Update to me original review in response to the owners response: I confirmed with their customer service on February 12 @ 3:57pm that they had actually received the package, yes we it was delivered yesterday was what I was told. My call on the 17th I was told I didn't use their label to return and they don't have the package, I provided the information but I am assuming they failed to record that information. When I called back on February 18th in response to the review response I was again told I failed to use their label and they didn't have my package. I provided them the tracking number on their return label, from my receipt showing the package was delivered to their business on February 11th at 13:34pm (1:34pm). They had to hunt the package that they themselves had confirmed they had received on the 12th phone conversation, after that phone call I researched some information regarding my issue. There are many complaints with BBB that read exactly like mine, the customer is never right in the businesses opinion. I knew from the very start that I was only going to get my money back if I continued to stay involved regularly, and they have more than proved that to me! Please be cautious before ordering online with Rod's Western Palace, only order if you are sure your item won't need to be returned!

I ordered a quilt, I knew when the package was handed to me on delivery the quilt in no way would be acceptable. The quilt itself was very thin and of poor quality, no biggie I will just return it for a refund. No this is where things go from poor quality to poor service. They have now had my merchandise and money for more than a week. When I spoke with them the first time they told me they had received the package but will still take 2 more weeks for a refund. Today they acted as though they didn't have the package or couldn't find it. This is beyond unacceptable service, their customer service act very uninterested in helping you. Needless to say this was my first, last and only order with them! Poor quality, poor customer service, and horrible return policy!
