Great experience. The cleaning lady cleaned, leaving an inch of dust on my laptop resting on the nightstand. I complain to the Twitter profile of the hotel and after a few hours I called the manager apologizing for the incident. On my return in the evening I find a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit as an apology. It doesn't happen every day.

Undoubtedly one of migliiri location and hotel in Rome. It offers an outdoor pool, terrace and a range of high quality services. A special mention deserves the panoramic restaurant which is led by one of the best starred chefs in Italy Heinz Beck with his famous restaurant La Pergola. Deserves to have dinner or lunch at this King of the kitchen. At the Hilton Cavalieri di Roma there is a lot, indeed very much, not forgetting that there is also a very congress center as well as boutiques and internal hotel services. Inform
Rome is the Eternal City, Waldorf Astoria Cavalieri is paradise. This resort is perfect, from the welcome, the rooms, services. Just park the car you realize you are in a special place. I recommend the Spa, and if you like it there is a three-star Michelin restaurant on the terrace.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around...
The place is nicely made. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, we stayed for 2 nights and did not like the service on the first day. The staff was rude and served us as they were doing a favor but on the second day the new staff was the best service we had in whole of Italy. The Over rooms were nice. Although paying for the use of Swimming Pool was a little put off.
We stayed in a beautiful room with a view overlooking Rome. The room was awesome, and the view even better. The service at this hotel from check in, to maid service, to the breakfast restaurant were top notch, really on top of their game. I am a HH diamond member, and they treated us like royalty with surprise complementary items in our room. We loved the Turkish baths, which were free with HH diamond status. They were the highpoint of our day after walking all day sightseeing in Rome.
Some say the drawback is that this hotel is on a hill overlooking Rome. I actually consider it a benefit, as we spent the day in Rome, and staying on top of a hill, in a quiet area, was like a respite.
The breakfast is probably the best spread in the world...so amazing!
I have traveled all over the world, and this is one of our most favorite hotels in the world. Unique, great service, special, and fancy. We highly recommend the Cavalieri in Rome.
First Visit:
Truly one of the best hotels in the world. The service, the facility, the view. There are many little things that make a difference. I loved the peace and tranquillity at night after a busy day sightseeing in Rome. We specifically loved the breakfast, the pools and Roman Baths, and the grandeur of it all. Highly recommended place to stay in Rome. We will be back, and so glad we stayed here.
Fantastic property with the world class Waldorf Astoria service. Located in a quiet part of town, with great views of the city. Not within walking distance of any sight seeing.
Very luxurious hotel located in the Balduina Alta area. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fountains, gardens, bar, luxurious furnishings, large spaces, meeting rooms, rooms with sitting room or study, large, elegant with every type of comfort. And the bathroom decorated in marble. On the top floor there is a restaurant with one Michelin star "La Pergola", by Hans Beck.
Enjoyed my stay very much. Bedroom very nice. Staff extremely good, couldn't be any more friendly. I was there for a wedding, which I enjoyed very much. Food to be honest was was soso. But the hotel has much to offer, pity I was only there for 2 day's.
We had Sunday brunch at Rome knights. Very good, great care in all dishes, superlative vegetarian ravioli, good caprese and all the pastas. Oysters and fish also very good!
I want you to know that they are the hotel of my life the most beautiful experience and the most beautiful moments I pass there are a hotel of the first category excellent attention impeccable everything! Breakfast 11 points 20 stars for you and I will be there soon arrivederci
Both the Hilton honors check in staff and the concierge staff were great. The staff at check in made us feel very welcome and comfortable even though we were arrived much earlier than check in. The concierge staff helped us book dinner for all 3 nights as well as gave helpful advice on transportation and other questions we had. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The sound proof door made us feel even more comfortable to get rest at night. The view from the hotel was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. The value we received for the amount we paid was very great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Inconvenient location and I'm not a fan of megahotels. Consider that for the cost we could find a newer hotel better location and cleaner (OLD FAR DSL CENTRO POCO COCATO?)
I was in this hotel with my daughter a while ago. It is a beautiful hotel, equipped with all possible comforts, a splendid Spa, a very good restaurant, a great poolside restaurant ..., perhaps it is a bit off-center but offers a shuttle service to the center of Rome and obviously there are always taxis. Try it and ... come back!
Welcoming, helpful staff and a beautiful building. Quite a few conferences but still plenty of space to enjoy a vacation. Excellent spa and gym facilities. Room service is delicious although portions were quite small. If you don't fancy venturing out to eat then head Uliveto for some mouth-watering dishes.
Excellent, like all Waldorf Astoria. It is far from the center but they have a transport service that passes every hour and in 30 minutes it leaves you in the center of the city. Bellisimo!
5-star hotel, very luxurious, high prices but in line with the service offered. Swimming pool, dining room, large relaxation areas, whirlpool areas, are just examples. It is also possible to organize weddings, also taking advantage of the possibility of celebrating a civil wedding. Large parking area
A truly magical experience! A romantic dinner, with Rome at your feet and foods whose flavor explodes with delight on the palate. The three-star Michelin chef who does not skimp on cordiality, coming between the tables and agreeing to be photographed. Excellent everything. And you certainly don't go home hungry, given the chef's many surprises. The price, however, precludes so much joy to mere mortals, who with the price paid for such a dinner leave half of their salary. Unforgettable experience, but which for the last reason described, I will not be able to give myself many more times.
We had a wonderful family stay here. The rooms were spacious and we had wonderful views of the city. Took advantage of the pools (indoor and out) and the breakfast was great. No problem using the shuttle into room for our sightseeing times.
Really great hotel. Pay attention to detail. The pool is nice and nice too. The view is amazing. Retreat in Rome. I would recommend this hotel if you are in Rome.
We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The always friendly and attentive staff read your every wish from your lips. The rooms are spacious. The view of Rome is breathtaking. The pool area is lovely. The only thing that bothers me, is what bothers me about nearly all five star hotels (and therefore does not imply a loss of a star): the prices for every beer, every packet of nuts or a spa treatment are not expensive, they are absurd. I have never understood why hotels feel they want to rip off their customers for every Euro during their stay. Wealthy people also prefer to pay civil prices for normal goods
This hotel is absolutely outstanding! Loved the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Got an instant upgrade for two rooms that I booked (we have Hilton Gold status), and got an excellent balcony view room. The room and each aspect of the hotel is done in exquisite Roma/Mediterranean fashion and leaves nothing more to be desired. While we were there, they had a nightly singer and piano player that both performed very well and there were even fireworks to cap each night. Our balcony gave us an excellent view, but we got an even better one near the pool. Turndown service, the shuttle service, the restaurant staff, and everything in between was flawlessly done. We'll definitely visit this hotel again when in Rome, it's simply phenomenal!
Best hotel in Rome. We were recommended to this place by a close friend and my parents and family loved it. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was very convenient. Will definitely be back again!!
Room was great. Probably one of the nicest hotels in Rome. It's about a 20 Euro cab ride to the main attractions, but they have a free shuttle that runs until 9pm every night.
Beautiful hotel with terrible service. Had to send back food in the restaurant and the waiter argued with me. Once he was finished arguing and I said I no longer wanted my food I was still charged for it. After that argument and about 45 minutes later my bill returned with the correct amount. Not worth what you're paying at this hotel. I've never had an experience so bad in what is advertised as a 5 star hotel with 5 star restaurants. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY
