Simply one on the worst experience you can get from a 5 stars hotel. At booking time the hotel sent me an email in case I needed anything, and in fact I replied with a simple request, it s merely asking that we are on our honeymoon and we are expecting an unforgettable stay, which was the contrary, and no one even bothered to reply. The check-in process was smooth, the hotel entrance is nice, feels like 4 starts, which is pretty good compared to what you d expect from a 5 starts hotel rooms. The rooms were old, bathroom has spots of rotten metal, and carpet felt awfully dirty, the curtains were to short to cover the morning light, the housekeeping was careless, they did the room maybe in 5 minutes, which felt untouched, we ve been told that the mini-bar would be refreshed each day, and the second day nothing gotten refreshed. The staff was mixed between grumpy and friendly. Now that was somehow bearable till the moment the housekeeping of the pool side, decided we do not exist and took our towels and shirts and threw them in the laundry basket like we weren t there, and just ignored the fact that the room key was there. In that exact moment I had my complaints delivered to the manager, which was all ears and none actions. Oh and the laundry service charges 9$ for ironing a shirt. STAY AWAY.
