Awesome prices on western boots. Friendly, helpful staff; Marshall had great advice to help us find boots that fit well.

Terrible customer support. They lost the tracking number with their shipping vendor DHL and basically put it on the customer to fix. I ve purchased from them before in years past and had a decent experience but current management has employees that basically say not my problem . Will use Riding Warehouse, Boot Barn, Cavenders or Sheplers for further jeans purchases.

they suck at making sure you get what you ordered and then they want you to pay for shipping when it was their mistake. the lady on the phone didnt know what to say so she kept putting me on hold.. i had to call back because they said they would get back to me and didnt do so.. they have stuff on their web site that they should take down if it is not longer available and if they do not plan to restock... i will never order from them again and unless you like dealing with poeple who dont have a clue and cant help with there own merchandise i would bother ordering either!!!!

Loved this store! This store has something for everyone. When you first walk in they have lovely displays for their home goods. The selection is large and I thought it was reasonably priced. My biggest rave is the large selection of plus sized clothing. A rarity among most western stores. Easy to find, ample parking, and wonderful customer service. They do offer an online catalog and a real paper catalog. The bedding options in store and online are superb. Go check them out. You won't leave without having found something to take home! And ladies, let us not forget the large selection of pocketbooks and bags!

I love their products. I had a hard time getting through to customer service though and some of their products have details that are unclear. I ordered a quilt and in the product details it talked about the shams, but it never said on the product that shams were sold separately. I then called customer service to ask about them and was told I would have to purchase a set of shams separately. I paid $20 and $7 in shipping and still only received one sham. I have tried calling and emailing about this problem, but haven't received any feedback. I didn't care to have to buy the pillow shams that matched my quilt separately, but I wish it would have more clearly stated that they were not included.

They didn't have much of a selection for my daughter. It seems like there are toddler/little kid sizes or women's. We left very disappointed

Bought a pair of size 6.5 boots. They sent me a 7.5 and when I called they said they did not have them in my size! So why would they send the others?? I sent them back and said they could just give me credit, that they received on November 27, 2017. I called today and they tell me it will be another week before I can get credit!!! That's almost a month! Terrible customer service and I will be asking for my money back!

Two years in a row Rods has screwed me over on gifts. Both times they just canceled my order without even telling me and when I called because I hadn't received my order yet they said the item was discontinued yesterday and so just canceled it. So this year I ordered a gift for my mother and called the 23rd because they told me it would be here in time for Christmas and again I was told they canceled the order because their vendor ran out?!!? How can the vendor run out if I had placed the order a week ago?! Also no one even told me it wasn't coming!!!! So frustrating. I will NOT be ever shopping with them again.

Update to me original review in response to the owners response: I confirmed with their customer service on February 12 @ 3:57pm that they had actually received the package, yes we it was delivered yesterday was what I was told. My call on the 17th I was told I didn't use their label to return and they don't have the package, I provided the information but I am assuming they failed to record that information. When I called back on February 18th in response to the review response I was again told I failed to use their label and they didn't have my package. I provided them the tracking number on their return label, from my receipt showing the package was delivered to their business on February 11th at 13:34pm (1:34pm). They had to hunt the package that they themselves had confirmed they had received on the 12th phone conversation, after that phone call I researched some information regarding my issue. There are many complaints with BBB that read exactly like mine, the customer is never right in the businesses opinion. I knew from the very start that I was only going to get my money back if I continued to stay involved regularly, and they have more than proved that to me! Please be cautious before ordering online with Rod's Western Palace, only order if you are sure your item won't need to be returned!

I ordered a quilt, I knew when the package was handed to me on delivery the quilt in no way would be acceptable. The quilt itself was very thin and of poor quality, no biggie I will just return it for a refund. No this is where things go from poor quality to poor service. They have now had my merchandise and money for more than a week. When I spoke with them the first time they told me they had received the package but will still take 2 more weeks for a refund. Today they acted as though they didn't have the package or couldn't find it. This is beyond unacceptable service, their customer service act very uninterested in helping you. Needless to say this was my first, last and only order with them! Poor quality, poor customer service, and horrible return policy!

Couldn't find a lot in my size in the clearance sale but still a nice experience. I will definitely be going back and will recommend anyone looking for either western attire, jeans or boots that last.

I could go broke in this place. So much nice cothes and boots!!!
