excellent location great landscape however rooms are getting old Renovations are not being done turning into a mass hotel from luxury

Just checked in today for 3 nights 4 days in a standard room, it is the worst ever hotel room I have ever been and my husabnd and I came to Turkey many times! Outdated furniture, cleanliness is low, noisy overlooking city, heat only a/c though the room is warm already, dirty old carpet, bathroom has no ventilation, and it is still expensive at this time of the year!
Trashy room .. hotel owner close this room or burn it up please! Room 884!

Everything at superlative, elegance, refinement, high quality culinary art, exceptional service. I recommend without reservation.

Friendly staff, clean room and wonderful meals. An excellent hotel with corporate identity. He deserves the money to be given to his labors.

I just spent 7 days at Rixos Downtown Antalya hotel. The hotel is in a good location next to the old town and marina area. There are also two malls close by. The hotel has two main connecting pools and many facilities like tennis, kids play area, free bike rentals. The breakfast had a variety of food and was delicious. However, the service wasn't up to par with a 5 star hotel. Not once did they ask if we wanted coffee or tea.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and Rixos downtown didn't cut it because of their service. Firstly, the rooms are warn out although they were spacious with a convenient balcony and connecting rooms for those with families. The rooms did not have an iron and we had to request one which was taken back as soon as we finished. There was no box of kleenex in the room and we had to ask several times for it. They would only bring one bottle of water every day for a family of 6 and we had paid for 2 rooms! We had to request water for both rooms every day. They were stingy although we had paid for this 5 star hotel. I have never heard of a 5 star hotel that only leaves 1 bottle of water for family connected rooms. This went on for the full stay. The toilets just had the basic shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Nothing more, unlike other hotels of the nature which offer other things.

Unfortunately the majority of people working at the hotel only speak Turkish so we had to try and communicate using sign language or a mix of English and Arabic words to help.

The hotel is big and has many facilities but because they don't speak English they never gave us a map of the hotel premises or explained what facilities or services they provide. For example, it was only on our last day that we found out the bicycles are available to use.

On our last day, we called concierge to collect our luggage. No one ever came and we had to take them down ourselves. By the time we left several guests were screaming at the concierge from frustration and poor service.

There is a nice coffee shop called Cactus at the back of the hotel which ia open 24 hrs for drinks and hooka. Food is served but until a specific time. The coffee shop is seperate from the hotel but we liked it as it gave us a nice view of the beach area and had a nice sitting area.

There is also an elevator right outside the back of the hotel that takes you down to the each area. Beach is pebbly but it is a nice place to visit.

The location and architecture is great. It has a structure and nature in the city but away from the city.

Excellent hotel in antalya. Neat and clean room beautiful view.
You can get amazing food in hotel with good quantity and quality.
Price : 100% justifying the food
We have the free entry to the land of legend the most best part of it.
Highly recommended.

Nice stylish hotel on the seafront of Antalya. Not far from old town which is easily reachable by public transport or by lovely walk along the coast. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is great with great variety and tastes marvellous. Rooms are clean and tidy with a big balcony facing to the bay. Highly recommend!

We were there for the meeting. The cleanliness is nice, the meaty food is minimal. Price expensive but nice hotel

The hotel is sophisticated and the handle is very cool

Almost identical food every other day.
At night the young people are noisy but no one to calm them down.
The staff are ok.
The elevator to the beach was not working during our stay.

There is a problem in the hotels in Antalya. Both food quality and service and employee quality are noticeable. Waiting for service if you are not in the memory of hotels.

Spotless clean . They clean twice aday, close to public transport .. 20 minuteswalk to the aquarium which is a must visit.. walking distance to Migros mall.. it has an entry free beach access in Konyalti beach . no milk supplements for lactose intolerant people though was disappointing but they write all allergens on the food

The sea is remote and gravelly, and the smell of moisture in the corridors of the hotel

I'm in the pool bar right now. The hotel is full. We're here. Breakfast was terrific. Every place is full of chefs, all of them with food, one-to-one with the guests. Dinner is very very very successful, constantly freshening, sweet sour chicken, noodles a, mezesere, Turkish sweets, I love local and international cuisine, everything is perfect and taste freshness ..
An immaculate hotel, the staff is mostly experienced, helping you judge your business, ..
There is a resort where I enjoy my stay, there are not many children because there is no waterpark minipark, this is the reason for good rest for adults ..
It is recommended, city hotel ..

