shower because the tiles were slippery instead of using textured ceramic edges. It's really dangerous, especially when I'm 4 months pregnant. But fortunately it's okay.
- The food is quite complete, from the ala carte menu to breakfast it is also quite ok.

Good place to stay with family, there is small water park and kids playground.
They just refurbish the hotel aboout a year a go, looks more better than before. Room are clean, has amenities, friendlly and helpfull staff. Restaurant is nice, you can eat and watching the animal playing next to you.

The hotel is comfortable ... the service is good and friendly ... the game is exciting ... the animals are well maintained, the over all is cool.

In general, good and good .. Only there are still some land that has not been processed, which has been available, can be added again ...

For the Komodo room is more suitable for a 2 star ... the bathroom is in a rich condition of an old villa ... A dirty room glass is like that ... 1 power plug has broken down ... Not really

Safari park is great. Lots for kids to do. Boat rides, horse rides, pony rides, cammel rides, bird enclosures. There is a petting area for bunnies. For sad to look closely at the animals, while they all looked well fed, there was brandinding on the horses. One just needs to look in the animals eyes to see that they are not very happy. Honestly, i thought was less of a petting zoo and more of a work place for the animals. I can see some of the male handlers dont treat them as well as they should.
