Great company with professional products. Well educated people and very friendly. Specialists in folding doors , sliding doors and windows. Highly recommended.

Disgusting customer service attitude. Be careful what you sign. Signed for installation of my door in the pouring rain, only to discover the glass very scratched when finally moving into the house several months later and cleaning the glass when the sun finally came out. Because ID Systems have a signed piece of paper saying signed off in 'good condition' (despite the rain on the glass at the time of handover) the company are hiding behind their handover form and not interested in a face to face meeting to discuss. Taking contractual agreement to a completely new level. Have previously bought from this company 11 years ago, and recommended to many friends since, but will never recommend again. The door is 9 months old.

When a date was set for the fitting of my 10 sliding doors, there were many threats of possible penalties if all the listed criteria weren t met by the home owner. But in the end the team turned up 2 days early and I had to hastily arrange for someone to be present ( one of said requirements ).
Quality is excellent, so all was well until a window broke.
My replacement window is pink and mirror effect and definitely doesn t match the other nine windows, in fact it stands out like a sore thumb. I m told by IDSystems that they have fitted the best match and as the small print claims that exact replacements are not guaranteed, the case is closed . In my opinion a difference as great as this should have been highlighted when I placed the order, and not just hidden in the small print.

Proffessional advice and overall service from start to finish with IDSytems. Lots of help and advice from the outset. Clear instructions on preparation, fitting on the day was quick and trouble free. We are so pleased with our folding doors - they feel like they'll last a lifetime!

Excellent product, disappointed by issues not pointed out at the point of ordering. I emailed a complaint which i then received a phone call from the sales advisor who seemed to dismiss the points I was unhappy with as my own fault.

I am currently waiting for two roof lights to be installed but the experience so far has been terrible. Late shop drawings and extended lead times despite advising that if my dates couldn t be met I would cancel the order. Was promised an installation date by two separate people in the company only to have it moved back again. Would not recommend based on my experience thus far.

We thought IDSystems would be out of our budget considering the quality and status of this company. However the quote we had was very competitive. When you combine the competitive price with the quality of the design, the door system, the glass etc - we were very happy.

We had two bifold doors installed - and are extremely happy with the finish. The installers were on time, pleasant and enthusiastic about the product and their employer. They installed the doors swiftly and thoroughly explained how to use and maintain the doors.

I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

From Start to finish the Team @ ID Systems and Klaudia in particular could not have done enough to support us in choosing the correct doors for our NEW extension. They opened the showroom especially for us , as we were unable to make the week day viewings. The support in measuring (as we wanted the doors flush with the floor), was patient and very helpful. On the day of install the team were professional and nothing was too much to get the job done!

The Doors, one set of sliding (3 panel) and one set of 3 panel bi-fold, look great and keep the rooms warm whilst bringing the outside in.

Would choose ID systems again, any time. Better service and warranty than others on the market.

We love the Vistaline Doors which has made a big difference to the overall look of our new house with really narrow frame sightlines and easy to use. ID Systems have been professional throughout the process with accurate surveying and detailed drawings provided. A quality service and were responsive in sorting out any snagging issues.

Brilliant bi-fold doors from this business. I bought them 15 years ago and they have worked perfectly. Just recently I had a small problem with the lock on one of them. Called ID systems and one of their Engineers came to fix it at no charge. I was local (Norwich) which I know made a big difference in terms of callout. Brilliant customer service - thank you so much ID systems - you really made my day!

Really pleased with my new sliding doors, they are of the highest quality and look perfect in my kitchen. Customer service was excellent from start to finish and the fitters were very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

We ordered two sets of bi-fold doors. They were the most expensive but they are worth it. The quality of the doors is fantastic and we are thrilled. Superior product, service and aftercare.

A great investment!
