they said I had to wear a mask after I already payed they made me go all the way back in the line and buy a dollar mask and I got in and not even employees were wearing masks I'm very upset I believe I was judged by my Tattoos they did make the people behind me wear a mask this is very unprofessional. If you are covered in tattoos expect to be treated less than.

Rude at closing. Served us 4 meals at closing time, then as soon as we sat down they told us the Park was closed and that we needed to leave. We asked for something to put all of the food in so we could get to our vehicles and safely home. They said they had nothing for us to use, then they stood by us and stared at us for approx 20 minutes while we continued to ask for anything to carry the food out with. Even just a plastic bag which they said they didn't have any of. We finally found someone else who got us a few plastic bags to carry the food out with. The gift shop had to send All of our stuff out of the lockers and to guest relations because it was after hours at that time. We had an 11 month old baby and a 6 year old that needed to get home because it was now almost 11pm!!! I asked at the gift shop and at guest relations and both places said that they had PLENTY of bags so there was no reason for the rude responses from security and the Emt, as well as the other couple of staff members who were just staring at us and whispering. We had told them Numerous times that we needed to leave and just needed something to carry the $30 worth of food that we had just purchased out with. Instead we were lied to and treated like criminals. If these are the types of people they're going to employ we will not be going back. Neither will our family or friends. It is costly already and to get treated that way when we had done nothing wrong was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I was skeptic about how my first time would be here, typically waterparks and me do not mix well (Lagoon). I was a bit surprised with all the activities that can be done here. Staff was friendly, and rules were followed to fullest from what I could see. I recommend coming at opening and then taking a lunch break with a lunch left in your car. It s a nice break from all the activities one can do. I stayed until about 4pm that s when it started to get crowded for my liking, so if you want to beat the crowd do get there early. A lot of fun can be had, going to get the season passes for next year, well worth it.

WARNING TO ALL SINGLE PARENTS!! If you are sharing the cost of a season pass with a coparent. Roaring Springs policy is that the purchasing parent has control. If the purchasing parent decides to remove the other coparent Roaring Springs will allow them to delete the original and duplicate passes, then they will issue a new passes to the purchasing parent, effectively leaving the coparent SOL!!!

Fun place easy going I brought my 8 month old and everyone was nice he had a good time. Sneak next door to pins for a quick shot or a beer to take the edge off then go relax in the endless river. Wish they stayed open til 9 but kids are pretty tuckered out by 8pm

Roaring Springs used to be my favorite place to go, but now they completing changed it and you have to stand six feet apart waiting in line, and there didn't use to be a line for the wave pool or the lazy river.

Had a great time. Place was clean and staff was well trained. Not a five star review because they weighed you before you could go on the slides, so if you are over 250 you better have someone lighter then 149 or you will not be able to enjoy the park.

We visited Roaring Springs while overnighting in Boise during a long road trip. On Friday and Saturday nights, they have Family Slide Night from 6-10 PM, which was a perfect way for our kids to blow off steam after being cooped up all day in the car. The price of admission is usually $17, but they were running a promotion with Coke where if you brought in an empty Coke can, there was a $5 discount per ticket (check to see if it s still available!) So, for $12 a head, we got 4 hours in the almost-empty Park, it was awesome! The weather was in the 90 s that day, so being out in the evening, even with a hearty breeze, was comfortable. My advise would be to skip the full-day ticket: lines are long and the park can get crowded. Go for a couple hours on a hot Friday or Saturday evening; you ll get in 5x the rides, the sun isn t as brutal and you ll only pay $12 after the Coke discount.

The female life guards wear skimpy cheeks out suits, my 4yr old got an eye full plus several women in the toddler area had regular suits on but pulled the bottoms up you know where. Yes! you have a rocking bod but please don't show it off in the toddler area please.

This was my first job 7 years ago! Such a fun place to work as a lifeguard for minimum wage when 16 years old. But wow they are REALLY out to get your money!!! Also, anyone who thinks this is safe during a pandemic deserves to get the virus. Schools should be open before a public pool is and schools aren't open for a damn reason. I feel bad for the children who's parents don't care about their kiddos health. Although not surprised by the company and the people that run it... What a shame.

A great water park and a must visit if you are in the area during the warmer months. Lots of different slides and levels of excitement to choose from for all age groups. My kids just love it!

Roaring Springs is a decent water park. They have some good water slides and the lazy river is fun. However, the water is not very warm, making it less enjoyable. There is not much to the design of the water park and not much of a theme, which is a big deal to me.

I've only been twice! I love it here! If I had more money and time I would Definatly go lots more! Great place to hang out with friends! I would say that my favorite rides are; Cliff Hanger, CorkScrew, and Avalanche.(Hope I spelled those right)

Pricy, but lots of fun for the whole family! Great summer enjoyment for all ages. There's water slides and tube rides for older kids and grown ups, a lazy river and a tide pool for everyone, and a splash pad type place for younger kids.

Brought our 13yo son, we had a much better time than expected. The only significant lines we for the two tallest waterslides immediately East of the entrance, everything else was relatiVely quick.

We buy the season pass and the kids always enjoy it. The older kids love the big water slides and the littles ones really like the kiddie area with the small slides. To save some money on drinks, ask for ice water at any of the food stands. They only charge a quarter for the cup. Fun place for all ages. Great for the entire family. Water seems clean and the right temp especially for as many kids that are there. I've never done the evenings there but have heard that it's a good time.

So the reason why I'm giving 5 stars is because yesterday we were literally the second people in the parking lot at 10 am 8/10/2019. I watched as employees showed up and started preping for the day. I was impressed from the get considering every employee was working and cleaning things. Through out the day i still observed and watched multiple employees coming around cleaning up the grounds, the pools the best of their ability( windy day), and the food areas/rest areas. Very friendly staff and fun place to go for a day of excitement. Thank you guys...

Awesome water park!! Great place to take the family for a day (or all summer long!)!! They have an awesome season pass sale at the end of the summer (so August) until December. The passes are hugely discounted! The staff here is great! Really friendly and helpful! The greeters are always cheerful, kind, and helpful! They have some really fun waterslides and things to do here!

It was expensive. Our kids had free tickets from their school. But the fine print said they were not valid on Saturdays in July, so we had to pay full price for them. I had to pay the 42 inch tall price for one of my daughters because she was 4 years old, but she couldn't ride any of the 42 inch tall rides because she was 41 inches tall. You should not have to pay the more expensive price for not being able to ride any of the bigger rides.

It's a nice place with good selection of rides. But not enough shaded areas and the water in the pools was little bit cold to my opinion. I didn't have thermometer with me, but it definitely was lower than 80. Because my children refused to go back in the water in second time, after they warmed up.

So much fun and such a variety of activities for all ages and thrill levels. The Avalanche was the scariest and you can pretty much take the lazy river to the different entrances to all other attractions! And splurging on a cabana, you feel like royalty!

This place gave my 6 year old son the confidence to ride the kiddy water slides. He is (was) afraid of large bodies of water, but after all the fun he had he overcame his fears. Great place for little kids, but can get a little crowded at times.
