The pink hoodie was a lighter shade than expected and the fabric seems to get loose.

I've been rocking with Hoop Culture for about 3 or so years now and they have grown so much since then, their products have upgraded in quality and design. I recommend this brand for anyone who is a hooper and likes to show off their apparel! #FortheCltr

I order shorts that were limited release in an adult large and they sent me a youth medium. In an XL package. Good try guys

Ordered a shirt 2 weeks ago, paid for 2-day shipping, and I have yet to get my product. I was charged for the product and got a text saying they ll update me. Nothing happened..after I bought the shirt it said I would receive an email, and I ve never gotten an email from them... I tried calling who knows how many times and they don t answer. This seems like a scam considering everyone experiences this same problem. COMPANY IS TERRIBLE DONT BUY!!

Hoop culture has great quality products with super dope designs.

Good Quality T-Shirts and Hoodies. Excellent customer service no hassle on returns or exchanges.

Clothes are super comfortable to wear. I pretty much only wear their shirts and jackets. Delivery takes awhile but that's minor. Love the apparel.

The material is quality, stylish, takes a some time for processing but well worth it

Quality looks excellent (haven t given it to my son yet, but upon first glance)...also prices were very reasonable! Only cons seem to be that the delivery was slow (but it was after Black Friday, so somewhat understandable), and the inventory has unfortunately been very low, pretty often throughout the holiday season...if you didn t grab it as soon as you saw it, it was gone, and it probably wasn t going to be back in stock ...My son will be very happy with the items I was able to get however!!!

Awesome quality. I would nice if the turn around was faster but quality is more important. The products are unique and look exactly like what you see advertised.

These guys are fantastic! Have ordered from them multiple times and their products are great! I had placed an order for a special limited item for my son's birthday and didn't realize it takes a bit longer to ship. Realizing after that I may not have it by his birthday I called and explained the situation. They made sure I got it BY HIS BIRTHDAY and!!!! even sent a special personalized note from them all. I have some of this clothing for myself and it is so comfortable and affordable. I recently bought a sweatshirt as a Christmas present and the shipping was great. My order got here in no time.

Ordered items before Thanksgiving for a gift for my daughters new boyfriend and the order still has not arrived and it is after new year's. Called and never got an answer , emailed and finally got a automated response asking questions to what was provided in the email. At this point all I want is a refund . Not a good way to do business. Had to spend money I didn't have on another item for his gift. Not professional.

Love the brand and styles! However I was a little disappointed in the huge size difference between the XS and S hoodie sizing. Over all, I am completely satisfied with my experiences and will definitely order from HoopCulture again :)

It's now April the 1st and I placed an order on March 16th and have not even heard anything about it. I havent received, which sucks after more than two weeks, but the fact that I haven't gotten any type of update, and the fact that I have called them and left a voicemail and emailed them over a week ago with no reply is really irritating. This is my only experience with them so I wouldn't recommend them. If you can't get your shipping together then why are you offering online purchases. Waiting doesn't bother me, but knowing i have spent money and i get no updates about my order and the fact that i still get sale emails does

Quality clothing, everything that we ordered looked exactly like it did in the pics and all showed up on time. Some of the things we wanted were out of stock in certain sizes.

Love the shirts and the sets they have to offer. Sizes run true to size and don't have those stretched out wide neck openings like a lot of other brands. Only thing remotely negative would be the shipping time frame. Takes about 3 weeks unless you wanna upgrade and pay more to get things faster but, that still doesn't take away from the quality of the products. So I'm still a 5 star customer reviewer!

Ordered a mystery pack of t-shirts as one of my son's birthday presents. The first day he wore it, it ripped it the neck. Not really happy with the quality of the shirt we received.

All products are of great quality. The Hoopsquad backpack has been a big head tuner here in Stuttgart Germany.

Products was delivered in a timely manner and was as expected.

Absolutely love Hoop Culture, the company is full of people who just wanna boost the basketball scene and provide fantastic clothing. They will be as big as Nike and Adidas one day, the quality of their products are just as good if not better currently! Constantly buying more and more off of their website!

Great products but shipping takes a very long time so if you can wait that s good.

My grandson loves these clothes but, they don't carry very many youth sizes. I would pay the extra for shipping, other wise it takes forever! Their customer service is excellent!!! Great quality of clothes!!! You'll love them!

Love the free t-shirts which are actually 9.95 for shipping but much better than $25. Very soft, my son wears them out!

I ve been ordering clothes for awhile for my boyfriend of course, but I love the site! Only thing that could be improved is the order updates. I had ordered a shirt and it took about a month to come in and didn t have any updates about the shipping whatsoever. But overall love everything Hoop Culture is about!

I LOOVVVEEE this website 100% they have some drippy clothing , but my girlfriend ordered me a limited Boston Celtics shirt maybe 2 months ago and another shirt and they have not arrived...all the shipping information was valid and correct plus she screenshotted her order saying delivered. Hope they fix their shipping and etc. really bummed I can t rock the gear I ordered :(

Shirt was correct size when it arrived, but took a while to arrive. However, it was a free item (just pay for shipping) so that was understandable, no big deal.

Was very happy to receive my order the day it said. Not so happy that the outfit my son really wanted was sold out and still is. But he did like the clothes we purchased. I'll buy again soon.

We ordered Christmas gifts for our young grandsons on Dec.6th. GOT NOTHING!
Cant get ahold of them at all! I have left numerous messages and emailed them
NO RESPONCE! They managed to charge our credit card $93 and change. I am giving them until 2:00 today to call and SPEAK with me. If I get nothing I will be calling my credit card co. and let them handle the issue and I'll be contacting the BBB too!
