Excellent hotel especially for medicinal purposes. The pandemic made its own adjustments to the restaurant of the general food, but the packaging in small plates under the film did not spoil the impression a bit. The breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean with a full set of accessories, they sat down even before the appointed time and without additional payments. Recommend

More review for families with small children. I will not write about the territory and filling of the hotel. There are most of such reviews on the net. And so, in general, I wanted to put 3k on the hotel. Because it's not 5ka well, that's for sure. Price-quality ratio of services for 3k. Pros: the same area, a range of services, helpful and friendly staff of the salon, Med Center # 2, a large swimming pool (although there is no pool for small children), a children's room. When checking into the room, the crib was immediately disappointed. Does such a network really have no money to update them ?! (I attach a photo). Further, the absence of a 'tea set' (kettle, coffee, tea). We needed a kettle more for
cooking porridge for a child. The kitchen is so-so, but this is not the main thing, after all, a sanatorium.

Minuses:
- Didn't change the bed (lived 6 nights)
- Wifi is sooo weak. I didn't catch in the room at all (9th floor)
- No kettle in the room (you need to ask at the reception)
- You can only warm up baby food in the Portus restaurant, there is a microwave there.
- Most of the staff do everything 'just to get it done' and you fell behind them. If the application is for the 5th hotel, then it is necessary to maintain the general culture of the staff.

I will not write about the qualifications of the attending physicians, we did not receive treatment. But the therapist Gromova gave the impression of a doctor from a state clinic, to which I asked for an appointment. An interesting question: where did you come here if there is nothing to treat? Ie. according to its logic, your hotel is intended only for seriously ill

Yes, a well-known hotel chain, but there is a full range of treatment services. But here you can feel how the management saves on everything. We are unlikely to choose him again.

One of the most important drawbacks is the attitude of the staff towards visitors. Total staff. The doormen, if you can call them that, turn away when they meet and leave. Administrators do not always notice you, argue with each other in front of a guest. Administrators at the medical center do not call you to warn about the cancellation of the visit to the doctor. They are rude frankly. The nurse asked to wait FOUR HOURS FOR ANALYSIS injection !! Only the maids were normal. Although the cleaning is just for show. I would also like to note the work of roomservice. Having asked for a bottle of champagne in the room, we received an invoice written out by hand and with an amount of three hundred hryvnia more. They asked to pay the bill immediately and in cash. Mu Explained that they allegedly did not manage to change the prices in the room menu, but in the system it is already more expensive. Despite the fact that the system was frozen, and the bill had to be written out by hand. I didn t see the point of going and asking the hotel administration, with such an attitude towards guests. We decided everything with the waiter on the spot. The money was returned. No apologies. But they returned. In general, one gets the impression that wild people work in the hotel. They don't greet each other when they meet, they hide their eyes, moo in response. But the service is the lion's share of your opinion about the place. Sad ...
Now about the hotel itself. The repair is out of date. Nowhere in the hotel are there any hooks or anything where you can hang a towel, bathrobe. Nowhere. Not in the room, not in the spa, not in the dressing room. One of the rooms smelled eerily of sewers upon arrival. The hygiene kit includes gel and conditioner shampoo. And that's all. No body lotion, no separate hair conditioner. The minibar has never been refilled in seven days. Outdated gym equipment. Poor Playground. One of the hammams is simply nonexistent.
About treatment. The cost of living includes a consultation with a therapist, who is supposedly a gastroenterologist. So, if you have not brought any test results with you, then no one will send you for an examination. And they will prescribe you a treatment based on your oral explanations. That is, poking your finger into the sky. The water in the pump room is weak. It is very different in quality from the water in the city pump room.
Nutrition. Normal, normal food. For breakfast they don't make an omelet at your request, only through room service, coffee is normal, only paid. They probably haven't heard anything about cheese cakes, debugs, pancakes. There are no desserts either. There is a croissant and a couple of cookies.
Of the good I can mention the pools. Well, perhaps that's all.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and professional hotel staff, doctor Oksana Yaroslavovna, excellent and diverse cuisine. Pleased with the presence of a pump room. Very clean - everywhere, in the rooms, on the territory, in the pools, spa area, etc. One caveat - for some reason, only 2 towels per person in the room (5 stars) and there is no cream / lotion for the body and a set with a needle and thread. And further. The cosmetic bag (I do not want to think that it was a cosmetologist) did not ask questions to clarify contraindications to the procedure, did not talk about the procedure, it had to be pulled with ticks, and was inaccurate in work.

