A nice place to hang out with friends and family. Restaurants are very nice and by the beach so you can enjoy the food and have fun at the beach. It is near Abu Dhabi Mall so you can go shopping without any hassles. Rooms and the services are way better than the others. The management is very helpful. Enjoy the stay.

Roads outside around too busy with small parking lots

Friendly staff that is very attentive to clients needs. Food is good at the pool side if you want some nibbles and drinks. Had dinner at Brauhaus to end the day, friendly staff and delicious food.

Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff and the Brauhaus is just great. A place I highly recommend. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff in combination with authentic german/swiss food and beer is amazing.

Very convenient location, nice organised beach with a lot of natural shade, good quality restaurants and smiling staff. All these for affordable prices, as well!

An amazing experience, so much to offer within the hotel. A tremendous staff and a must stay if you are in Abu Dhabi.

we had a very good stay in Beach Rotana Hotel with my family in february . we had very appreciate the availability of the staff, some speak french and helped us because we didn't speak english fluently.
We often think at the ambiance of this hotel and we would like return.
We enjoy this Hotel.

We stayed there for 7 nights staff was very friendly and helpful especially I would like to mention some names i:e Ana, Safdar, Navraj and Mustaqeem, highly recommended

Hi!!!!!!! It s me bassam I am 7 years old and I ve been to your Hotel and those guys promised there would be a beach view there but there wasn t.

There was a second hotel amwhich a new building that they lived us into and well that s what this review is about

Once We checked in while we went to have lunch and then got up to our room
We got dressed to go down to the pool we stayed down there ...once we got back up well that s when something s started happening so we sat down and then we turned on the AC and then BLACK OUT.. no electricity.. we called The handyman and well he had no gloves COVID PROTCTION PEPOLE COVID PROTCTION He tryed hard but coukdnt fix it

So we had to go back home

Now.. after spending months in quarantine and finally going to a staycation.. our dream was shattered

Good location, has many restaurants, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Lebanese, German ... Friendly staff and cool atmosphere. I recommend for both business and pleasure.

Our Room was close to the ballroom. For 2 nights we were unable to sleep properly because if the noise. When complained to the receptionist, said to wait till midnight, the party will finish !!! My kids were crying till 1am unable to sleep.

It's a good hotel to stay at. A really big one... attached with Abu Dhabi Mall.

We had a lovely experience. From the beginning the reception was very kind with us. The staff very friendly, food high standards and good location. I would like to come back.

A good hotel, which unfortunately lags far behind its possibilities.
As an all inclusive guest (converted to dine around) I enjoyed second rate service with very limited choices. The cleanliness differed extremely between the right and left wing of the hotel. It happened, for example, that a plate of unknown origin, full of leftovers, lingered outside the door for more than 24 hours. The cleanliness of the rooms and the room service was very under the expectations of a five star hotel back. The trash cans were not emptied, the bed was not made, on the bedside table dust was at least three weeks. The noise caused by the noise of the construction site right next to the hotel is certainly not a fault of the hotel, but it should be remembered when booking in the coming months. The beach and the pool area are clearly too small for the guests at full capacity. Means that on 2 of 4 days not a free couch was to get hold. The service in the outdoor areas is very slow and uncoordinated. So it happened every day that between taking and receiving the first drink vergiengen more than 30 minutes .... it always struck us the assumption that it was possibly the 2nd class all in seals ..... Moreover, it is noticeable that For almost no order a flawless delivery of the ordered food was done. So we were summoned by three waiters a sandwich with chicken as a classic Cheesburger. Until then the manager could not find the cheese on request and took the order back kindly. It is striking that the qualities of the service staff in the outdoor areas (pool bar, terrace) differ greatly from those in the restaurants.
In the restaurants are extremely motivated highly qualified and attentive staff. Except for the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse, both the quality of the food and the service offered by me can be unreservedly recommended. Likewise, the quality of the dishes in the main restaurant leaves nothing to be desired. However, every so-called all inclusive guest should be aware that the selection of drinks is kept to a minimum. So you get in most restaurants very few food and certainly a significantly limited drinks selection in the package. All in all, you should be aware that you can not expect a five star service as a tourist. We felt clearly noticeable as a guest second class. From the overall picture of this hotel stand out however individual persons and offers, which I must individually evaluate and would like, since they do not fit into this negative overall picture. Compared to many hotels visited in the United Arab Emirates, this is unfortunately the worst experience and certainly not worth the money.

Enjoyed a fabulous family holiday here at the Beach Rotana. Perfect for a family with children - couples and business travellers too! Breakfast is lovely and the overall service is fantastic. Good selection of restaurants/bars although a little expensive.

Been here a few times, really nice place with very polite and helpful staff. Lots of dining options as well as good space to simply chill for drinks with friends. Good value for money and the cafe has a fab atmosphere to watch the football.

Wonderful to discover that in Italy there are realities like this, where there is a mix of professionalism and strong passion for their work and their traditions. It was an unforgettable visit.

How can i go wrong with Beach Rotana... very excellent service.. our room was upgraded by Concierge Francis.. our room attendent was also very helpful. Service was just a call away.. I will be back soon..Thank you guys for a great time....

Everything you would want in a hotel... good restaurants, bars and night clubs, excellent rooms and the service is awesome. All in one one place

Beach rotana is a premier hotel with do.plete facilities. Part of the reason why people book this hotel is due to its beachfront access. It is also attached to a mall and a supermarket which can be convenient for anyone who is staying in this hotel.
While the building itself and the rooms are a bit dated, the management has recently opened its newly built beach arjaan wing complete with state of the art facilities.

The worst stay ever. The worst service ever.
I regreted being in a such hotel.

I stayed at the Beach Rotana for work and had a total of 4 nights. Arrival at the hotel was easy and the valet parking was efficient. As soon as you walk through the door, you can immediately feel the air conditioning is on point and the hotel lobby / lounge area is beautifully grand. The hotel is situated so that it is easy to get into the mall or town.

Check in was a fairly straight forward process, however I feel if could have been a fraction faster (which makes a difference when you re checking in at 02:30hrs like us).

The room was spacious with plenty of cupboard & draw space for clothes storage etc. Again, I was super happy with the air con in the room, especially when it was 40 degrees C outside. The house cleaners were very good and kept my room clean and tidy. The bathroom was a good size.

The balcony view for me was a good one, I could see out to the water. The balcony is very small and only for popping out onto.

Breakfast at the hotel had plenty to offer and we were never waiting to get a table. You can get a cooked breakfast, obviously not with bacon or other pork products.

The beach area was not quite what I could call a beach, but it was a sand strip along the water front; however, as it s in the estuary, it doesn t quite have the looking out to sea factor. It is however private to the hotel.

The infinity pool space was great with a pool side bar, and a fair amount of loungers. Watch out for the fool tiles by the pool though, when wet they are super slippy! There is a shallow kids pool area complete with a cover to create some very needed shade for the little ones. There is also a kids play area and a kids club.

The hotel has a bar along side which is tiki themed; great cocktails and the food was yummy too!

There are plenty of amenities in the hotel and in principle, I really can t fault it.

Even though I was only there on business, I could have easily had my family there having a great time whilst I went to work. I could happily go back again on holiday, but maybe when it s not so hot!

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and well-kept beach to the hotel Rotana with sea water without waves. Of course, there is also a pool with fresh water in the area.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Nice waterfront and water sports.
