Beautiful Place to stay great staff and great facilities

Great place for a holiday with shopping, gym, pool and service the best in the world.

If not the best , one of except the cost which is a little high.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too difficult for them. We found that our stay here was amazing due to the staff and the atmosphere they created.

Beautiful place, the beach access and the restaurants beside the beach are amazing. Very convenient location, connected to Abu Dhabi mall. Friendly staff and very warm environment.

Room was small, dark and musty. Water dripping down the walls from the air con. Lunch buffet was very overpriced and limited options. Pool area was very very busy, mainly with inebriated middle aged men due to the pool bar. The gym is good, as was breakfast. Will not return to a rotana due to this though - much better hotels for a similar price in the area.

I stayed at the lounge and I loved the ambience. I saw a lot of tourist so I would guess that the hotel is a good holiday spot

Beach Rotana nice hotel, offcourse good and bad is available in all dictionary,
So let me explain our journey in beach rotana.
We stayed for 3 night, first will start from booking.
My brother booked for us on phone with reservation i belive later we called for more details and confirmation, we confirmed that we are 2 adult and 2 child and we were informed on phone that room is classic suite however when we physically checked in counter said your room is small better to pay extra to get bigger room with sofa cum bed or you will pay for extra bed for child, and also he informed that we do not have any classic suite , my 1 child is 9 years old and other is not completed 2 years well we paid extra for bigger room without looking other room and trust me room is not big which is called premium suite, but it is fine sofa cum bed was helpfull.

1) And staff who was there on counter his name was dipesh he dint inform us about break fast that it is alacarte pattern not buffet, later when we went to him that we are not happy with the alacarte pattern, he said all hotels are without buffet we came to beach rotana we dont know about other hotels . However we cancelled and he promised that amount will be reversed in our bank or we will get cash while doing check out.

Communication of DIPESH as a assistant manager we dint find it polite, he was more straight, he should understand we are guest. Instead of saying all hotels are without buffet you should say, OHH MY APPOLOGY, I FORGOT TO MENTIONED IT TO YOU GUYS and then question what is there you dint find good in break fast and try to update to management.
Well all the best Mr Dipesh. Try to be UNIFORM in you service to all the guest.

2) TV in room need to be bigger it is very small.

3) sofa cum bed is dirty with marks need to clean. Photos attached

4) swimming pool, beach and kids swimming pool is very nice big.

5) most of the restaurant were closed due to pandemic so couldnt try.

6) we tried coffee in cafe and tried their strawberry tart both was totally waste of mo ey, tart is tooooo small and was not fresh at all and coffee was less coffee and more foam .

7) breakfast we had taken buffet, but we were surprised when they said there is no buffet and you can choose from menu like alaacarte. And few foods were not fresh even though it was hot but not fresh like hash brown, pan cakes, watermelon juice was stale, over all we dint enjoy however omlette have diffrent story avoid it. Ganesh who was serving us was nice and calm thanks to him.

8) kids playing room age limit is there.

9) over all the stay was value for money, it was worth spending 300 Aed for a premium suite. However i would suggest if price is higher than 300 AED or 350 AED then you should explore more options. (SPECIALLY FOR A STAYCATION)

Set of different lunch bars in an idyllic seaside setting

Excellent service throughout with everyone on hand. I booked a Club Rotana room on the 18th floor which was clean and spacious. The balcony view was stunning and our all inclusive package and club pass meant we could go to the Club lounge to dine. However they failed to say the lounge and most restaurants don't allow kids at certain times rendering the access and charge useless. The place is amazing with its many award winning restaurants with food from different parts of the world. Each and every restaurant had a different feel and did. The food was some of the best dishes I've ever had. We booked all inclusive with a 1 year old toddler who loved it there.

Amazing hotel for the price we paid. The private beach is perfect, we spent 99% of our time there. Hotel restaurants are excellent but a little pricey, but direct access to the mall offers many less expensive alternatives. Highly recommended.

The place is very beautiful, has a sea view, many restaurants are available, the hotel is clean, and all the employees are great. The location is very close to the Abu Dhabi Mall and the Galleria Mall.

The receptionist who welcome and assist upon our arrival was fantastic. He is very helpful and fast. Kudos to him.

Beach Rotana is a nice place to be both for business travelers and leisure guests
Its located in the heart of the city which gives you access to all business, entertainment and tourists centers in Abu Dhabi. And mostly for all its very close to the airport

We enjoyed the stay but we faced problems at the time of breakfast.we were asked to wait for sometime standing there in the buffet area and after that the attender directed us to another small breakfast area .adding to our disappointment we needed to wait there also sometime...then after we got the table one staff came to inform that the breakfast time is near to close....and most of the items run out also and they didn t bother to fill even by knowing that the customers kept on waiting list to get a place....the food consisted mainly of breads cereal pancakes and of the same kind no international or Asian food served....very disappointing...and totally felt wastage of money for us 9 people and we took 2 suit rooms...after that at the time of checkout also we informed the reception and they informed manger and that lady also took ver lightly and said we will inform the chef ....we paid around dhs1200 for one suit for a day...we had to approach out side restaurant as rotana breakfast was really disappointing experience....at least they could have tried to wave the breakfast amount but they didn t....so it s better not to pay for breakfast

Best place in abu dhabi. Good location and everything around you

The Italian restaurant was excellent as were the staff tried the fish restaurant first and as my smart shorts were just above the knee i was not allowed to dine there so will never return was an insult to be told must be smart dress

Traders Vic ambiance very relaxing. The food is very good an the staff omniprezent. A little bit pricey

Very nice facility.
Dine Arround is recommended, otherwise food and drinks would be too expensive.
Trader Vics and Finz are the best of the restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Most of the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very modernly equipped and always polished to a high gloss.
Particularly noteworthy is the varied range of food on offer.
Clear recommendation, if we come to AbuDhabi again, then surely into this hotel.

Hotel is very nice superb but i will give one star bcz of the stupid valet driver and doorman they r very rude and very bad behavior i have never seen this type of stupid people in my life i want to go to resturant and these stupid guys asks me what r u doing here i said whatttt???????
what kind of question is this are these people drunk or what i dont know his name but he is a pakistani guy really i m very upset for that the way he talks i told him that inside there will be some resturant so just for experience i want to go for a dinner bt the way he talks Ahhhhh terrible in dubai i go to lots of hotels they have nice resturants every facilities they have no one will ask u that what r u doing even in burj al arab what is this nonsense just want to confirm i went back that not a doorman thats a valet driver with big attitude

Council German restaurant for quality / price ratio

Great place, nice and helpul staff, excellent restaurants, spacious rooms,.... almost perfect!

The food are great... if you miss eating pork and pork stuff come here and don't forget to grab your favorite German beer

I made a reservation for a room several weeks in advance for three people, but on arrival discovered that they gave us only two single beds, and no additional fold-up bed. I then asked them for another bed only to be told that they don t have any left and then they told me that I was wrong and I was the one who made the mistake! I therefore had no bed to sleep in...

Beautiful place in the heart of the city center and from which one can "radiate" to all the nice places of the city. Mall attached with access by underground. Delicious restaurants, beach at the top, magic pools and very professional gym!

A hotel that immediately puts you at ease from the reception to being pampered in all its services ... I think in a personal opinion that the mixed beach with the grass is a winning idea ... it allows you to relax in peace without feeling the scorching heat ... always friendly and helpful staff!
