Great place to go for a fun summer day. They have a lot of different good options inside because you cannot bring your own food into the park but you can leave a cooler with stuff in your car and return back to the park any time.

The park is fun, but lines are long. At least Disney has a fast pass option. My kids had a good time. I do feel it is overpriced when you consider how little of the attractions you can hit in a day.
Went to a KB concert with my family. What a great place for a Christian concert. Everybody was having a great time and the lines were pretty short since it was after hours and most were watching the show. Performance was at the back of the wavepool and the kids slashing in the lights looked spectacular! Hot days with long lines might be a drag, but the slides are a blast, too.
We had our company party it was awesome the kids had a blast to the life guard on duty you guys are amazing the kiddie area was packed but I watch every lifeguard have their eyes on all the kids and was on it in a heartbeat We check out the WAVE!! the life jackets for the kids was awesome to have there a life guard notice I was having trouble & offer to help it was greatly appreciate it Thank You!!! 5 STARS!!!!!
Had a great time Wednesday at the park, it never got too busy to enjoy the rides and there was always a chance to do everything and some relaxation time in between.
It's a fun Water park, it has a kid area, many different slides. The admission price is a bit high and so is the food inside. A good place to be in the hot temps.
Super water park with wonderful employees. Very clean. Highly recommend the cabana rentals, the service is fantastic, and it is well worth the money. I only gave 4 stars, as it seems way to crowded at times, although I don't know how they can fix that!
This water park is pretty cool. It's got some very fun slides and has all different options for everyone. Lazy river, splash pad for the little ones, relaxing pool, wave pool and of course several slides of all types. The wait for the slides on my visit was hot and miss. The popular ones had about a five or more minute wait time. I'm sure it could've been worse on a extremely packed day. I rented a cabana so we had a meeting place and a way to get out of the sun. The cabanas are pretty expensive but for us a no brainier since we have two children, one being only seven months old. They offer water and table service. Two tanning chairs as well. Great buy in my opinion. The overall cost for us was pretty expensive but I know in some cities it's far more expensive. My visit wasn't the best and that's not because of roaring springs. There was a crazy cold front that moved in bringing high winds and a cloud of dust with it. They ended up shutting the place down. We were only there for an hour and a half. Luckily they refunded my tickets. They pro rated my cabana but I got most of the money back. If I was on vacation longer I would've just taken the rain check and went back but unfortunately that couldn't happen. I feel like they treated us well and didn't give us any hassle when asking for a refund. I'll for sure go back to roaring springs then next time I'm in Boise.
Roaring Springs is a great stop for summer family recreation. The one hangup I have is that they won't allow outside food or drink because of their own concessions; if you want to bring anything to eat, you have to eat it outside.
Kids were spitting from the top of the rides and there should be some type of rule regarding swim ware. This is a family fun place and my kids or any kid should not have to see half naked women walking around.
Employees very friendly and work in a timely manner. We always do Cabana. Love it, could use 1 more lounge if asked without a hassle and a long, stupid rule explanation There were plenty of extra white ones that could've been brought over right then and there, but it took the kid an hour to get stupid "approval". People pay over 100 for that space, shouldn't be that big of a deal. It was for the Cabana in the group of 3next to us. They were 3 large adults and 3 other adults. I felt for them, they were embarrassed, and felt discriminated because of their size, and then all of us having to hear the kid give excuses...Just bring a G damn lounge. Other than that, our experience at the park has always been great. The food, the cleanliness, activities, etc....fun, fun, fun!!!! Thank you
The family had a great time at roaring springs, we will definitely be coming back. Lots of exciting water slides, fun area for the little ones, and several options for food. My only complaints is it is a little pricey and the lifeguards were a little overwhelming it seemed like almost every minute I would hear a whistle going off. That being said my overall experience was great and the kids can't wait to go back.
Loads of exciting things to do for a couple people or a large group. Safe, friendly staff with a keen eye for anything that could be of concern, and all about making it a fun experience as well. Tasty food as well. Plan for a full day of splashing and having fun!
They are doing a wonderful job helping to keep everyone safe. Bravo to all those hard working young adults at Roaring Springs! We had a blast for 7 hours!!!
Lots of fun and family friendly, but they do have weight limits on the slides now so unless you are perfect it makes ridding with you loved ones sometimes more difficult
Love the Cabanas! $105 for up to 8 people. Get a couple families and get one. Table, a few chairs and two lounge chairs. No waiting in food or drink lines, push button ordering! Friendly help. Cabanas do not have a changing room in the cabana, but do come with a locker very near by. There is a ceiling fan and one ac power port. Also, they bring pitchers of ice water for you! Park is fun as always. Come when temps are 90+. Food is not cheap, but it's not bad. Check site for specials before you plan your day.
Cost me $33 dollars to watch my kids and not swim. $22 was returned because I didn't get wet. What a joke!!! $11 to sit and watch my kids. Not going back.
Took my kids to use their reading passes they got from school. Was only able to use 1 even though I was told 2 weeks prior that I could use them together. Nobody knows what's going on with the school passes. Food is overpriced. Very disappointing. No respect for customers.
Great place! Not too expensive, not trashy, peopke are nice, the lines are long on busy days... but not surprising. People compline about the lifeguards.... there doing these jobs fine, calm down. I recommend this place to those who like the sun and fun.
I was really impressed by the combo of whahooz and Roaring Springs. Both places were well run and clean. The slides all were working and the lines were very reasonable. The employees seemed to be happy and I felt the lifeguards were all paying attention.
Would have given 5 stars if thier food wasn't such a rip off. Got a garden salad for a healthy option. Even for theme park food I felt ripped off. Smallest garden salad ever. Shame on them lettus has to be the cheapest food out there
Nice summer excursion ~ maybe once or twice a year. Keep in mind, many parents buy their kids season passes and use the park as their summer day-care. Pack a lunch and leave it in a cooler in your car... food is expensive and mediocre. Rides are fun if the lines aren't too long. If funds allow, the cabanas are a huge plus. Personal suggestion, don't pay full price, look for discount days and coupon deals.
Great staff, lifeguards are attentive and alert! Safety seems to be a priority! My only suggestion is to provide healthy options for food, grapes, apples and bananas will always get eaten esp by kids. Thank you for having a great activity for families!
This is such a horribly-organized place. From start to finish. So first: season pass office. One family is allowed in at a time everyone else gets locked outside the door in full sun. Can you get inside you realize why it takes so long for each individual family to get through. Everything is run by fairly incompetent teenagers. They stand around and stare at each other a whole lot and eventually get things done. I just needed to get an extra pass printed since my sons was at his dads... Well they can t do that and had to wait for a manager to come in and push two buttons for it to print. That took at least 20 minutes probably closer to 30. Then we decided to eat first because that taking longer than expected. So we go over to the place that has tacos and popcorn chicken and seriously the people inside stare at each other for a long time before someone finally offers to help you. Once you order your food is a very lengthy process for them to actually prepare it and put it on a tray. They close a lot of the eating spots early so the only choice to get a simple soda was at the corn dog trailer. I waited for 25 minutes to order a soda because it for some reason the ordering process for each individual person is very lengthy although a second person makes the food and gives it to them on the other side. This again is in the full sun. They close a lot of eating spots early so the only choice to get a simple soda was at the corn dog trailer. Finally there was one person named Hailey who was extraordinarily rude- so rude that we all talked about it for the Next two days. She went to school with my stepdaughter and my step daughter brought it up and she was extremely rude to her.
If you guys want to have a place where people enjoy coming back, you need to hire people who have a little bit of appreciation for their job and the very expensive ticket price it cost to get into roaring Springs.