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff and beautiful rooms!

The hotel is small, the dining room is relatively small in the winter and the food selection is small, but very tasty.

Amazing hotel with amazing balcony view. Staff were well educated and friendly, they know what they are doing. The hotel was very clean. Food was delicious. Only thing I didn't like were cats. There were a lot of cats in the garden but it was OK in the end.

We would like to convey that we are pleased with everything first. Service dolphin bey, cemil bey, serkan bey, aylin lady is very friendly and likes help. My daughter from the guest relations merve always helped us very friendly. It suits here very well and the guests are interested in the most beautiful way. Merve Gucur, Ezgi, Ali and Engin Beyde very good. The rooms were very clean and nice. The quality of the guests is very good. We became friends with German guests. The meals were nice. Overall we are very pleased.

Very nice place. Relaxed and good service. 5 night like one

Luxurious and exceptional hotel, perfect service and cleanliness. Without abuse we are very satisfied! A royal stay at this hotel. Special thanks to the cleaners, thanks to Umit and Izzet, cleaners for the toilets next to the reception.
Also, the food is delicious, lots of choice, fresh local produce.
We have very fond memories of our first trip to Antalya.

A luxury hotel with luxury and economy you will be looking for in Konyaalti

Wonderful, beautiful and integrated place, everything is available and what is needed of great service and eating almost around the clock.

Employees, especially human resources assistants, are not good at all.

Has all amenities guests can visit land of the legends for free.its a lively beautiful resort.

Glaub 6 Deutsche TV-Sender (wer selbst im Urlaub vor der Glotze sitzt, der hat sie nicht alle aufm Sender echt)
Das Personal ist freundlich, jung und ansehnlich.
Man braucht nur einen Brocken English zu kennen um hier klar zu kommen.
Viele der Taxifahrer sprechen Deutsch und das ist eigentlich wichtiger...


So wie es aussieht, wird unten noch eine Zahnarztpraxis eingebaut. (Bin selbst wegen einer Haar-OP hier in Antalya)


Bin Veganer und komme hier Vegan + Quark
richtig gut durch und vom kompletten Buffer ist ca 50% Fleisch und Fisch











Die Lage ist gut, da man schnell und billig (Taxi) in der Altstadt ist.

We were accommodated in this hotel due to our flight failure, luckily only 1 night !! Why this hotel hotel has 5 stars is incomprehensible to me, our vacation in a 5 star hotel, the difference was enormous !!! We have 1 room, which was totally worn, the bathroom partly moldy to the shower, tiny The dusty table in the living area, not worthy of a 5 star hotel! Staff at the front desk was friendly, in contrast to the dining room, rude, listless, partly dirty with the kitchen staff, which has filled up the buffet ... Food was taste everything the same, and one of the most unpretentious Bufet, what we have seen in recent years ..The guests were mainly Russians, and Arabs, where one's appetite has passed, when you enter the dining room is short swimming trunks, jogging pants, and shirt, something is in a 5 star hotel NO GO !!!
Of the table manners, and the sometimes so dirty tables, not to speak ... screaming children, which are just run.
The biggest shock to me as an animal lover..Even evening, 2 cats were splashed with water, and kicked off with their feet !!!!
In the morning at breakfast, a small, half-starved cat sat on the terrace for a maximum of 5 weeks, one of the waiters wanted to grab you by the neck with a napkin and throw it in the garden ... only after my husband intervenes did he vomit from the animal drained.
Your superiors might want to check out other 5 star hotels, how to deal with animals, especially cats ... there are cat houses, dry food and water, and you do not have this problem, the cats begging food ... Example Hotel Crystal Sunrise Queen .... and especially the Hotel Commodore Elite ... these are 5 star hotels that deserve 5 stars !!!! .. and have realized that it is important to some guests as well Animal Welfare is being dealt with !!!! ... especially when you see how much food is thrown away from the plates of the Russians.
We will certainly not enter this hotel.

The location is excellent but the furniture is a bit old and consumer not worthy of its chain of hotels in Rixos
