Amazing Hotel. Location , services , breakfast everything perfect . Specially there is a lady manager Lara , she is always there at hotel and asking everyone if there is any problem and she could help out !. The hotel reception guy also helped us to sort out issue with a taxi guy who was trying to cheat us . Thanks
Very noisy cars horn all day and night couldn t sleep specially Saturday night ..the air conditioning was not good at all..no place for the car drop off and on..
The hotel is good, its location is excellent, the rooms are a bit old, you need a renovation, the lobby is a small grill and the room service is clean and the order is not the best to eat excellent

The hotel is considered one of the high-end and luxurious places and has a staff that speaks English and provides all assistance to the guests and understands their desires, the site enjoys a wonderful view of the Golden Horn from the hotel's father and from the roof where the restaurant is located The rooms are designed with a beautiful classic character and comfortable The hotel is steps away from Istiklal Street. By tourists Notes: There is no swimming pool nor private parking and the father is a bit small
The hotel is excellent in all respects, the most important of which is the service is very good and the staff are all wonderful, for me it is number one in service
Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel. Within a day you know everyone and feel so comfortable. Take care of everything we asked for, explain and guide with any questions we asked. All my expectations were fulfilled and they helped me greatly to enjoy my stay and this wonderful city
5 star hotel .. location close to Istiklal Street two minutes walk and ten minutes from Taksim Square .. Excellent service and clean rooms also excellent hotel smell distinctive .. The hotel is small but very luxurious They have a spa in the ground floor is very special and the reception sweet .. I I have stayed more than once in Rixos and Anshalh Rah be a permanent customer .. Reception staff are nice .. But the most important choice of rooms overlooking the sea because the interior room overlooking the old buildings and very close to the hotel
Rixos Pera is a great hotel to stay in when you are visiting Istanbul. It's a true 5 stars rating and your will have no surprises when you come from abroad. Their standard of service is immaculate and their attention to details is unmatched. We spent 4 nights there and have received an excellent level of service, truly! Their terrace offers a very nice view of the city and their breakfast is super rich. You are 2 min walking distance from the center of Istiklal street while away from the crowd and noises of the streets. I truly recommend it
The place is fine near everything and the staff are very friendly but breakfast is not good, elevator is not functioning well, wifi is free , it's reasonable place.
This is true in spades for Rixos Pera, who bailed me out of an exteremely perilous situation of my own making. For security reasons, I won't mention all details, but they went above and beyond all expectations we had of them to make our stay at Rixos and trip to Istanbul as pleasant as possible.
Front manager Nihat, who assisted me with my issue, and the rest of the team, all seem to love their jobs, and it shows.
They also excelled beyond just customer service. Room decor, amenities, room service and general quality of stay were par excellence.
The sweet-smelling lobby and connected tea/sitting room of Rixos is much more splendid and opulent than I could've imagined. Chandeliers hang over clean marble floors and tables with fresh flowers. Bellboys and employees scuttle about, always in motion to attend to customers' needs. There's definitely that classic busy-hotel vibe here, and somehow it's so quaintly Constantinople.
The morning breakfast is a must. For a few extra bucks per day, it's a most worthwhile addition. When you are traveling with a family, it makes most sense to start your day with a good meal before setting about your day. Plus, a rooftop dining room overlooking the city never hurts.
If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to get a pool at some point (although they do have a Turkish spa, so that's great.)
My 4 friends from Russia made a reservation for this hotel. And they didn't get to the hotel when they came to the hotel. Shame on the mentality that people do not take to the hotel even though they are tourists and spend money. So I do not recommend a hotel of this brand.
Great hotel that is located in a good location (near sheshane metro station). The irritating things in this hotel are 1) the nosie from both in-hotel and out-of-hotel 2) the fact that they don't have access for wheelchairs or baby trollies ( there's one picture showing the entrance)
The rooms are not bad, they are clean and convenient. Although there is a high probability of exceptions, cutting the water while in the bathroom should never happen in a hotel of this standard. Curtains are derailed ... Breakfast is mediocre, breakfast quality is very low. As a result, I cannot say that I received the money I gave.
An excellent chain of hotels in which we have been before and this one is of a good standard. The rooms are clean and nice. But today after having dinner at the hotel restaurant on the rooftop we were given the wrong bill. The invoice was written by hand, which, in principle, was embarrassing, we checked it, the price for the salad was not correct, completely different. And now there was an unpleasant aftertaste, the price was 50 liras higher and the question is not so much money as it is very unpleasant to feel cheated. It's always more pleasant to leave for tea and leave in a good mood, but not this time. This is not the first time we stay in this network and love it. But we believe that in such places checks should be through the machine, and give the opportunity to get a tip the choice and desire of everyone.
Very nice hotel nice and clean rooms with great location I didn't give them five stars because the room service staff doesn't speak English and the value of the money but for all it's very very nice place
I checked in and i looked into the room and didn t like it. It was dirty I called receptionist and they told me it is in system they cannot refund or do anything i wanted to leave the hotel because it is dirty and very closed it brings bad mood
A true five star experience. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities even beyond expected. The staff is extremely kind and the food is amazing. Worth visiting the rooftop with stunning view of Istanbul!
Disappointing overall. Hotel lobby appears rather grand but staff barely speak English, get very aggressive and seem to lack basic training in customer service. Here, the customer is always wrong. Rooms small but well-appointed but you will get used to road noise, constant car horns, call to prayer bellowing from nearby speakers, etc. Breakfast area totally inadequate with staff rushing to throw you out and clear tables. Asking for a cup of tea is a labour of love and we found waitera rude and frankly intrusive. Room service equally poor. No pool or decent leisure other than a small gym and sauna. Overall, disappointing experience compared with other better Rixos chain hotels. No sign of any manager or senior management for the three days we have been ill-treated here so far!
