First time staying and we will definitely be back!...
First time staying and we will definitely be back!! Would recommend to anyone for a chilled time with great benefits for Universal
First time staying and we will definitely be back!! Would recommend to anyone for a chilled time with great benefits for Universal
I stayed there October 2019 with my son and had a wonderful time, can't wait to go back some time.
Love this place. Nice rooms, great gym/sauna/steam room, ten minutes walk to the parks or take a water taxi. Some very good food options too . Stayed here four times and enjoyed every one.
The room was great but customer service was terrible. Go to a Disney resort if you have the choice.
Great hotel .with lots of perks ,fastpass keys.great pool .
The Loews Royal Pacific is one of Universal Studios park hotels. It is located less than 5 minutes away from the main park entrance and is very convenient for getting there easily. The rooms are average size, pleasing to the eyes, and well kept. The lobby and scenery around the hotel are very beautiful and interesting. I do recommend for anyone going to Universal Studios or are in the area and can afford this hotel.
Absolutely stunning hotel, clean and well maintained. Perfect location in relation to the parks (about a 5-10min walk) and the water taxi offered a decent alternative. Room key acted as an express pass made the visit that much more enjoyable and alowed us to experience all the attractions we wanted with time to spare. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Will definitely consider staying at this location again. We did not take advantage of the pool but would have had we stayed longer.
We stayed here in April of 2017. It is a great resort! Walking distance to CityWalk, Express Pass, great atmosphere and a water taxi from Universal! The pool was very nice and a fun option for kids and adults alike. The theme was very well followed, and the rooms were gorgeous. The cute islandy touches really added a whole new element, and I would plan on staying here again.
Average hotel room. Nothing special about it. Staff is extremely unhelpful. They will charge you for every little thing they possibly can. We needed to stay in our room a little longer to wait for our shuttle to the airport and they said we'd have to pay $75 so we had to wait in the lobby. Went to the character breakfast that started at 7 am. Only two characters were there. Definitely not worth the extra cost. The smoke detector flashed brightly and continuously, we were told it was normal. They were doing construction above us and next to us all day every day. Stay somewhere else!
Booked a king suite for a quick 1 night getaway. Clean and comfortable, service was great. Only issue was I never received the "your room is ready" text and had to ask at the posted check-in time about the status. Turns out it was ready; don't know why the text wasn't sent. 10 minute walk to the parks, Express Pass was great - I'll definitely astray again.
A combination of best sushi, great presentation, with exotic atmosphere. The staffs are friendly and courteous especially Chef Dan and Jack.
This is the most family friendly resort! Each staff member was so kind and enthusiastic. While often at major resorts it can feel as you are getting "nickel and dimed" to death, this was the complete opposite. Generous in every way. Loved it!
Pretty hotel and very convenient since it s inside the park. However, the sheets were dirty from the bed and the pullout sofa. The safe didn t work and when we ask the front desk they said it would take about 20 minutes to send someone to fix it. The sheets were cleaned right away but it was late and we were exhausted from the park.
Very nice place to stay with your family. Onsite restaurants are a bit pricey, but service is really good.
Royal Pacific takes u 2 wonderful place u never experience before. Feels like U R in Bali
Stopped by after work for drinks with coworkers at Jake's. Nice little place. Parking was validated, too... all $47+ of it! (!?)
Loved our stay there! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Close to the city walk and theme parks. The items you purchased at the parks can be sent to your room without having to carry them around. Express passes were excellent! Rooms were clean. Nice restaurants and friendly service. Would definitely go there again.
An absolutely beautiful resort! The resort itself was fantastic, and made it so easy to travel between the resort and Universal and CityWalk
Super clean and had more corona precautions than any other places. Very friendly and super convenient to the parks and amenities. Everyone was very friendly.
Great hotel and atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool and access to the parks
Really nicely themed resort. Handy walk or boatride to the parks and city walk. Nice rooms, very friendly staff. Only reason I'm not giving 5stars is there doesn't seem to be any snacks/pastry, coffee shop on site. Nice hotel, really a no brainier if you consider the expresspasses you get for staying here.
