worst service ever. the guy said he should have got tipped for taking 2 hours.. worst alfredo ever.. taste like soapy water. pizza was super burnt and hard to chew and all the toppings fell off.. bread was cold and super hard. alo over terrible experience

Never ever ever order at this location!!! I just ordered through GrubHub and my expected time of arrival was at 2:25/2:35am. At 2:09 I get a text from GrubHub saying my food was here and to call another number so I did. They tell me that the driver called (he didn't call but he text) and that he had already left and in order to get my order redelivered that I would have to pay another $8 dollar deliver fee and the driver will bring my food.... My same did that's now cold and if I want it fresh if have to buy a whole other pizza again. The manager Shaquille was very unhelpful and stressed how he needs to take care of his driver's and that they should be paid for making another trip. Then lied and said he waited ten mins when he clearly did not wait ten mins and I have the time stamps. This place and the staff suck and the delivery driver John only texts people to let them aware their food has arrived!!

I never feel compelled to review places, but I placed my order hoping for the same type of thin crust from Rosati's I ate from one of their locations in the suburbs near where I grew up. I looked up the Google reviews after ordering, & got a little worried. Food was up to standard, came way earlier than expected, and no complaints. Is it the best food ever? No, but it's exactly what I expected, and I have a hard time believing all of the terrible reviews posted.

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I must say their service is always awesome and they keep the place neat consistently. Rates are fair and they serve generous portions.

I'm never disappointed at this location we're always served quickly and the pizza is always piping hot to order even by the slice. Rosati's sauce is so flavorful and the mozzarella has a great bite that you don't get from every pizza joint. It's definitely a go to, especially this location.

I called to place a order and some guy answered the phone talking really fast , he asked if I had heard what he just said I said no and he just rudely hung up in my face ....

The pizza wasn't stacked like a deep dish should be, and the bread they use for subs is their "garlic bread". It was disappointing.

Walked on and was hyped for a hot fresh slice with the sides, asked the order taker what kind of deal set ups are available and was told out right look at the board above his head. I was quiet and stepped back and asked do you know your stuff here? He replied YEAH!!! But I giving you the board as he points up above his head..... I looked at him and was absolutely turned off only to turn turn around to hear laughter as I walked out... Service was below any possible standards even for a push cart. Go to Dominos Pizza and avoid walking into the UIC Halsted Rosaties pizza unless you want to get into a fist fight. TOTAL IGNORANCE, RUDENESS, BELOW CUSTOMER SERVICE and a pure GETO ATTITUDE BEHAVIOR.

This place is AWFUL! We ordered food at 11:30 pm, they market themselves at being open late... so that s why we ordered from them. We had a small order and waited 2 hours on the food for an additional 6 dollar delivery fee. NOT WORTH IT! We called three times on the phone constantly asking what s going on and they were completely rude! NEVER AGAIN

Please do not order from this place customer service was horrible delivery service was horrible: I order pizza two hours ago. Finally a driver calls to tell me he is downstairs only to find out he is at the wrong address. So I call the store back to speak with someone who was very rude. After speaking with a rude driver. Then he says your pizza will be there in 5 min which actually took another 10! When pizza finally arrives I wanted to check and see if it was cold the driving tells me I can t let you check the pizza so I told Him to leave. He was so rude. First the only reason I ordered the pizza was for my son who likes the pizza. So as the man is walking off my son who is 4 is on the floor crying his eyes out and the driving with his bad attitude continue to walk off and all I wanted was to feel the pizza and make sure it was at least warm after waiting two hour for pizza. And the pizza is way to salty for me anyway only order it cause my kid begged me to.... and when I asked to speak with a manager of course they say no one is available or no supervisor. That s why these kind of businesses never last, will never get my money again

This is good for the college crowd and a quick bite to eat, but to order from here for dinner, its 1 expensive and 2 not very tasty. Much better pizza delivery options.

