It turned out that we did not drink as thermal, we did not investigate our mistake, normally two weeks of cure is ideal, you go to the clinic part in the first place and you are examined, what water, how much and when you will drink a doctor program, you will benefit from all the blessings of five stars, all-inclusive package price, if you have any friends, no language problem. We stayed for four nights, drank as much water as we could, we ate at the authentic restaurant in the huge green garden of the hotel, drank the Georgian wine, I recommend the wine, the food is half suitable for us. We walked through the forest park to the center of Truskavest, fed the domesticated squirrels with our hands. The center's most beautiful tourist market is definitely at affordable prices in matryoshka made from hand-embroidered shirts. A small variety of quality ingredients in the hotel's meals. Flavors, freshness is great. There are no lemon habits for the salad, you can use lemons next to the tea set. Eat plenty of curd cheese kefir ... healthy renewals.

It's been just a couple of days since I returned from this wonderful place.
I want the hotel management to know that everything is not so rosy with them ..
I especially did not like it in the medical center.
That's really why such a state, if they don't want to help me spend my money.
The smell of the hotel ... Herbal .. very nice if there are no allergies)) but my child, as it turned out, had bronchial obstruction. So I turned to the medical center for help and was denied help (I contacted the reception through a cute girl Ulyana .. apparently what is choking in the medical center and at the reception is not known .. I already see how the headlines are full of .. Rixos did not help the child). Provided that I just needed an inhaler.
The pediatrician didn't let the second child with ARVI into the salt room ?! There is no information in the rules that admission there is only with the permission of a doctor ?! And why shouldn't I understand ?! All the signs for the appointment of this procedure were on the face! Snot, throat, cough .. our pediatrician is very surprised that we were not allowed there)) did they want money ?! Have you had a little ?! So what? I want to spend money .. why not ?!
The restaurant (I don t remember what it s called on the -1 floor) doesn t cook very tasty .. I ordered a vegetable puree soup on my head .. Have you ever tried it yourself ?! The menu is poor for ordering ..
Then on the first day (I m the first time .. they didn t give me brochures with a list of services or a schedule) I wanted water from the pump room, but I don t know the work schedule was sent to a closed pump room, there is no information what services I can use at the hotel .. only for the second day I learned about the nursery! It's not normal for a 5 * hotel!
Why should I run to the reception and find out information, or even like this: pull out of them with ticks !!!!
Normal tea is given only in the lobby (for my taste), and the portions and assortment differ on the -1 floor in the bowling alley (I will say separately about it what kind of mega game it is)
There is no menu for allergy sufferers: gluten-free bread, lactose-free menu, etc. (what is relevant to us .. and the most interesting thing is that the waiters do not even know the composition of the same desserts .. for example, pasta could be made without milk and then at least something something my child could try here).
Bowling! Here I got to his beloved .. well, you yourself played it here at least once?!? (Address to the manager)
The computer program hangs (it s also a pleasure - for playing 3d), there are no balls for little players (the minimum ball is 7kg!) Why not give the children the opportunity to play too ?!
That's what I had no complaints about - cleanliness. (Although our friends had hair in the sink when they checked in).
What can I say ... Next time I will go to your competitors)) if I suddenly force myself to return to Truskavets again ..
This is an absolutely wonderful place, just paradise. The staff is attentive and friendly. Great room. Food is sooooo tasty, especially, If it is Ukrainian cuisine. There is everything for a happy stay: a restaurant, a pool, saunas, a massage therapist, medical procedures, mineral water NAFTUSIA and MORSHINSKAYA. My favorite place .))
Our family planned a trip to Truskavets in advance and took a long time to choose a hotel based on reviews.
We decided to stay for a couple of days at "Rixos Prykarpattya".
A plus:
- large, well-guarded, closed parking on the territory of the hotel complex;
- staff:
a) friendly, attentive to the requests of guests, does his job well.
b) he took the time to show and familiarize with the category of rooms, the spa area.
c) special thanks to housekeeping. The room was well cleaned, bed made, ventilated, towels and bathroom accessories changed.

special thanks to the Thai girl and the masseur in the hammam and also the facial masseur! Guys, you are doing your job perfectly.

Many types of saunas! Everyone is well warmed up and working all day.

The price of our Classic room was 4,260 per day including breakfast.
Buffet breakfast. Large selection of dishes, cheese, sour milk products, fruits and vegetables, but:
- dishes that should be hot were barely warm;
- coffee machine: INSTANT COFFEE! I didn t think that for such money it is possible to serve such a thing! Management, well, you are saving on the wrong! Shame, honestly. For such "loot" you can't put natural coffee. I asked the server if there was any natural in the grains. Yes, there is, it costs 55 UAH. espresso. Shocked.
We did not take full board. And thank God. We decided to try lunch first. Cost 400 UAH. per person Swedish line. And again, semi-warm dishes.
On the trail. day we decided to make do with only a hotel breakfast and leave for the city for lunch. And we found a decent restaurant for a decent price.
Note: I do not know how on other arrivals, seasons the restaurants in the hotel are open, but they are all empty, even the terrace near the outdoor pool: five workers and not a single visitor.
Entertainment and spa:

- The indoor pool needs renovation. Moreover, the wooden bridges from the bottom begin to rot. Mosaic tiles have disappeared in some places.
- sauna area: children run, open doors out of interest, shout. Those. there is no relaxation zone where it is just quiet.
Entertainment:
For half an hour we decided to ride a Chinese electric scooter. Cost 300 UAH / 30 min. After 15 minutes, they stopped driving not because the battery had run down, but because of overheating. And this happened not only with us, but also with other people who skated in parallel. The money was not returned, but replaced with others with which the same story happened. Again: taking money off.
Let's sum up or impression:
For a little less money, you can relax, for example, in neighboring Poland, in the Arlamov hotel. The food is excellent and the spa area is great.
Rixos: A lot of pathos, but not quality!
A cool place to relax and unwind! I have never liked rest in hotels before, but after resting here I know exactly 1 place where I would return. Also a great place to send parents for a week.
Perfect hotel for a family holiday. Medical center for a full examination. Swimming pool, children's waterslides, playground, kids club, summer camp for children. The gym is big, well equipped. Small but clean rooms, staff polite. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are varied, the choice of dishes is huge, everything is very tasty. On the territory there is a restaurant of Ukrainian cuisine.
The best hotel and medical complex in western Ukraine. Polite staff, clean rooms. I am resting here for the fourth year in a row.