The experience has been really nice. Room are nice and service has been very good. The atmosphere is really nice and the lagoon is very cool.
Love the pool. Nice room. Slept good. Water taxi is fun
Clean hotel, convenient to the parks . The Express Pass is worth the extra money for the hotel stay.
Has the best service I've seen in a hotel. Staff is always available (24/7) at the front desk, by phone, or by text messaging (!). Rooms are clean and kept updated. It is easy to find what you are looking for, and it has connections via boat (or sidewalk if that isn't your thing) to the nearby CityWalk, which has a plethora of attractions.
Excellent location within walking distance of parks. Very nice and clean hotel. However the house keeping moves at a snails pace checked in at 7am my room was not ready until 6pm quite frustrating aside from that a great place to stay .
Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. We went for a Minions interactive breakfast. Food had more options than expected and was very tasty! Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Characters and handlers were great!
Good location for conference. Staff, food, and rooms were good and welcoming.
Beautiful hotel, accommodating staff..very clean and loved the water taxi service to the theme parks and City Walk!
A little pricey but a good value with express. Always a great place to stay!
Nice hotel with a great sushi bar and the free universal express makes it worth the cost.
Rooms are clean and very nice, staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious. Beautiful grounds. Pool is really nice. Highly recommend
This place is incredible!! Everyone is so kind and helpful to our family. Thanks Loews for making us feel right at home!!!!
I've stayed at the Lowes Total Pacific multiple times and have enjoyed each of my stays. The staff is great, the accommodations are lovely, and the amenities are extensive. I would consider this Resort to be one of the best in the Universal vicinity. The location puts you within a few minutes walk to Universal City Citiwalk and all that has to offer as well. I highly recommend this Resort if visiting the Universal area.
Well worth paying for a nights stay and booking in early for the early park entrance and ultimate queue jumper tickets for the parks. Room was not the biggest for Florida standards, but clean and very well maintained excepted for a crack in the sink. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows and very quite air-conditioning. Booked in fine and received park queue jumper tickets which are your room keys also. As we arrived early for the park opening was informed text would be sent to confirm room number and when it was ready, this never happened! When asking for room information at 1800 was informed new keys had to be issued and checked ID again!
Was told could use the old keys or new ones from then on??? Waste of time money and plastic. This was the only let down.
We flew in were from Wisconsin, so right off the bat everything is completely different from what we're truly used to. Once we got to the hotel everything was amazing we were greeted wonderfully at the door by nice Bellman, once we got to the front desk we were given leis, and welcomed so warmly I felt like we had been friends for years. We stayed on the second floor of the resort. Didn't have that much of a view to be honest but still from what we saw outside our window it was beautiful. We also of course went to Universal Studios, it was amazing and I definitely recommend booking a package deal with both of them everything is within walking distance there are also fairies of course and people that run bike taxi cabs that can take you back to your hotel or at least relatively close to the hotel. No complaints whatsoever! 10 out of 10 will be doing again.
Great family hotel. Easy access to the parks and the pool is a perfect way to end your day after a day of walking and riding. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Universal parks!
We really enjoyed our time here! Great, clean, beautiful rooms and friendly service. They have a great boat service that takes you to and from the parks. The only thing that wasn t top notch was the food at the hotel restaurants, but I d definitely come stay here again.
Everything is really nice. However the rooms are quite small and the accommodations are quite lackluster. The service is mediocre at best. Overall it is enjoyable but their are little things that are lacking.
This is a hotel in a beautiful setting. The environment is clean and pristine. It's in an ideal location close to Sea World and International Drive with lots of restaurants and social activities.
Excellent limo service is conveniently located at the curbside.
A little confusing to find ur way there but is an awesome place to have a wonderful night.
Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Very beautiful room and surroundings. Amazing beds. House keeping and other personnel very friendly. Also liked the club lounge a lot and the restaurant around the pool area.
