This is the hotel my family subscribed to. I started elementary school, now I have been a child.
Please still be satisfying. Friendly staff, complete facilities especially for children, the room is ok but bfast is for a standard 4 star hotel.
Thx RSG ... definitely come back to this hotel.

Good ... unfortunately the path is not bright in the complex. Order to eat from the giraffe suite ... it's not good to eat. Mending to eat at restaurants or outside.

The place is spacious, there is a mini zoo, suitable for rest and tourism.

vacation spot that is right for the family, the hotel is comfortable, many children's games

Have a childs?! If yes this place is suitable for you.. Huge play ground, cheap game rides, water park pool, delicious food, so many variance of room. Definitely back again later..

Four of them are cool, unfortunately the breakfast is not good

In my opinion overpriced for the size of a room as small as this and the bathroom without bathup. But the service is quite okay and other facilities are also quite complete.

Always relaxing here with family ... the food is pretty good too ...

Caravan location still stays exciting feeling in the middle of the forest, moreover there is the sound of chimpanzees calling "Pokok'e TOP

First, I like the facilities which are very good and fun for children, second, the food is not satisfying, it tastes bland, the capucino is served with paper cups like in a supermarket, not satisfied with the food ... sorry

Lengkap..cukup hotel facilities in one place holiday fun interchangeable krn already there is a waterpark, BirdPark, island reptile, dll..yg jg could educate children.
This is the most exciting family holiday experience for me, my husband, and my son learned that lg aktif2nya (age 1,5thn).
Tp unfortunately, dragons type room that I occupy the old building adlh jadul..tp impressed that his accent still comfortable, clean, and I was given a free upgrade duper deluxe room..super well deh

Stayed in their new giraffe room. The check in and out process was fast, the room was okay. Many attractions for family

Nice place, for your family to interact with animals ( bird park, reptile island, and water park are free if you stayin the resort), their food was okay, but the service was good..

Just want to stay here, no where to go all day, because it's complete here

A good place for recreation. Inside there are swimming pools and other attractions. Like riding horses, elephants and bird parks, Etc.

Food was good. It took almost an hour to get out food.

Stayed at the new building called Girrafe, nice clean room, but not soundproof, you can hear noise from hallways & nearby rooms.. Great place for family with lots of fun activity..

Stayed two nights here, I got the Leopard room. The room is standard if compared to newer hotels, the lighting isn't too bright so not really suitable to work with laptop.
The room had balcony which face towards a mount, morning sun was quite hot.
During the stay I couldn't connect to wifi, and so some other guests too.
The cleaning could use some improvements as I found some missing spot in the bathroom still uncleaned.
The room service menu was quite expensive, I ordered the pizza and it was quite good.
The morning breakfast located next to a Meerkat, Zebra and Alpaca cage so children can enjoy their meals while seeing the animals.
There are packages of entertainment with tickets, for staying guests you get a free ticket to some venue.
On weekdays not all venue are open.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

decent hotel rooms ... maybe for the cleanliness of the rooms more improved. for facilities inside. really top ... kids like it here

As per the hotel, it is only 4 stars, it's good if it's weekend and the weather is sunny, we come here on work day and it often rains ... So we enjoy all the facilities that are available. . . Overall good sh for hotels in the peak area, wide area, good shower ... near the safari park ... if you want to, you can buy safari park tickets for 125 thousand (January 2018) per person, and max buy 3 for 1 room, so if I enter the safari park, just keep the car entrance fee up to 20 ... ...
