Both Mason Klotz and Damon Carter were extremely nice, helpful and professional. Everyone was very laid back and I did not feel pressured at all. I had a very specific type of vehicle and budget in mind, and they worked with me to get a car that I really liked with the added bonus of a note that was less than what I had in mind. The experience was well worth the hour and 45 minute drive.

I was having issues with my 2019 Corvette that I did not purchase from Ross Downing. I took it in to Todd Suprun to have it worked on as I had favorable experience when he worked on my 2002 corvette. Todd showed me what I was doing wrong with the car that was causing me troubles.He treated me like I had just purchased the car from their dealership. He took time to explain various functions of the car of which I was not aware. He told me about sill covers to protect the sills and when I got home I received a text from him telling me where I could purchase them from. I am very satisfied with the service I receive that it is worth driving the thirty miles to have my car serviced. I am so very satisfied with the service I receive from Todd.

When you have excellent credit, pre-approvals, a large down payment, and everything, it shouldn t take HOURS. Also, no matter what the situation with financing, people should always be respectful and customer service a priority. I didn t find that to be my experience with Ross Downing. I ll find a good deal, and I ll let you know where!

Very pleased with everyone here at Ross Downing in Hammond La. We were so pleased with Chris P that we purchased two vehicles in two days and working on the third. Amazing staff, everyone treats you like family . We love our 2021 Chevy Traverse Lt. Its even better than my 2017 Chevy traverse. You guys rock. Keep up the good work!

Austin Cox was the best salesman I've ever dealt with when buying a car. He never left our side to go make other sales or anything. He even called and checked on us the next day. Well, after having my 2011 silverado pickup for about a year. I got a notice from General Motors about a recall on my truck. A possible defect in the passenger air bag. I took my truck to the dealership and was told after my third trip I was told that GM wasn't going to replace the air bag, so I just forgot about it. ( thank God I never had to find out weather it was bad or not).
well I got a e-mail from my department ( Sheriff's Department where I work as a deputy) to take my unit to the local dealership to get my passenger air bag replaced. while I was there I was telling the service writer about my personal truck and how GM had decided not to replace mine. Well the service writer ask if I had the information on my truck. I gave him my V.I.N. number, and he ordered a replacement air bag for me and in less than a week he called me and told me to bring my truck in to have the new air bag replaced.
I got to the dealership and was told it would take about an hour, well about thirty five minutes later I was on the road with a new air bag. It was a really great experience. Great job.

Service is the worst. Make an apt 2 days in advance and wait over an hour for an oil change for them to tell you they don't have the filter in stock to do it. So they have to go pick it up from somewhere else and your wait will be longer. 2 1/2 hours later no update nor is your car ready. All for a simple oil change. Terrible customer service. What is the point of an appointment if they don't check to ensure everything is available to have the service completed prior to your appointment. Also to still have to wait over 2 1/2 hours is insane.

Brandon was my new Service contact and did a great job - we discovered my key for lug nuts had been misplaced on the last service visit to add a couple of new tires. Brandon and Ross Downing ordered a replacement key + lug nuts for me and loaned me a temporary key in the event I might have a flat and need one. The only problem is outstanding warranty work for which Chevrolet has no parts for my High Desert Package (replacement panels). Todd is always on top of it and looking for an answer - hopefully that will be resolved sooner than later. Ross Downing is a great dealership and service center - I'll keep coming back!