We've stayed in Cabana Bay last year which was very nice, but this hotel was even better. Although our stay here has raised the standard so other hotels for the future might be a bit disappointing now we've been here. ;)
The staff were very helpful, rooms bright and clean. A highlight of our trip to be sure
Great hotel. Perfect location for visiting universal studios. The Express Pass included with the rooms really makes it a good deal!
This is a facility that caters to children, yet I was not able to even by a box of crayons anywhere for my grandson. We purchased a doodling book at the spider man store and they did not even sell them there.
Breakfast is nothing but sugary foods that make hyper kids very difficult to deal with .
Upon arrival we discovered my husband's phone was left on the plane. The airline found it immediately. However, when my husband went to the concierge for assistance in getting a ride back to get it, they told him he was on his own. They would not let him shuttle back to the airport.
He was forced to take a cab. This cost him $83.63 plus tip totalling $100, not to mention he lost an entire day at the parks.
We had a meal plan that could not be used at the hotel. At least have as wholesome breakfast with hot foods like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, maybe some beans for a good healthy (protein filled breakfast).
Consider people with health issues like diabetes etc.
If you rent a car, you must pay to park it at the hotel...where you already paid a substantial room rate. Very disappointing.
One major plus...... All staff was very friendly, trying their best to help in all areas of my distress. Wonderful kind, professional and caring.
This is an amazing property. You are totally transported to Bali. Having been to Bali several times, this resort brings the ambiance and flavors of Bali to Orlando. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Top notch food and lush garden make for a wonderful stay. The decor throughout the resort is faithful to Balinese temples, with orchids, waterfalls, and stone statues. Great place to rest and enjoy Universal Studios.
The atmosphere right from the moment you walk into the hotel is epic. It's open air and the employees are smiling and right there to see you as you arrive at the hotel. Love the attention of on to detail!
Gorgeous hotel with a private entrance to Universal Studios via boat or walking path. Restaurants leave something to be desired, and are very expensive for a mediocre cup of coffee and a stale bagel breakfast. The staff is well trained and very helpful. Rooms are kind or cramped bathroom is very nice. Good shower. Parking is a little confusing. The pool is amazing and has a great bar. It is very expensive but you do get express passes for everyone in your room which is a value. And early park access.
Staff was not very helpful, except the valet guys! No service inside the building!
Nice hotel it is a cool place. Best part is the boat to the universal parks and city walk. Great onsite resort style hotel.
We stayed overnight for Universal and loved the rooms. There was a huge storm and we were soaked coming back from the park. The staff met us at the door with towels. It was the best experience I've had at a hotel.
It's expensive, but ABSOLUTELY worth it. Fantastic customer service, amazing check-in amenities, beautiful, and UNLIMITED EXPRESS PASSES for ALL the days of your stay. I've stayed multiple times and will HAPPILY come back again!
Stayed here for a conference. Check-in staff could have been kinder. I forgot the man's name, but when he had trouble finding our reservation, his tone and demeanor insinuated that we were being dishonest... Other than that, and the fact that they never removed the extra bed we asked for them to take away 2-3x, the resort itself was gorgeous. The text-the-staff feature was very convenient too. If you ignore the hints of cultural appropriation in the decor, you'll definitely enjoy your stay too.
We had a wonderful experience here! The option to take the short walk to the City Walk/Parks or take the water taxi was very convenient. Our room was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. All the staff were welcoming and very informative. I highly recommend Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando.
Second stay, just as good as the first. I love the tropical feel and the staffs dedication to making the resort Hawaii themed with "aloha " and "ma halo". The room was clean and comfortable . We had two queen beds and it comes with a mini fridge. The pool is very nice and the poolside service is amazing. My favorite part is the water taxi, we took that to universal and it saved time waiting in line for bag checks at the city walk entrance. Love the plumeria scent throughout the resort also!
Had an amazing experience at the resort. It was clean. Staff was very friendly, very accommodating and helped make this special trip even more special. Cannot wait to stay at this resort again!
They work to make sure your stay is memorable, with different shows and dinners throughout the year. Really nice!
