10 years staying at this hotel. The last two years, there has been a degradation of the service. When evicting and leaving the territory, on the barrier you need to wait up to 15 minutes. They may blame you for taking something from the room, but it is enough to go back and stick your nose in the staff so that they can see this missing thing. And in the event of a conflict situation, you will not come down to the manager or his deputy, but a confused ordinary employee who does not solve anything. And, this is just an example of the relationship to the loyal customer.
