I have been receiving very annoying sales calls that leave a voice message on a nearly daily basis for several weeks. Someone there is trying to reach someone named Rachael and have a incorrect phone number. I DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR DEALERSHIP AND WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FRO YOU. If these calls continue I will be forced to contact the BBB or file suit for harassment.
Not a good experience, RRN low quality service, got oil change and tire rotation they left off 3 out of 5 lugs on my front tire, I could have died and all they said was SORRY...RRN has poor quality, feels like a shady backyard mechanic smh if I can't take my Nissan to Nissan for the Nissan experience where do I take my car?

In for my 15k service on my Titan XD and as usual it was quick and painless. Took less then an hour. They offer a shuttle and rental cars if you dont want to wait. Ive had better wash jobs but someplaces dont offer it and for the price I eont complain too much. Everybody's polite, friendly, and quick to answer any questions you may have. Make sure to schedule your service before hand as they are always pretty busy.
I came in to get an oil change, and left with a new car. James Shupe got me an amazing price on a new Altima 3.5 SL. The car is exactly what I wanted, and my payment is much lower than I expected. There was absolutely no pressure involved. I lease my vehicles, and I will come back to this dealership every three years to make sure I don't go too long without that new car smell. I also get my cars serviced here, because they never, ever try to upsell me. Great dealership!
I brought in my Armada for service on Wednesday. After an hour or so I was advised that a part was not available in house and had to be shipped from Dallas, and my vehicle would not be ready until the next day. On Thursday I called the service department to fine out if the part had come in and if so the approximate time that I d be able to pick up the car. When I called I was advised the service agent was unavailable or with a customer and that a message would left to advise them to return my phone call. However, there was no return call. This occurred six times!
Friday I went to the Round Rock Nissan dealership service department to inquire as to the status of my vehicle since a phone call didn t work the day before. I talked to the service manager and she advised that the vehicle was ready Thursday to be picked up. However, no one felt it necessary to call me and let me know if was ready. In fact the key to the car was momentarily lost until someone found it in a drawer. The service manager was very apologetic and embarrassed.
As far as the maintenance to the vehicle, as of now, is okey.
John Bonilla and Sales manager were phenomenal and dedicated to the purchase sale of getting into the car that worked best for me and my family. Job well done!!! And there was no pressure. They were always honest about everything concerning the deal.

My whole experience was wonderful from finding a vehicle I liked from browsing online to making an appointment to come in to the dealership. My favorite Nissan dealership in the Austin area! The folks here definitely excel in customer service. They communicate with you every step of the way to make sure you know what's going on with your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait (if you choose to wait while your car is serviced). Buyers beware! I was in the market for a used car. I did my research online, found the car I wanted and went in. Once at Round Rock Nissan they tried to charge me for items that were already on the vehicle! They tried to charge me extra for tint and their upholstery care package even though these items were already on the car and not listed anywhere as additional charges. They refused to honor the upholstery care package when I would not pay for it even though it was already on the car. I don't think we will be buying from Round Rock Nissan ever again.
I have to say hands down best service I ve ever received. My husband and I have a 2017 Nissan Maxima we purchased not long ago and had a small issue with our front bumper although we went to the location where we purchased it and they couldn t help us we came to round rock and they assisted us with no problem. Sean was awesome and appreciate him communicating with us every step of the way. No one ever comes to me and let s me know anything about the car he did and I appreciate that. I can say with certainty that we will be purchasing our next vehicle here in the future very professional.
My mom, who has never been pleased with anyone or anything, including sweet little Elf s that bake delicious great pies and tasty cookies treats, actually liked Round Rock Nissan because Car Care Specialist (as I fondly coined him) Jose Rivas was better than anything you could imagine and hope for when buying a car.
This certified gently pre-owned Nissan that Mom financed at a thrifty APR with an actual price that was priced to sell quickly for this sparkling charcoal cleverly designed 2014 Sentra with a low-mileage engine that is cleaner than Mr. Clean s kitchen sink with a top to ground interior and exterior that looked just as good and drove just as perfectly as a brand new model!. I was so glad she was able to snatch up this car before anyone else prudently bought it before we did!
So, we were first referred by a reliable friend, to a very grand person in Mr. Jose Rivas, and then we secured a fantastic deal with amazing terms in a sensible monthly loan agreement that also includes bumper to bumper coverage that a private sale individual could not do. We are so pleased and definitely would give this dealership and their personnel a 5 star rating, but with no Oscar awarded to them, since these people were not phony actors, but instead were very sincere with integrity and a gracious sense of true kind spirit. But maybe the best part of it all was when mom approvingly patted me on the top of my bald head just prior to speedily driving off in her proudly purchased spectacular Nissan!
Went here for my new Nissan altima's first servicing which involves oil change and tire rotation. After service everything seemed fine until I noticed my Black alloy wheels are scratched near the tyre bolts. They didn't have the patience to handle them carefully or even notify me after scratching the paint off.
Lynn was very helpful from beginning to end. She kept me updated on Scarlett (my car) throughout the day. This was the first time dealing with this dealership, I will be using them again. Thank you Lynn for you hospitality and kindness. It is appreciated. Many blessings!!