Some of the room features did not make sense. Super heavy dining room chairs, bathroom that would become a lake after a shower (unsuccessful water management), etc. However, the room was very nice and clean. We had a suite attached to a living space (to sleep 8). One improvement would be to have had provisions for 8 already in the room (rollaway bed, enough towels, enough blankets). We had to call to get sufficient resources several times. Overall a nice stay. Just some things we expected and did not get for the cost.
lovley hotel but be careful the fuji water in the room is $7.50 and one of ours was half drunk. so house keeping missed it or did not clean it too well
The hotel needs a renovation. Bedrooms are small, the window does not open and are dirty (bur the bathroom is good). The gardens need some care and the gym needs a seriously renovation. The pool and the recreation area are cool. It's very pratice to walk to the parks (and the path is beautiful). The restaurants are good but could be more diversified. You see, it's a good (but not awesome) hotel, but it not worth the price. It's too expensive. The only (yes, the only) advantage is the "express" to skip the lines at the parks...
Very nice atmosphere, reminiscent of Pacific islands. Staff was friendly and helpful. The garden walk was very pretty, especially at night time. There are a variety of food options, several of them quite affordable, and the pool area was very engaging.
Lovely resort, friendly staff, great amenities and very handy location for going to Universal Orlando parks. Comfortable room and bed. Nicely decorated.
Thank you for the reply, and Thank You all so much for the Wonderful Attentiveness, and attention to detail. All of the staff did a truly remarkable job making our Anniversary special!
Beautiful. Food was ok. No bathroom privacy or fan. Pool is down.
The best customer service, friendly and welcoming staff, clean facility, close proximity with easy transport to parks and a big, clean pool. There is an Avis rental car desk near check in desks. The only down side were parking fees for guests. Its best to rent a car for the day through Costco travel online, as there is an Avis on site. You can return the car at the end of the day to avoid a parking fee if you are only renting for one day which is what we did. Last year we rented a car the entire time but only used it a few days, racking up parking fees unnecessarily. We took an Uber from the airport which was very inexpensive compared to shuttle services like Mears which we have used in the past. This was our second stay, this time 8 days in June. The food is ok; best food was pool side, good brunch at Islands dining room, not impressed with Jakes food but service was good everywhere. This hotel also has a connecting bridge to Sapphire Falls, another Loews property which has a few eateries as well. Boats ran frequently as did buses to get you to and from the park. Thank you always for a great stay. We will be back as annual pass holders from California.
Wish we had more time at this lovely resort. South Asian style architecture makes you feel like you are royalty on sabbatical. Large room and bathroom, comfy bed. Nice late night dinner at Jake's American Bar that has a 40s adventurer theme. But the best part is getting an express pass for all the rides and attractions at Universal Studios. No waiting in hour-long lines. We have vowed to return and stay a few days to enjoy the amazing pool, Asian style restaurants, and Polynesian show.
The resort is beautiful from the entrance to the lobby..and at first the room looked top notch,BUT
It wasn't ckean..I hate that: there was dust on tge louvered doors of the closet, dust on tge picture frames, heavy dust on the bathroom fan..and tfats what i easily saw. Wpuld never yake a bath in the tub..it wasnt clean and there was mold around the tub and on the wall. I nade the mistake of looking under the bed..lots od dust valls and food..disgusting. the beds were soft but nade ne wonder about the cleanliness of the sheets. For a "high class resort ..and expensive..i expected a lot betyer. My advise..go have a look at the Chrostmad yree and gingerbread house display..but don't stay there!!
Nice hotel, great location, wonderful for early access to universal.
Great place to stay and the perks of having a speed pass make staying here worth it
Great hotel with added bonus of universal express included in price.
