Really best place for family recommend for every one great place to visit
Dad already like it and recommending it to every one

Lots to explore and look at, there's a man made river/splash pool which the kids love on a hot day so bring your slippers and bathers.
Plenty of Australian plants to discover and learn about and the tour is lots of fun as well. A good day trip or a quick splash in the water if you want to cool down.

A great place for a walk and adventure or perhaps a nice barbeque lunch on the free barbeques provided. Often see wildlife roaming around the place, such a natural setting.

Gardens are beautiful and fascinating. The one cafe is very expensive and has ordinary food. Coffee not great. Bring your own food.

Beautiful, free, native botanical garden organised artistically and by region and concept. Helpful volunteer guides.

Some years after it's creation the gardens have now settled down and the very imaginative varied designs which illustrate Australia's hugely varied flora. It's well worth a visit.

The "The Industrial/Artificial" landscaping is intrusive at first, but you learn to block it out and enjoy the brilliant flora. Highly recommended.

Huge open space suitable for a day trip for families, with lots of Australian vegetation. There are also kiosks scattered in this gardens in case you need your coffee fix.

Varied landscape, kids water play area and garden, bus tour, grasslands with a playground and wetlands too. Lots of nature walks and you can see wild animals. We saw a Black Wallaby.

What a great place to see all of Australias special garden designs, amazing doesn't describe it. Arrive early and spend the day there, and you'll still need to go back and see more. Could do with more rest points for older or frail people. Cafe is a bit pricey, but you could take a picnic, lots of spots to enjoy your lunch. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Royal botanical gardens is fabulous place, place to marvel with the richness and diversity of the Australian flora. You can also see some of the local inhabitants, including bandicoots and a plethora of birds. A must visit.

Love the landscaping - pity the coffee shop is using disposable plastic cutlery and paper cups. Not great for the environment!

Outstanding displays, interesting tours. Explorer is excellent way of having an overview of much of the gardens. Worth spending a full day looking around. Cafe serves a good lunch. Very enjoyable.

plenty to see, lots of different walking tracks, plenty of picnic space.
Perfect for a whole day out or a quick stop by for sight seeing along the Mornington Peninsula.
Very family friendly, bikes also allowed!
A few kiosks stationed around for drinks and snacks and toilets all around the gardens.

Lovely place. Very kid friendly and great for families too. The bushwalk are easy and can be long or short. Good for walks with friends or even with prams. You might even see some Aussie wildlife around the bushwalks.

This is just the place if you looking for some relaxing time. Great for kids too. The surrounding is colorful and has variety of plants. Popular for event photography.
