You guys really need to get your act together, I placed an order for a phone almost a month ago and every time I call I'm starting over again and no one seems to know anything. I work in the service industry as well and it really is not that hard to log a request from a customer and track it. It's pretty simple stuff. Unfortunately going forward I will no longer take my business to this location until you guys can figure out the basics of customer service.

I was the victim of identity theft with a Rogers account opened up under my name at this location. Despite having placed fraud alerts on my Equifax credit profile, this location did not do their due diligence in confirming the identity of whomever opened this account. The account was opened in July 2017, and the address that was provided as the address of the account holder was actually this store's address. Now this store's address is listed as my residential address with Equifax on my credit profile. Further, I have tried dealing with Rogers and now have to go through CRTC and the Office of the President to have this issue rectified. Not sure why an employee would utilize the stores' address as a consumer's address without thinking something may be incorrect about the information provided. Thanks for a whirlwind of headaches, Rogers will never receive my business.

Straight-up honest I never liked Bell or Rogers ever especially their customer service but the service here was amazing I've known a few people for a while and I just started getting my internet here because I need it a fast internet connection they hired great people here you can sit here and talk with them for hours cannot complain

This is one of the best Rogers locations in Toronto, the staff there are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They always make sure they take their time with the customers to make sure they are getting them the best possible deal. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good service. We all know how Rogers can be but I believe this store is the new face of Rogers and customer service and other stores should follow their lead.

The store manager Nick was excellent - he was in the back moving some stuff around and immediately noticed me waiting behind some folks being helped at the counter. He sat me down and helped me out with a great internet plan, half an hour later I was at home hooked up and ready to go. Great service, solid product, two thumbs up.

As the previous review as stated, these guys are absolute clowns. They somehow managed to secure the corporate contract at a major Canadian gas distribution company. The phone plans are good but getting a phone from them is the literally the WORST experience I have ever had. They purposely delayed delivering my phone for 2 months so they wouldn't have to honour their own 50% off deal. That's right. I was expected to pay 100% now that they couldn't ship me a phone after 2 months. After cancelling the order, my current phone broke a month later, so I was out of options and made the mistake of ordering it again. They took another week to deliver the WRONG phone (for a ripoff of $30 shipping within Toronto by their nephew who will call you for a quick chat on how you must be home for him to deliver it). Imagine Fedex, Amazon or any other shipping company operating this way. When I called back they questioned me forever about the condition of the box, was it opened, did I put the SIM card in it while never once recognizing their awful service or apologizing. They asked me to physically deliver it back to them. After laughing at them for 20 minutes, they sent a UPS return label. I sent it back and now I'm still waiting for the proper phone to be sent. Dont deal with these fools. They couldnt boil water or any other incredibly simple task without taking months, catching fire and then repeating the process all over again. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service by Van and the team here. Van took time to understand the issues and offer the best possible customer solution. Pro-active in resolving the problem and always with my best options in mind. A rare quality in customer service.

I came in to pick up a phone and had to wait 15min until someone was ready to help me. My husband and three kids were in the car, one of the kids--a 1 year old--being sick. There was another representative who was on the floor but was dealing with two other customers (a couple). She stated her colleague, who was surprisingly a manager, was in the bathroom. I was immediately frustrated because I was unaware that there was another representative who could have attended to me during this time. Nonetheless, the manager comes out and asks me how she can help me. I express my frustrations to her about having to wait with my sick child in the car, and ask if she could just quickly get me my phone so I could leave.
This manager then began to lecture me about "my attitude" . I repeatedly asked for my phone and told the manager that I did not want to argue. She then went to the back and spent about 5 more minutes there apparently retrieving a pre-ordered phone. She came out and asked me if my phone was pre-ordered and I told her "no" and asked her if she could not just pull up my account to see the notes and all the info she needed. The manager then began to rant about "my attitude", which was really me calling her out on her lack of professionalism, and then refused to give me my phone.
My husband came in to see what was going on and asked the manager to give me my phone so we could leave. The manager still refused to give me my phone and began to lie and say I threatened her and was being rude. I have video recordings and voice notes to prove that all I said was that I wanted my phone and that my child was sick so I wanted to hurry up and leave. The manager then began to yell and claim she was ill and that is what took her so long. She began to approach me so my husband stood in between me and her to stop her from getting in my face. She then lied and said my husband was threatening her and told her manager this false information as well. Apparently, her manager called the police. So I told my husband to leave as I was worried he would be wrongfully accused and arrested. I decided to stay just in case the manager decided to lie and file a report against my husband. I had her recorded and would show the police. She continued to spew lies about me and my husband even with a rogers representative on the phone (whom I called). I continually asked for my phone, which she refused to give to me. She then began to insult me and tell me she was going to shut down my whole account. I've been a loyal customer with Rogers for 10 years, never missed a bill payment and always paid on time. This is absolutely despicable. I hope this manager loses her job after I complain to the office of the president. If not, then Rogers is showing that these are the type of employees that represent their company.