My husband and I went to Round Rock Nissan on a Saturday because he was in need of a car. There we met Ricardo who walked us through the car buying experience. Immediately my husband found a 2016 Altima that he fell in love with and that was within our budget. Unfortunately that car was sold before we could speak with our bank the following Monday. Of course he and I were disappointed but also unaware of their no hold policy. Ricardo was quickly able to find us another Altima that was an older model (2013) but with all the bells and whistles that the newer model car didn t have such as leather seats, tinted windows, Bose system etc. Lucky for me my husband loved the car right away. Ricardo made us aware of the fact that the sunroof needed a part because it was leaking and we were asked to look the car over ourselves as well for any other repairs that may have been needed. Because of the work needed parts had to be ordered and being a man my husband became antsy with the process. (No offense to all the men out there ) But again Ricardo came through and provided him with a loaner car until his car was done. He has now had the car for about a month and he is really happy with the purchase and has received numerous compliments on it to date. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Nissan because the process was seamless once the ball was rolling and we truly felt that we were in good hands like Allstate with Ricardo!! He has contacted us to check in on the car to make sure that we were still happy with the purchase and went out of his way to make sure that we received a 2nd key fob for the car as well. And to all of you at Round Rock Nissan, especially you Ricardo, thank you for all that you do on a daily basis to provide top notch service to your customers!! It is much appreciated.

Advisor was honest and helpful. They worked with insurance and all I did was make a phone call. It took longer than expected and there was no loaner, but they kept me informed. OVERestimated at first so pleased at final cost. Good people.
Great service from professional people. We were assisted by Adam Elwood with a same day tire replacement appointment. Out last experience at a different, out of state location, took literally all day; it was a 1000 drip off and we didn't get our vehicle back until the next day. That previous service left my wife and I skeptical when Adam mentioned we could take it in same day with no previous appointment scheduled and have it back it about 2 hours. Since it was a new location to us, we trusted in what Adam offered and to our satisfaction, all was delivered as discussed. I want to thank the service and maintenance department for their exceptional work.

We own a 2014 Maxima and with 74k miles the CVT transmission started acting up so we took it to Round Rock Nissan for service. We have an aftermarket extended warranty for the vehicle and Jarred and David in the service department got our car inspected quickly to confirm the issue. The warranty company sent out an inspector the next morning and they were working on it that afternoon and had it ready the following morning! Jarred kept us in the loop at every step and David assisted us at the service counter coming and going. Our warranty covered 98% of the cost thank goodness and our Maxi is running sweet again. Great overall experience with the service department at Round Rock Nissan!
Two visits ago, my oil was changed from conventional to synthetic and I was not consulted about the change. I was also told there was a nail in my tire sidewall and it could not be repaired and I would need to buy a new tire. I took the tire to Discount Tire and they said the nail was not in the sidewall and they were able to fix the tire at no charge. This last visit I asked why I was switched to synthetic without my consent and I was told Nissan told them to do it because of some issues with the Altima engine and it needed the synthetic. I was not very happy about this because now my oil changes cost twice as much. If I had agreed to the change then fine, but I never agreed to the change. Luckily the guy gave me a coupon to keep the cost reasonable so I went ahead with the oil change. Finally the service technician came to me in the waiting room and told me I had a nail in the side wall of another tire. Same story as last time. I told her to finish the work and leave the tire alone. I once again took it to Discount Tire and they said there was a nail but not in the sidewall. They fixed it for free again. I have lost confidence in this dealership in servicing my vehicle and will not return. Please work on your communication and transparency when dealing with your customers.
Round Rock Nissan has the best customer service I've come across. Josh, my service advisor is wonderful and he exceeds my needs. MJ is one of my most favorite sales representative at Nissan Round Rock!
One complaint. Last year, I sent a email to the general manager of Round Rock Nissan acknowledging an above and beyond experience at Nissan Round Rock, and till this day- I have not been acknowledged for my feedback or heard back.

