I was a very unhappy customer of Rogers dabbs Chevrolet on Monday morning, because I had a back glass to shatter when I turned on my rear heat while I was in Louisiana Sunday morning. The service dept was no help at all, even though I have warranty on the car, so have 2 phone calls with them, I decided to call Chevrolet home office, and the lady that answer the phone ask if I would please talk with Customer relations, which was Ms. Beverly and I explain my problem to her and she listen patiently, she pulled up my account and look at it and asked if she could call be back, when she did the back glass was ordered, she did share that I had a 100.00 deductible and I told that was fine. I would like share this, I am happy with the service I receive from Beverly, she is the right person for that position, and I will buy my next car from Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet,
