FETCO is by far the worst company to work with. Not only do their new brewers have a long list of faulty parts their customer service is terrible. I would not, under any circumstance, buy a FETCO brewer.

Which is unfortunate, because prior to their XTS series they had a reputation for quality. Now it's just crap.