My 2019 Titan XD was Serviced @ The Round Rock Nissan Service Dept....I dealt with Service Adviser, Landon Williams, and Service Manager, Lynn Thurmond. Together, they recognized the problem, and promptly implemented a satisfactory solution without delay. I sincerely appreciate their genuine desire to take care of business!... I am happy to be a returning customer.
The 2 times I asked about getting the transmission fluid change, I was told 3-4 hours. To get mine back in that timeframe, I dropped my car off when they opened on Tuesday, 4/23, at 7:00 am. Yet somehow when I was the first car that pulled in at 7:00 am, my car wasn't ready until 1:00 pm in the afternoon (6 hours later). Ugh!
Price change was not disclosed prior to work being completed. Online appointment scheduled At one price and at no time did the rep tell me my car needed something different until it was time to check out. Even with an appointment my wait was still 1.5 hours for a basic oil change, no tire rotation.
I had squealing brakes and I was told it was the material that was used for the brakes causing it and if I didn t like the noise my rotors can be turned at my expense. I also asked for an inspection and it was written on the work order but it wasn t done.
A vehicle that my wife and I purchased from Round Rock Nissan was unfortunately totaled in a car accident. In order to close out the GAP insurance payments we need ONE document from this location that they failed to give us before and after multiple calls, voicemails, and emails NOBODY has made an effort to respond. If you buy from this location do not expect much if problems arise. Just drive to Temple, the staff there actually cares.
NO ONE should trust this place. They lied to and robbed they father with a broken truck!! They think they have gotten away with it. But now they are not dealing with a confused disabled old man. Now they are going to deal with me and my attorney. And now they refuse to service the truck.
I went in to get my car checked out. I worked with John...I was provided a ride home and they saved me a lot of money. The other Nissan dealership gave me a bad quote.

I showed up for a routine oil change and did not have an appointment schedule. I was not in any rush and advised the service advisor Bret that he could have my car as long as needed. He called me within an hour of dropping it off to inform me that the oil change had been completed and that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Bret was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely return for any future maintenance to vehicle!
Always a pleasant experience. The only reason it wasnt 5star is because of a extra charge they add to every bill. Its called a shop charge. It added $13 to my bill. I cslled back and asked what a "shop charge" was and was just told every vehicle gets it. So I looked back on past bills and it wasnt there. Maybe just another way to make a little extra off every customer??? Sounds fishy. A clear explanation would be nice.
I would say 3.5 not a bad place to buy a car. like how fast they worked to get my car shipped. just other things was a long process & having to re given the same info & could have went down on price a lil, but they stayed pat. Justin was a good help tho, tries hard in certain aspects.
Cris Hernandez and Teale Foster helped me out big time trying to get me a new car!. They were able to answer my questions quick and easy and made the whole process extremely easy. They do not bother you if you came in to check the car out and walk out. Would recommend for anyone who wants a new Nissan. Town North ignored me but not these guys.
Very friendly people. Recently I bought a SUV from them. The sales representative was very friendly. She explained us most of the features of the SUV. Suggested us to use the Nissan quick guide, a handy and easy way to learn all the features, and even walked us through the app too.
The salesman and the Manager were so good when they tried to sell the car, first they promised a Nissan Pathfinder SL with the color and tech package that I asked for, later at the time of signing, when I personally checked the vehicle, it did not had the tech package. I had to forego and decided to go with another color, but when they delivered the car, the car had issues and did not start. Then I decided to back out of the deal, but the Salesman and the Manager Jim used filthy words like B***S*** and F*** U
Showed up to the Dealer Service department and there were long lines of vehicles waiting to be serviced. I let my Service Advisor Adam Elmwood know that my work shift started in 2 hours and if I could please get my oil change/tire rotation done before then so I wouldn't be late to work. He said he would do his best, while there I also got help from my sales lady JJ (who is incredible and my favorite maintenance/repair man, who I can't remember his name but has a sweet smile and is the reason I have 2, 2017 Nissan Rogues) and Paul who is the cashier in the service department and I hope one day will be part of management. All together got me out 15 minutes before I started my shift, with a washed vehicle as well! Thank you again Adam for the great price and service! Love this place they never forget you!
I've taken my vehicle to the Round Rock Nissan for 4 years. Love the customer service AND service department. My account person, Nick always makes sure I'm aware of discounts or coupons for items needing to be taken care of.
JIM was amazing! There was another man that helped us prior to Jim and he really got the ball rolling. Jim was attentive, understanding, and made us feel like part of the family.

We have been going to get our regular maintainance service here since we bought our Rogue SL 4 years ago. Sean Johnson has taken care of us 90% of the time. He is very professional, but treats you like family. He goes over everything in detail and explains if their are options or discounts available. They get you in and out quickly and keep you updated on the status of your vehicle.
It was our first time to visit Round Rock Nissan over the weekend. We did not get into the office right away. Even before we could start viewing the SUV's, their Sales Consultant, Ms. JJ approached us and took considerable time for us to test drive new models for the Pathfinder and Murano. We were very comfortable with her. Very professional and so friendly. At the office, we were also introduced to Ms. Andrea for model details and other options. When you get to RR Nissan, look for JJ and Andrea. They're awesome!
