Rixos has lost a long-standing customers!I had been going to Rixos for many years in the row,we would usually stay for 2 to 4 weeks in a row, booking at least 2 large rooms .my last stay through the month of August was very disappointing.i have been trying to pass the message to the management for the 2 years in a row that they should put mosquito nets on the balcony doors.my understanding is that when you go to the mountains, you want to open a window and get a fresh air,but Not 30 mosquitos in the room with the 5 minutes of the opened balcony.the biggest issue is that if you are traveling with the kids,as I m now,the is No child safety locks on the doors(which is a requirement all over the world now).higher floors in Rixos have an opening on each floor with the balconies overlooking to the lobby, which any child can easily climb,so parents be aware !also the service got very poor, they only have one swimming trainer and tennis trainer at the time, and if they are not available there was no one available to substitute them.i hope the management not will adhere to this core issues. Thank you,Lana
