This is my second review for them. I leased a 2014 and 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. My family has been loyal to Chrysler for decades. We have owned at least 10 different Chrysler vehicles. All in total, probably over half a million dollars worth of FCA cars/trucks. Anyway, my younger brother recently had some issues with the valves on his Jeep Wrangler. FCA denied warranty work on the truck because it was 1000 miles out of warranty. We were absolutely insulted. My father and I called FCA directly and were met with basically a huge slap in the face. Despite them seeing my family owned nearly a dozen FCA vehicles over the years they denied us. As a last resort, I called my salesman at Rt 46, PJ. I explained to PJ what had happened and he agreed, it was absolutely unacceptable. He got his manager Bill involved who escalated the problem to the service manager, Don. PJ, Bill, and Don stepped up to the plate. I should note that my brother didn't even purchase his Wrangler from them but rather, another now closed dealer. After about a week or so, they got it done. Truck is all fixed. I can't say enough about the service we received. That is true loyalty to your customers and appreciation.
