Excellent hotel with great staff. Localities of the luxury class! Staff super friendly

Very nice ambience, friendly staff and the perfect location. It shares the same area as the Abu Dhabi mall which is a cinema, food court, a healthy selection of stores. The in house restaurants are beautiful especially Beni Hana. It s the perfect inner city getaway. It has a small beach but the view of Al Reem Island is breathtaking.

Flooring roll dusty and well worn spoils everything and is allergic

I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the staff are at this hotel. I stayed here after moving out of my apartment and then found myself stuck in Abu Dhabi due to the lockdown. If I was to return to Abu Dhabi and needed a place to stay downtown this would be my first choice. And this is after spending time at the hotel without any facilities open to the residents.

Excellent property located very close to the Abu Dhabi Mall. Varied and well prepared breakfast. Courteous staff. Will definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful location and the beautiful Abu Dhabi Mall is very well maintained and the renovations close to the hotel cause little hassle

The hotel is really worth 5 stars. It is super clean, the entire staff is very accommodating and it is right on a private beach. I had our birthday during our stay and got a cake from the hotel and a voucher for a 30 minute massage !!! I would never have had that !!! So my conclusion: a clear recommendation and 5 stars ...

The hotel is awesome but the reception staff need to be more friendly. I had been there in this week . I had booked a room . Since I was coming an hour early I called to find out if a early check in was possible. The receptionist did say yes and she also confirmed that my room was ready . But when i went there they refused. Not only did they refuse they kept asking me for proof of the call , all I could show is my mobile call history. They later did give a room but there was no smile or even a small 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Attitude 2/5 but hotel 5/5

Just beautiful exceptional places swimming pool, private beach hotel restaurant nothing to say just the excellence in the pure state, exceeded the level 5 stars and now I want more to leave on 08/03/2020 and by French pity thank you for not come to destroy this exceptional place by your unpleasant mood

Great Hotel. The new precautions put in place did not cause any inconvenience in my stay. Felt safe for my stay. Staff are very accommodating.

My burger was perfect! Large, cuccinating to perfection, and the fries were boring the tasty too.

My experience here was fantastic and great value for money . This hotel i would recommend to anyone . Service was first class and friendly staff especially Joan and 3 other ladies in reception who helped me with my engagement plans to Maria Paulo in housekeeping was also very good to us . I hope to be back again soon . .

I've only been at the bar during an organized event (oktoberfest beer). I paid 100 dihram and took a big beer (about 1 litre) and a small beer (0.4 beer). The event was really nice, there was a live group playing a lot of theme songs. The waitress were also dressed in oktoberfest theme. I really enjoyed the evening.

Fantastic hotel at Abu dabhi. The place is beautiful, very opulent, has its own beach and watersports. It also has around 11 restaurants serving all types of food. Has got the very famous 'Traders Vic' bar too. Very friendly staff. Gracious hospitality. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in, more than 7 restaurant, beach and pool for adult and kids , good gym, direct access to Abu dahabi mall, conformable loby and facilities, nice location every thin around you, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, multi room options and different sizes, I would love to visit again.

A dream hotel! 6 restaurants of various kinds to choose from, beautiful, well-kept rooms, delicious food and great service! Only the beach could have been a bit better, but since half of Abu Dhabi is a construction site, you have to accept the noise. Not everything can be perfect, but the hotel deserves its 5 stars!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service and good food. The only issue during the stay is with Reception where we were charged extra for an additional bed even though our booking is for a family of four!

Beach Rotana Hotel Abu Dhabi is a real amazing experience, fantastic scenery, personal using a lot of class taking care of the guests, impeccable cleanliness and so on.......

Personally, I will have to think twice before coming back, smoking seems to be permitted in public areas, specially around the pool area.

Smokers might have rights but their rights end where my begins.

The hotel looks really nice and renovated from both inside and outside but the classic suite is surprisingly very small!
Abu Dhabi is a fast growing city home of many great world class attractions, Rotanna beach hotel simply does not fit in. Easily one of the worst hotels I have been to. During eid time where congestion is at its highest top hotels are usually ready and provide the best service but this hotel has decided to ignore a few of our requests, we asked for an extra blanket they told us to sleep with nothing but bed sheets.
There is somewhat of a plumbing problem which has not been addressed throughout the hotel as one would smell the sewer water in some areas.
Such a shame that this hotel exists in a beautiful location.
The breakfast service however was as expected from a 5 star hotel with a big variety of different food from all around the world

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my girlfriend and my review is following:

When we were approaching the hotel with a car, our first impression was overwhelmingly positive. There was some guy in front of the hotel who just came to us, opened us the door, took our baggage and then came with us to the reception. Once we entered the hotel, we could see perfectly clean environment. The floor seemed to us that they were sweeping it 10 times per day and the scent was awesome, so the first impression was so nice. We have never seen anything like that before in our lives.

The staff was super nice to us, all the time smiling at us, giving us valuable information, communicating with us and they always tried to satisfy us with everything they could.

Room was super clean and fresh with mini bar and with possibility to order any meal you want from 11 p.m. in case you missed the dinner, providing towels, shampoon, shower gels and stuff like that.

Because we did not have all inclusive, our dining options were limited to main essence restaurant, but I can tell you guys that the food was maybe the best I have ever had in my life. So fresh and tasty food of all the kind.



Once we missed the dinner because we had one day trip to Dubai and all of the restaurants were closed, but the hotel did exceptional thing for us and offered us all what we wanted except alcohol with a limit of 250 AED for free! So they brought us very nice late dinner to our room!

When we were checking out in the night, they gave us warm breakfast what we had chosen for the flight, because our plane was leaving from Dubai at 3 A.M.

If I could I would give 7/5 stars to this hotel. I have never experienced something like this in my life and I can tell you guys that I have visited really a lot of places on the world and this is the best hotel I have ever been in!

Very nice pool area, tennis courts, and gym. Rodeo grill steakhouse is amazing.

Great spot to stay in Abu Dhabi. Lots of shopping in the area. Pity about the road works spoiling the area.

Very nice 5 stars hotel. Very friendly staff, clean, good service.

But i have 1 comment and its common in most of same area hotels, its the sound of chillers and machines. Its very noise on the beach which its the place where you look to relax

Pleasant atmosphere in one of the most famous and well recognized hotels in Abu Dhabi.

All the outlets and restaurants are signature dining, with moderate prices "above average". As usual Beach Rotana has the famous restaurant in Abu Dhabi despite the newly opened hotels and restaurants.

The beach, pool, gym and spa are definitely decent and well managed by the hotel, not only hotel guests are the only people allowed to use them, you can pay charge or periodical packages, membership also available.

The location of the hotel is fantastic with huge shopping mall exactly beside it, you can even access the shopping mall from inside the hotel directly without getting out of the hotel, surrounding are have lot of famous places, shops, banks ,,, etc.

Rooms are well maintained but you definitely will understand when was this hotel developed, room service, concierge, housekeeping and other hotel services are perfect and quick.
