Will never take the movies for granted again!

Theater was very very clean and everyone moved quickly. Masks worn correctly. Felt totally safe.

The movie was great but while we were watching the energy went out! No communication what so ever, my daughter had to get up and ask what was the deal! All they said is we're trying to start it over or you can get your $ back. No im sorry or offer anything for our trouble because it took 20 minutes to come back on.i will not return!

Me and my daughter,had a great time watching Godzilla vs Kong in 3D.Great experience at the AMC Westbank Palace 16 Theater.

I like to come here it's nice the was good and the make over of the place were nice and it's not crowded

Their service is amazing, the security is horrible. Me and my friends went there today at 7:15 to watch a movie, and my friend needed to text her sister to tell her she was ok, but the manager told her she couldn't charge her phone to call her sister. We stayed there and waiting for her phone to come on until security came and told us we had to leave, my sister was there with us.
We had out tickets inside the movie with her but they wouldn't let us go get it.
I'll never go back to the movie theater ever again!!!!

Great experience! I went yesterday because I miss the movies so much :( The building was very clean and not crowded. I noticed an employee was disinfecting drink machines and counter areas as I was waiting to be served. Concession line move very quickly. Everyone was friendly. Excellent service!

I am a movie reviewer with MovieFoot.com and I travel widely and see all national theatrical releases. This theater is five star quality and among the best nationwide.

Since the pandemic started I haven't been to the movie theaters so it was nice to finally go and sit down and see a good movie. The staff was nice and they were all wearing their masks.

They have Prime movie theaters, which is a great deal if you have AMC A-list! The seats are leather and recline! I had trouble with the bathroom because they only had 1 stall and 1 urinal. My friend said there was another bathroom, but I couldn't find it.
