Horrible place to live if you like quiet and living by yourself...the noise that comes through the walls most assuredly means you will be living with your 20s something neighbors, their friends and their parties. Do not buy or rent here.

I rented at 730 lofts, unit 609. Adrian was my landlord and he was honestly the best landlord I have ever rented from. Always gave me more than enough notice if he has to come and take care of anything. He was always on top of replacing filters and was always a help when it came to where to go and what to see (I moved to MN from NY). The apartment is great, super nice, great location, walking distance to all the North Loop spots (Black Sheep, Lobster Shack, etc). The washer, dryer and Dishwasher work flawlessly and are brand new. The underground parking spot is a great in the winter months and only paying electric is great!! I would recommend this apartment for anyone Looking to live in a great spot with a really great landlord. Only moving because I bought a place closer to work otherwise I would absolutely be staying.

This is a great place to live. It's clean, the neighbors are friendly and the location is amazing. You can walk to micro brews, restaurants, dentistes, doctors, music venues, parks, sports, theater, and trails in minutes.