10 years staying at this hotel. The last two years, there has been a degradation of the service. When evicting and leaving the territory, on the barrier you need to wait up to 15 minutes. At the same time they can return back to the reception, to clarify the issues that are usually solved when calculating, during the eviction. They may blame you for taking something from the room, but it is enough to go back and stick your nose in the staff so that they can see this missing thing. And in the event of a conflict situation, you will not come down to the manager or his deputy, but a confused ordinary employee who does not solve anything. And, this is just an example of the relationship to the loyal customer.

This is probably the best thing in Prykarpattia! Luxurious territory, incredible buffet in the morning, at lunch, in the evening! Fabulous SPA and a beautiful outdoor pool! Clean and cozy rooms! Although, for example, the standard room is small, but very cozy and fresh! Great place to relax with children! There is bowling, billiards, table tennis. One of the best medical centers in Truskavets.

Rixos has lost a long-standing customers!I had been going to Rixos for many years in the row,we would usually stay for 2 to 4 weeks in a row,booking at least 2 large rooms .my last stay through the month of August was very disappointing.i have been trying to pass the message to the management for the 2 years in a row that they should put mosquito nets on the balcony doors.my understanding is that when you go to the mountains,you want to open a window and get a fresh air,but Not 30 mosquitos in the room with the 5 minutes of the opened balcony.the biggest issue is that if you are traveling with the kids,as I m now,the is No child safety locks on the doors(which is a requirement all over the world now).higher floors in Rixos have an opening on each floor with the balconies overlooking to the lobby,which any child can easily climb,so parents be aware !also the service got very poor,they only have one swimming trainer and tennis trainer at the time,and if they are not available there was no one available to substitute them.i hope the management not will adhere to this core issues. I liked the spa complex with various saunas, a hammam, a large basin, part of which is indoors, and part - outdoors. There is a gym.
Delicious and hearty dietary breakfasts.
There is a mineral water pump room.
The staff is friendly. Parking is large and convenient. Clean, tidy rooms.
A large landscaped area for walking and sports.

We have been resting here for 3 years. Clean, large area, good aquazone outside. The spa inside is very modest. The pool is generally for kids, you can't really swim. Purely. Large children's room with friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the decline is visible from year to year. The level of service is falling, the staff at secondary points is very sluggish. Little by little, little things in the rooms and on the territory become unusable, and are not being repaired. In the summer there are many people from all over the post-Soviet space - viral infections are common. WiFi in rooms is extremely unstable. The spa began to regularly confuse appointments for procedures - a lot of people complain.
Everything deteriorates over time :( Dear Rixos, get better soon!

There are also questions about living conditions. There is no urn in the room. The minibar was turned off at the time of check-in, and until the evening the temperature in it did not drop. No hair conditioner or body lotion. The small pool in the spa was dirty. There is no kettle / coffee machine in the room.

When you check in, you need to sign a document on special rules of residence in connection with Covid. There, among other things, there is a point "immediately after check-in I undertake to undergo an examination by a therapist for the presence of symptoms of the disease." In fact, it is not necessary to pass it and most people do not. Why then force people to sign it? I carefully read everything that I sign, so I signed up on my own initiative. But the doctor did not look for symptoms at all, and did not even ask any questions about his health. I told only about water, the reception of 2 people took less than 5 minutes in time.

Good service, very delicious cuisine, free mineral water. There is a swimming pool and a spa. But there's almost nothing to do in the winter. To sleep, eat and swim in the pool here and all :) And the main thing is all for $ 200 a day :)

There is a huge indoor pool with a segment on the street: after the sauna you dive into the pool, swim under the wall and enjoy the fresh mountain air - amazing!

Were disappointed with inattention))) in terms of: it was a birthday, scanned passports and not the slightest sign of attention ((this is a huge minus of the hotel management; in the Turkish Rixos - well done, in Ukrainsky - zhlobstvo was immediately felt.) but somehow inadequate. I mean the cost. There are nowhere to turn around the standards, they took a corner number, it is bigger. it was not to worry, Perso al restaurant and chef personally monitor the state and serving every second!