I like their deals if it's freshly displayed the pizza is really good coming fresh out of the oven some times it's dried out you see it has been sitting for some time very clean place can take the kids or go on a nice non serious date for a slice or whole pizza

Worse customer service ever. If there was an option of giving NO star I would rate that. We waited almost hr and half for delivery that we never received.The owner refused to gives us our food because we asked for some kind of refund for not receiving our order. They said do whatever you want to, but we are not giving you your food or your money back. Please avoid them. It s Chicago you can find pizza anywhere. We learned our lesson the hard way!! Don t waste your money on this ROSATI S because the owner does not deserve any business!! He/ she doesn t even come on the phone to speak to his customers and the employees won t give the owner s name either. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered two Italian beef sandwiches. One of them was made wrong. It took about 2 hours for delivery. The food was luke warm and the fries were soggy and brown

Worst experience ever, came to Chicago for a surgery, after a 13hr drive just wanted to relax in the hotel have something to eat and get some rest, hotel recommended Rosati s stating they have excellent food, so went ahead and placed an order chicken parmigiana, a large pie and a side of fries even gave a tip over the phone as I was having it delivered, after 1 hr food still hadn t came so called for an ETA they stated delivery guy is in the area should receive shortly, shortly after received a call from the delivery guy that he was in the lobby, so went to get the food to my surprise no food or delivery guy, ask the front desk they said they hadn t had any deliveries ?? Called Rosaties again they stated it was delivered and didn t know what happened, now it had been over an hour and a half you can imagine my frustration, so I asked what they would be able to do compensate discount something!!! But was told that the owner was contacted and he made the decision to not send the food give a refund or anything he didn t care, I proceeded to ask for his name and Information was denied, I left my number for a call back from supervisor manager, was never given a call back !!! You d think in times like these more consideration for customer service would be taken into acct. Never again stay away, food may be great !! but I wouldn t know they took my money and left me hanging!!!!!

P.S Even had the Hotel pull security cameras, no delivery was ever made!!!

Also I see the owner responds to all the good comments none of the bad ones let s see if I hear from him!!!!

I'm surprised to see any bad reviews on this place. I come here faithfully and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and right on time. I'm ordering a pizza now as we speak!!!!

The pizza is very delicious when it's fresh. However I don't like that you have to ask "when will the next one be out?" to ensure you're paying for a fresh slice. I think Rosati's should readily throw a pizza away when it appears dry and dead instead of waiting for a customer to notice.

I just received my Uber eats order and I found a hair in my fettuccine Alfredo. Do you guys wear hairnets or do you not care? Definitely going to eat my fries.

Honestly wouldn t ever recommend going there anymore due to rude staff unless they get a new staff and manager/supervisor I probably will I usually go on Wednesday s and Thursdays to grab a slice and when I do there is always this young lady there as well I believe her name was steph with a young gentleman. She s such a doll great/the best customer service there. So I decided to go in the other day with my friends during lunch when I walked in the women working there was telling the driver hurry up and go get the pop to take this delivery and the gentleman went and said I hate your attitude and she told him I don t give a f**k this is who I am if you like it or not I m always giving attitude. Nice way to walk into the store with new customers I bought with me because I enjoy the slices. So she takes my order and I tell her I wanted a bag because she didn t offer me one and she rolls her eyes as she gets it for me and tells me anything else like I m sorry I bothered you for a bag. Driver said her name was Karla she s so unprofessional wearing Sandles at work and brushes her hair in the back constantly texting people. I called the next day to complain because my friends were upset that I took them there and the pizza slices weren t even good because they were sitting there for awhile so the manager beileve his name was Shaquille told me that he wasn t aware of the situation as I got to talking the call hangs up and I know he hanged up on me. Overall never again so unprofessional there but thank you for the gentleman on Wednesday and the young lady Steph who made it worth going. So unprofessional.

The food is usually pretty good. The service is usually not. Everytime I walk in here, I end up waiting for somone to come out from the back to help me. While I was there today I saw one person ask for plain old table salt and they were out and didn't have any. Another customer brought their food back for corrections while I was there. Overall, I'd say eat here if you're patient. If you're not, I'd find somewhere else to go!
