Unfortunately one of the worst in Jordan. Photos are not good and you have to tell him what to do. Plus it s want a digital version of the photos they will charge you for each photo !!!

Elaborating more on the Topic:
What happened is that we had a photo-shoot, with multiple pictures so we can choose some of them for printing, which happened, however, when they printed, them they printed the wrong pictures. when we followed up on that, they confirmed the mistake they did, and asked us to wait for 1 hour so we can pick the new pictures up from them, which was also OK.

The funny/rude part, is that when we went to take the pictures when they were ready, they refused to give them to us, we had to go back home, pick up the old ones, then they took them, teared them down in front of us, and only then, they gave us the pictures.

I tried to think of it in many ways, I cannot see why they asked us to pick up the old photos which were already in our house, just to tear them in front of our eyes, and then give us the new ones.

I appreciate the fact that the owner gave us their contact information once I have placed this review to contact them, unfortunately, we don't live in Jordan so the fault they did cannot be corrected.

Easy and fast. I take my pics there all the time. Just tell them for what purpose you need a photo (visa/passport...) they will take it, you can even see it before the print. In 15 mins you get 8 small photos, 1 big, and CD in case you want to reprint. Payment 5 JOD.

Bad customer service. Some of the staff was rude. The photographer was nice and professional but the team downstairs was just rude. Got in late after a pre scheduled appointment and that was somewhat okay. Once we were waiting to get the photo session multiple groups were told to get their pictures back in 1-2 days. Once finished and after paying, the guy informed us it would take at least 5 days. We argued that we needed them earlier but he insisted on that 5 day waiting list. Another thing happened was a staff member rudly talked to another customer in a tone that I never heard a professional studio would allow it.

Over all, the pictures were nice. Customer service needs serious improvement to all customers not only selectively being nice to certain customers.

Last week we had a photo session for our LD, we requested to print 25 pics, which includes a CD with soft copy of the printed photos. Checking the CD, I found very low resolution (72 pix) copy of our photos, that even pixelated on the regular screen. Calling the studio, my wife has been told it costs 5JD extra for each full resolution photo. Although, this is so weird policy, we have never been notified before the session neither mentioned in the receipt.
Unfortunately, this kind of terrible "customer service" is very common from many businesses in the Arab Countries. They build their rules based on the assumption that "customers don't know", instead of being successful because the customers are satisfied to know their rights. All of us should work to stop these kinds of manipulation, if we really love our countries. Writing a review from my point of view is the easiest thing we should do to express our objection.

Photographers are not professionals as they claim. I waited about 50 mins to get my 8 passport photos

Bad customer service. Some of the staff were aggressive and made me uncomfortable during the shoot. One person from the staff was really sweet and not aggressive as the others. Made us wait for other people to finish even though we had an appointment. I am not going back there ever again but if I happen to accidentally go there again I hope the staff isn't as rude and aggressive.

Filming of children is very bad, lack of experience in dealing with children, my child was happy first to enter and excited, but she came out with sad and frustrating images.

Lack of professionalism in dealing ... by dealing with a Russian customer, with their climate as if they are the only ones in the country ... High prices for less than average service, photography and printing.

Pictures with different strange sizes 12x19 and 14x17 and you are framed

Bad slow service, you can easily be on the phone for an hour before speaking to anyone, I ve never received my pin , if you email them you ll get an answer or reply in the coming months! FYI vegetarian food on eh is just horrible