7 minute walk to park, Express pass and early admission
Very nice and clean location. Easy to get to the parks
We had a lovely time staying at the Royal Pacific. The theme of hotel is fun(I loved all the frogs!) all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The resort is huge be prepared to walk a bit just on property. They have lots of kid friendly things... Even for older kids (nice game room). They have water taxis to Universal and Islands of Adventure making it super easy! But I would say the best thing was the fast pass we received for staying at a theme park property! What a difference that made! We were only here for 2 days so optimizing our time was very important. We got to ride everything and some things twice. The only downside was we had to stay in a room with 2 queens. My husband and I are very tall and really need a big bed to be comfortable,so queens are tough-but we could make it work. These were not queen sized beds, they must be full size. Outside of the beds, we had zero complaints and would 100% visit again!
Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, and plenty of places nearby. On site restaurants are okay, but there are plenty of other choices nearby. Here for a conference, and the only downside is that all the facilities are so large that it's easy to get lost!
The staff was very nice, The water taxi was very convenient, but I did not feel it was worth $240.00 a night and $28.00 per night parking fee. The room was very small and our room smelled very musty.
Beautiful place and outstanding ammenites! I would give 5 stars but maintenance did not come to our room one day, and as picky as that sounds, it s the small things you appreciate the most on vacation. We called around 4pm and they said they would come in a few hours, and then did not show until the next morning.
The resort is beautiful! They greet you with lays, and a beautiful view of fountains as soon as you walk in. The lady we had at the front desk was super friendly and went out of her way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. The best part of our stay was that the resort is within walking distance of the park, or you can take the ferry. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and we had 5 people in our room and it didn't feel super cramped. The pool is also wonderful, and there is even a hot tub!
Employees were great however wash cloths were not giving each day were cleaned. Hotel needs better policy .
Very nice resort with a friendly and helpful staff!
I just want to Thank the staff especially Peter and Charles Fee from managment. We stay with Loews Resorts 3 times a year and never had an issue. This visit started off rocky with some unpleasant experiences ( which was completely out of ordinary.) I contacted staff who took immediate action, contacted management who went above and beyond to correct things and truly show how customer service should be. I greatly appreciate all staff did to save out trip and make our experience amazing!!!!
Wonderful place to stay. All the amenities you could ask for. Nice staff. Super close to Universal and city walk. We will be back.
Great ambience and a very gracious staff. Our room was very comfortable.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the staff was so attentive, helpful, and friendly. This actually exceeded my expectations and I truly felt like I was on a luxury vacation even though I was 45 min from home. I loved the ease of getting to the parks and the express passes are more than worth the additional cost of this hotel. We never waited more than 30 min even with 3 hour wait times. The park transportation saved us so much energy and time in the summer sun. If you're able, this hotel is fantastic!
It is a good hotel if you are going to universal. They do support "to hotel shipping".
The food is good when buffet but weird when plated. The conference I went to was large and the location worked well for it. The staff was attentive and jumping at the chance to serve us.
I visited for a training. The hotel is very large but it was nice
I stayed at tower 3 club level. The room is big enough for the three of us.
Clean and not stuffy.
The ambience reminds me of my own country back in the 80s. Very serene. And the "terraced paddy field" is a sight to remember.
Easiest access to park is by water taxi. Please save yourself the agony of using the bus from citywalk entrance. Never again will I use bus from the park to go to the hotel. 2 hours waiting instead of 5 minutes
Beautiful resort! Great price for the convience of having universal at your finger tips. Also includes fast passes for the park. And the staff was excellent!
The hotel was nice and the employees were always super nice and professional. We stayed here because we were visiting universal and island of adventure. They offer free fast passes and early entry to the park which was a huge benfinit.
More on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Staying at this hotel will grant you free express pass if you decide to go to universal studios/islands of adventure (seperate charges apply.) Dining is not a quick service venue.
The Lowes Royal Pacific is the perfect hotel if you're visiting Universal. The three towered layout is a really cool way of splitting people up to avoid people traffic and to make your hotel look astonishing. The service was reliable, fast, and courteous. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly after each exit. I could not have asked for a better experience. 5 stars
What a beautiful resort. Greeted at the entrance. Every staff member I have interacted with has been helpful and pleasant. Beautiful decor. The pool is massive, great area with games and an area for kids with water features. They even have movie night in the pool. Grounds feature a lovely garden walk as well. Am loving this!!!
