Bad customer service. Some of the staff was rude. The photographer was nice and professional but the team downstairs was just rude. Got in late after a pre scheduled appointment and that was somewhat okay. Once we were waiting to get the photo session multiple groups were told to get their pictures back in 1-2 days. Once finished and after paying, the guy informed us it would take at least 5 days. We argued that we needed them earlier but he insisted on that 5 day waiting list. Another thing happened was a staff member rudly talked to another customer in a tone that I never heard a professional studio would allow it.

Over all, the pictures were nice. Customer service needs serious improvement to all customers not only selectively being nice to certain customers.
