Hotel confident five in the Emirates. Minus in the absence of pedestrian urban routes near the hotel.

I have just had a wonderful 9 night stay at this fab hotel and rate it the best ever !! I lost my husband recently after 56 yrs of traveling the world and dreaded going on holiday alone but my family encouraged me to go but I needn't have worried From the friendliest check in withAileen Lapira everything was perfect and I couldn't fault a thing My room on the 4th floor was immaculate as was the entire hotel The restaurants excellent and the food amazing I loved Finz and especially the buffet led by the lovely Ariana and her well trained staff They would do and get everything and were so happy and cheerful thanks to their lovely leader
The grounds and pool were beautifully kept a very nice man even cleaned your sun glasses and brought ice cold flannels around !!! Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and no shortage of sun beds
Thank you Beach Rotana and ALL your excellent staff for making my first holiday alone such a success I will be returning !!!

We couldn t even check in. I had my parents (who were both on visit) with me, and weren t carrying their passports (apparently it is a requirement that all occupants of the room need to carry some form of original ID). On trying to check in, we were told that only I would be given a room because I had my Emirates ID, but my parents wouldn t. This sounded absurd because the room would be registered to me anyway?? Anyway, we were on a visit to Abu Dhabi and were tired so decided to take a room and couldn t. I had to drive all the way back to Dubai where I reside. Even though this could be a mandate from the Government, the reason I am leaving the 1 star review is because of the way the hotel manager spoke to us. He even told the bellboy, don t worry about the suitcases, they re leaving anyway . We had to wheel out our luggage ourselves and walk to our car parked outside! Abysmal service.

Very loud place to stay,It was a really unpleasant experience to stay,since the expectations were quite high

Yesterday we tried to reach the hotel with the help of google maps, and it brought us to the wrong place, so this is the google maps problem, not the hotel

Very old property, maintained well. Got beach side pool and beach access. Rooms are specious good for family and business purpose.

A very well appointed hotel. I did not sleep here, just visited the on-site food and beverage establishments. The location is good, next to a fairly new mall and there is a very well maintained artificial beach. The outside area is very welcoming especially when the weather is good. Lots of different restaurants with different cuisine and a very well appointed lounge area outside. Reasonably priced with a great view towards the riverside.

3 structures, my reservation (made in August) indicated the photos of the Beach Rotana Residences, but on the confirmation even if not specifying the type of aparthotel structure, they decided to "put me" in the older structure: the Beach Rotana All Suites. This structure needs renovation as it is dated and is connected by the Lobby only by crossing 400 meters of sidewalks ... so it has the name Beach Rotana but nothing to do with design and more from the main structure.

Nice views, stunning rooms, 11 restaurants, massive swimming pool and great service.
All inclusive was great there.

Went to Rotana Residences. The furnished apartments are comfortable and cozy, with sea view to boot. Hotel has many good restaurants to choose from, overall an amazing place.

Perfect location. Next to Abu Dhabi Mall and with its own beach! Top service at Rotana anyway. Ideal for families, couples, etc.

Beautiful property with amazing gym , swimming pool and sports facilities, very good squash and tennis courts, very good accessibility, will get taxis anytime within minutes

Great place for a relaxing time. Several on-site restaurants, huge pool, kid's playground and splash pool. Very good location. Attached to a mall so you don't really have to leave.

The best place to drink coffee and smoking in the outdoor with the tones of lute or piano and guitar when you enjoy drinking coffee inside the lobby is excellent for small families and large or sit alone to relax from the pressures of work and there is something you can smoke if you are lovers of shisha and wonderful meals and light and healthy in the summer season I wish From the owner Customize the Ramadan tent to keep it in business and not to be removed Enjoy a day there with a wonderful crew in the service of customers wherever you go Evaluate the place 5 stars gold

A hotel for various purposes. Be it for business or for leisure reason you can't go wrong staying at this very centrally located hotel. It offers an outdoor pool, a beach, various restaurants, bars, a spa centre and an attached shopping mall. Great place if you want to visit the capitol.

Beautiful view of the city lights at night around the canal. Most restaurants have outdoor seating with lovely views. Really enjoyed our evening at FINZ.

Good hotel, good variety of restaurants and nice place for bars. The only thing that was at fault was that Oktoberfest was on at the time of staying, and it changed the bar from being a lovely calm place to sit to being quite unpleasant, it went on far too many nights.

The Beach Rotana is on par with the Ritz Carlton of Abu Dhabi. Now I am not sure where to choose to stay for next visit.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the beach is cool and the restaurants are amazing.
